Its because of the filler arc. The six tails host is a part of the filler arc and so they switched it up so that he has yet to be captured. By the end of the arc im sure he will be though, im just curious as to who will be the one to capture him as well as how strong he really is. For the moment he seems no stronger then a chuunin or joinin... :/
