((And I have to go to bed right now, so we're gonna assume Joseph dosn't make it in time.
Just a reminder, that as agreed by myself and Kami the defence system will be back online in... I rolled an even... So three turns. This means the turrets will be back and the building will start to lock down.
What's lock down mean? Elevators can't be used by non A~E personel, the front door locks up and certian hallways are sealed.
Crim, I want you to make it abundantly clear to Grabowski that A~E is still on his side. sweatdrop ))

"Anway, The robot, Squadron it's not..." The connection was lost due to Grabowski's release of electromagnetic energy.
He could have said that message so much faster. Damn his insanely quick wit.

After observing Gizmo get shocked by the seemingly down robot, Vincent slipped on his work gloves before anything else. They were leather, with rubber insulation, making them ideal for construction and electrician work. Next, he checked the situation. That newcomer robot seemed to be down and out, at least for now. And their quarry was nearly immobile. At least, it seemed to be moving slow enough that Vincent didn't need to sprint to catch up to it.
As Vincent towered over Squadron, he looked down and grinned "Finally we get core. Turn it in for prize. First you not move no more." His arms began to vibrate as they aligned with Squadron's exposed arms. "Construction mimicry...power saw." With that, he swung his arms downward, hopefully cutting off or at least disabling Squadron's two arms.
(I assume it only has 2 arms anyway... crying And I roll...
EDIT: ...2. Damn. Total of 22. PLEASE roll a one. PLEASE.
SECOND EDIT: 20?! Gaia HATES me.)

While Vincent was putting on gloves, taunting, raising his hammer, Grabowski was using his time more productively, letting the energy build up inside him, switched to thermal (Fire) energy. He was legless, so rather than punch the man, he fired it in a concentrated beam, upwards at the construction worker mercenary, aiming for his head and chest.
"Give up you stupid Mercs!" the electronic voice barked out with all the authority of a staff officer after the shot was fired.

"...damn." Apparently the higher powers absolutely hated Vincent. Every single one of his attacks which actually mattered fail. And all of his insignificant attacks succeed? What kind of BS was that? Fortunately, there was one thing the robot could not predict. A master of construction fu, one of Vincent's abilities was to mimic a hard hat? And the net effect of such an ability. His head was ironically the worst place for a person to attack. And with his downward motion, his head was the only place targeted. Plus, since he targetted the arms, his arms were conviently located to block part of the attack.
Vincent fell back from the attack, both in a concious retreat and from the sheer force of it. The attack blasted him so far that he ended up in front of the doorway he had just created. His arms protected part of his head, and his hard hat protected the rest. That was enough to save his life. But the main problem now was that Vincent was effectively blind from the burns on his face. He was definitely down and out for a while.
(Okay...so how long AM I out? As a tank, I think I should be more resistant to damage. But...you did roll a 20. What do you think Arc?)

Grunting, Gizmo crawled forward, intending to try the robot again, unfortunately, he was witness to a firebomb landing on Vincent's head.
Two things came into Gizmo's mind simultaneously, firstly, OWNED. Second, NOOOooooooo! VINCE!
Neither escaped his dry lips, instead, he got up on one knee, using this position to his advantage, allowing for better controll and accuracy, he lifted his hand cannon.
Barely.
Resting the weapon over a crossed arm, he shot the robot in the "Back", while it attacked his hard-headed comrade.

Systems back online.
At this point, Worker began to run through a quick systems diagnostic. After the EMP, it needed to make sure that all functions were working properly. It couldn't go back into action until then. And so it stayed in standby mode, rather than activating fully.
The Parasite, on the other hand, being a less complicated system, was already skittering around again, moving it's small body into a corner where it hoped to be safe. It was simply for observation, after all, and logic would dictate that it try and avoid any conflict, beign unable to defend itself.

The pilot in the helicopter instructed everyone to hold on as it swooped around downward, coming back up into a stationary hover next to the sizable hole in the building. Matthias was busy bolting some sort of winch device onto the floor of the deck.

((I think as I rolled a 20, and your defense was a 1... hmm... I'll say two complete turns, after this round is over. I like to get people back into the fray as quickly as possible. Consider yourself however 'walking wounded' as it were, well, not that bad, but you won't be able to attack at full power. Maybe take something like a -5 level or something. You okay with that?))
