I'm probably just repeating what everyone else is saying but definitely the trumpet section for most annoying. In orchestra I'd have to say probably the clarinets.

Drums..
The drummers in OUR band SUCK EGGS. We can be practicing and were doing all right... Then they mess up on PURPOSE because our B.D yelled at them earlier for goofing off.
They irk me.

Trumpets. They drive me insane. They purposly blat behind us (clarinets) and are dumber than a post. My BD is always screaming at them and he is a Trumpet.

Trombones sometimes but diffidently the drummers. They can play but they're SO LOUD

Clarinets.They think their all high a mighty then the rest of the sections!They talk way too much it annoys the heck out of me because i'm right besides them!They don't get in trouble but they basses and drummers do so what makes them so special!

iBeefly Trombones sometimes but diffidently the drummers. They can play but they're SO LOUD tsk! tsk! Beef you know the trombones are the most obnoxious freaks in the band. But the drummer are irratating. Especially when they try to be all cool, and like mess up the whole song. -Please note these are just at my and beef's school, I'm sure not all trombone and percussionists are like ours-

Not so much sections as individuals... stare i'm in the trombone section, and there is another bone named davis who is reeealy annoying. And then there's the piccolo named makayla who's equally annoying.

Trumpets they are so load, and they talk too much. Also the most annoying person I know is in the section. >.>

When we get together Def. trumpets and we clarinet's have to sit in front of them there so loud! but when were not together its the sax's they talk to much!

This year for some reason the Trumpets are being really dramatic in Fall Marching band. >.<

the percussion section is the most obnoxious but they are kinda funny (sometimes....when they wanna be) however the trumpets (especially the 1st and 2nd chair) are have extremely big egos which makes them very annoying

Trumpets they keep playing the same song and it just drives me crazy also they touch each other they really need to stop they are like all boys and one girl
