"I see..." He nodded. Yes, the boy seemed to be innocent enough, however... something just pulled at the back of his mind that something wasn't as it appeared. It didn't have the same feel as Althea - it wasn't a logical conclusion, but rather an instinctive one... He would stick around. "Sorry to hear about it - and even more sorry for making you talk about it. How about a lighter subject? Favorite color? Food? Sport? What do you like to do?"

Noise could hardly herself stop giggling, but she managed, "Colour? red, Food? never had anything other than bread or fish so I wouldn't know, sport? that's hardly the place for a girl." She would enjoy this more than any kind of murder she had done, she didn't know why, maybe it's because of the he thinks I'm a guy, maybe it's the difference of setting.

He gets happy when people around him are in a good mood, even if the cause was at him. In addition, this is the first time he had seen Rose laughed. Then again, Meru didn't know her all too well so who was he to judge? When Rose pointed towards the castle, Meru was surprised. When had we walked all the way here? The castle was quite large, it was not something that could just sleep up on someone like that. Least of all a former officer! Meru thought he must've been losing his touch. He gets too distracted lately. I've got to regain my composure! Meru slapped himself mentally. I'm going to have an audience with the King! He looked over at Rose, returning her smile. But tit stopped as soon as she asked the question. Meru averted her eyes. What to say? He couldn't just tell her that he was looking for the lost Princcess of Dragalia...could he? Meru did not know. Ahhh, whatever! She was bound to find out sooner or later. But...Meru looked back at back at Rose, though his smile was noticeably weaker. "Do you have to know?" Meru hoped she would just leave it at that, or figure it out herself. He didn't know how she would react when he confirmed her.  he looked back at "arisu" then back at jeremy. "i dont think she should be moving around so soon".
"when she is ready i will send her home with rose to accompany you both, but for now i am her protector".

The young man took a deep breath and a sad hurt look passed over his face like a dark cloud. He looked at the girl apologetically and dropped his arms to his sides. Nothing was worse than loosing someone’s trust.

"Girl?!" Joseph was genuinely surprised. But this person had called themself Artimis - which is a girl's name. But he didn't think anything of it! He was ashamed in himself for overlooking something so obvious and simple. "I apologize. I didn't realize..." He cleared his throat, somewhat flustered.

"Three, huh? Not too surprised. I wish that could surprise me, but..." He trailed off into thought of the problems he'd come across. It was dissappointing. But he would be one of the people in the world who did good. He was sure of it! And not too many things could be better than helping this girl get by after the death of her mother. And it would involve revenge - which was is specialty! Althea undoubtendly had something to do with it. It had to have been the government who killed her - who was she? What did she have to do with anything? Althea would know, but she wouldn't speak. In fact, she'd made it to where it would be awkward and suspicious for anyone to ask... Clever. But it would not hold him back! He would do what what right and discover the conspiracy in the government. Even he hadn't known that Althea was this big! She was good... "Don't worry, though - I'll help you out, gladly. Whatever you need - name it."

he looked at jeremy confused, jeremy seemed more anxious and to suddenly have to dissapear as the girl came as well.
"she will return i am aware, calm down friend".

“You don’t understand. I need to leave tonight, I’ve been summoned back on official business, And I don’t think I’ll be returning. I can’t just leave her here though, She needs to come with me tonight.”
Jeremy’s face reddened and he looked down at the ground, he was a bit upset and hoped that it wouldn’t be noticeable. He was worried about the girl though, if she stayed she would die… She would be killed, someone would show up very soon, someone very powerful.

 Rose shrugged. "I just thought it would be easier if I knew...Must be some one really important to you if you really don't want to tell me." She was glad that the castle was so close. It was her home. She took a deep breath. "Welcome home" She muttered to herself. She took a deep breath as they approached the gates. There were two guards, one on each side. Of course they knew who she was but with Meru with her, she was still stopped at the gates. She explained to the two of them that Meru had an appointment with the King and they let them in. Once in the gates, Rose could breath normally. She hadn't been sure that her story would work but it did. "You going to have to wait in the lobby area while I go get the King. I'll be back." She smiled before rushing off to where the King and "Arisu" where last. She slowed as she approached. She heard Jeremy's voice and a scowl came across her face. She walked up on the group and bowed to the King. "Sir..."

Artemis stopped playing once more, "I.. sorry..it's just hard to talk about it, I still can't.. believe she's gone," she started to cry, slowly and quietly. "T-theirs nothing you can do to help, it's been a week no.. evee.evi.evidence? nothing to help find them, nothing you can do that Althea isn't."
After being relived of most of their weapons Martine, Tristan, Heru and the rest of the royal honour guard entered the castle of the Galdaran king, "Tristan, Heru, you two follow me, you are better at hand to hand so..." The young king followed a servant who would announce their late arrival.

It wasn`t hard for him to get comfortable on the luxurious sofa. "Take your time!" Meru shouted as Rose walked to presumably get the King. Once again, he couldn't help but just wonder who she could be. Meru doubted if Rose even was her real name. And when they went into the castle, the guards didn't even bother to take their weapons. That must either mean that they don't think we would be able to do much, or that Rose was a military officer. Both seem highly unlikely, thought Meru, but he was beginning to lean towards the latter. She did carry a sword with her, Meru reminded himself. As the door opened for a group of people, a warm breeze blew in. Meru hadn't noticed it before due to his rush, but now when he had a moment's rest, he realized just how warm and tropical Galdrar is when compared to Dragalia. Back in Dragalia, it was most likely snowing right now. Just then, an entourage arrived from outside. Being none of his business, he payed the group little attention and continued waiting upon the sofa. He did, however, noticed that some of the men were dressed in armor...Armor which looked quite familiar, though Meru was unable to put his finger on it... Where have I seen those platings before? Shrugging, Meru decided it was not in his position to care and continued waiting for Rose to return. ╚═══════════════════════════════════════════════════╝#Sign Off#

"What's she doing?" Joseph asked. He wanted to warn her of Althea, but if she was working with her, that would give him away. He also wanted to hug her - she looked so sad there. Sadness wasn't really his thing. But he wouldn't just yet - he needed more information.
