"What happened here?" Jazz asked walking forward. She didn't know these dogs but she might as well trust them, even if that could be her death sentence. She stopped a respectible way so as not to frighten them. She noticed, with apparent disdain, that almost all had more scars than she did. She sat where she had stopped.

Scat sighed with satisfaction. "You're gonna be fine!" he said, his tail wagging uncontrollably. If you hadn't landed right, your lung would be deflating right now he thought with elation. Kaya was licking Silver's face, but Kona was turned away. "Kona? What's up?" he asked the collie.
"There's someone here." she said quietly. The hair on her back bristled, making the collie look twice as big. A dog entered the yard and walked forward, asking about the husky. Kona stepped forward, her head and tail held high. "And who're you to ask?" she said, with her usual attitude. She eyed the dog carefully. The nerve of her. Lucky Scat's not like Shadow she thought.
Scat walked slowly up beside Kona, holding his head high as well. Even though it wasn't Kona's place, he was happy to see her want to protect Silver. "We're taking care of an injured dog", he spoke. Scat looked back out of the corner of his eye for a fleeting second, hoping not to offend the femmes with his display, but if SIlver and the other three were to stay safe from other encroachers, he was going to have to act the part. He stepped forward once more, narrowing the distance between himself and the female. "I've claimed this territory" he said in a low baritone, "And I allow these females to reside here with me. Make yourself known and your purpose here and we'll decide whether or not we want your company." He squared his shoulders, feeling Kona's soft fur beside him. I gotta keep them safe, even if it means losing a bit of their respect.

Jazz we at the two dogs. "My name is Jazz. I am here only because I travle and did not know this land was claimed. If you would like I will leave." she looked at the big male he owns the females? she asked herself. She shook herself and looked at the silver huskey. She huffed.

Bo ran up to the group. "Oh, hey Scat. Kona. How have y'all been?" Bo sensed tension between the group. But, as usual, he completely ignore it as he tried to break the ice.

felicia sniffed around hearing a group of others nearby. she decided to keep distance, since she didnt want to get in a fight. the Shepherd decided to sit down, and listen, since she had nothing better to do. whats going on?? she thought to her self.

username: Kaija_14 Name: Kita Sex: Female Age: 2 (dog years) Personality: Almost a pacifist but will fight if needed to and will stand up for those cursed with unjust. She has been a stray for a long time and knows how the streets can be which is why she's loner most of the time. Short History: In puppy hood was left in a cardboard box on the side of the road with the rest of her litter but the others were taken to the pound or human homes. She wandered for the longest time and was adopted as a birthday present for a young boy who later dumped her back on the streets. Felicia slowly approached a wooden damp old fence, leaning against it. just a couple feet away were the other dogs. she kept her guard up just in case the dogs noticed her.

Silver sighed and shifted. She was still tired, but for the first time since the humans had left her she had a drive to live. Her eyes followed Scat as he took the alpha position. She knew it was for their protection, but it still made her fur bristle. Her paw twitched as though she thought about getting up and correcting him, but she laid still and kept her icy blue eyes on the male.

Jazz felt surrounded. She couldn't let her guard down for a minute. She looked at the injured dog and felt pity for it. She then looked at the other dogs. The bigger one had more scars than she and was much bigger. The smaller on, the collie, she could shurley take down if they attacked.

Kaya tensed as dogs drew in. "Why are there so many?" she asked in a trembling voice. A few dogs, sure, Kaya could handle that. But not this many. She trotted forward, stopping righ in front of the the dog asking about Silver. "I'm Kaya." she said in a stronger voice than the one she'd had second's ago. The husky shook out her fur a bit, and steped back to she was just in front of Scat.

Kita wandered toward the group that had formed. Maybe I could talk to them? Kita thought to herself and wasn't paying attention to where she was going and ran into Jazz. "Oh! I'm sorry! I didn't see you, I apologize."

Age: (dog years) 35
Personality: General is the wise old male with the protective habit. He's a leader and actually happens to be quite capable of getting by due his herding skills. He's not easily angered but should you anger him he's quite the fighter. He's bit a rowdu boy however used to working constantly and often becomes restless due to this habit. He's brave and he may understand humans a bit more then other street dogs
Short History: He was a herding dog on a ranch until his master was captured by someone and he was left in a car wreck caused by their persuers. He was left with the trailer of two horses that didn't survive. He evaded the animal control officers and found himself on the streets. He got used to the streets very quickly and is now in search of some sort of pack to run with. He knows their is safety in numbers and while he may understand humans better he rather enjoys his new life of freedom though he does miss his master deeply.
