Shiko yawned widely, but despite her act of being tired, she was very alert. She hadn't ever come here before, only heard and read about it. And although she knew the people here were allies, it was better safe and sorry.

he hooked the helmet onto his waist pack and took out his pistol as they walked"ive got a bad feeling about this place"he htought,he watched shiko as she walked,he could tell she was nervous just like him,he looked behind them but saw nothing.

"Here we are." Shiko said, coming to a stop in front a large white door. She stepped back and waited for Stiletto to catch up. "Open the door." She said simply. "It's not locked."

he raised an eyebrow as he looked at her"yeah ill be sure to do that",he felt something wrong in his stomach here,but something that was calming and almost felt like....home,to him,his left hand felt like it was starting to throb and his felt strange,as if his insides were shifting around inside of him,he grabbed the door knob and twisted it.

he twisted the door knob but it was locked"its locked"he said to her"wait ive got an idea"he took a step backwards and then kicked the door which came off of its hinges and landed flat on the ground inside of the room,dust was creating an impenetrable fog,he stood and waited for it to settle.

Shiko coughed a couple times as her eyes stared to water. "Smooth, very smooth." She snapped, waving a hand around, trying to clear the air.

he unholstered his pistol and stepped through the doorway with the gun raised,it wasnt a concious effort,it was part of his training,breaching and clearing was drilled into is mind so it was now instinct,he quickly stepped through and was waiting on the other side for shiko.

Shiko peered through the open door, and shook her head. "It's not me they want." She said quietly, stepping away from the hole. "It's you. I'll find you later, once everything is sorted out." She tried to smile. "You'll be fine. Not that I think you're worried or anything." She added hastily.

looked back through the fog"right"he turned around"leave me in a facility that i have no way to know where im going and then i
have no idea who or whats in here....we'll it isnt the worse thats happened" he thought. a few images of his night time paradrop mission into Saudi Arabia came into his head,they sent a shiver up his spine,he never wanted anything like to happen again. he started walking down the hallway,he didnt know why he hadnt asked shiko anything but he hadnt and it was to late to turn back now anyways.

Shiko leaned against the wall, and slid to the ground, too tired even to cry.
"And you must be Stilletto." A richly cool voice said, and a young woman in a white lab coat stepped out of the shadows, her pale blue skin and blond hair glowing in the dull light. "What a pleasure to meet you." She continued, sticking out an elegant hand.

as soon as he heard the voice he quickly backed up against the wall and aimed the pistol at her head"who are you?"he quickly asked,but in his head he knew that right now wasnt the time to sneak up on him.

The young woman smiled. "I am Vaine." She tossed her head proudly, and let her blond hair fly everywhere. "Am I that unfamiliar to you? I thought that having spent time with Shiko, you would see the similarities." She shrugged. "Perhaps you are not as smart as I was told." She turned and began to quickly walk down the hall. "Please follow me."

he walked behind her but kept the gun unholstered and aimed at the ground"im sorry but i dont pay attention to facial features"he growled at her while he followed her. he saw another figure up ahead but this one was wearing body armor and had an assault rifle.
he watched as vain and some guy in special body armor followed her,he shot vain a glance but stayed quiet,this was one of the times when Marek knew to just keep his mouth shut.

Vaine turned, her face set with annoyance. "Obviously," She snarled, revealing razor sharp fangs. "I must spell everything out." She sighed, and continued walking. "You already know that Shiko is not a normal human. She is half-Na'vi. It's what that damn b*tch did to us. I too am half Na'vi. But since I am older, I have...matured fully. What I look like now; blue skin, unusual height, and such; this are all abilities and features that Shiko will have once she is older. You have been brought here because you too are no longer just human." She narrowed her eyes as she caught Marek's scent, but said nothing. As long as he remained silent, she would tolerate him.
