Jutsu Name: Lightning Snake Chains
Jutsu Rank: C
Use: Restricted to the Soul Eater Clan. This is not a Clan Jutsu. It is only useable by the manipulation of one's Soul Wavelength.
Range: 40m
Type: Manipulation Ninjutsu (Weapon Manipulation)
Element: Raiton
Description: First, Soul begins to manipulate his Assassin's Chain Sickles and then conducts Raiton Chakra in a manner so that it doesn't damage the chains or himself. They then gain much more speed and power. The lightning seems to take form of a snake over the chains.

Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Raiton/Katon
Description: Soul pumps his Assassin's Chain Sickles full of Chakra. One with Raiton and the other with Katon. Soul then begins to spin them rapidly, intermingling in a way to mix the two Chakras in the air. They then create a powerful cyclone of Flames and Lightning. It is highly destructive and also can cause severe cuts and slashes from the Chain Sickles while burning and shocking them severely.

Use: Resricted, Brashugan only.
Range: Same range as shurikens.
Type: Genjutsu.
Element: Ink
Description: This adds a new element for Brashugan users. Color. The Brashugan user draws up a ball ink forcing a single emotion into it. The emotion turns the ink into a certain color. Now here is the kicker the color ball must hit it's intended target the target must act in the fashion of that color. This is due to the ink being alive when the ink comes into contact with the target the ink begins to corrupt the target's chakra flow.
Red= Anger
Blue= Sad
Yellow= Scared
Green= Jealous
Orange= Goofy

Use: Restricted, Only Shinobi from the Senju Clan
Range: 0~5m, 5~10m
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Wood
Description: By performing Hand seals, and in the end hold the Horse Hand seal while the procces, the user will shoot a wide Wood pillar at the enemy, the wood is flexbile like usual, and the user can controll the pillar to be despersed in two pillars, this is why its Called Brothers and Twin. But, the user should hold the Horse Hand seal all the time in order to controll the two pillars.

Nobody can manipulate soul wavelength except your clan, so that would qualify it as a clan jutsu.

Well this is only unique to Soul because he has the Assassin's Chain Sickles. It is a Weapon Manipulation Jutsu. If every Clan Member had these Chain Sickles, then I would make it a Clan Jutsu. This is just for Soul.

Well then shouldn't these things have been included in your custom weapon application if this jutsu only works with that particular weapon?

Well, no. I created these because they are Jutsu. I have to use Elemental Manipulation, Weapon Manipulation, and Clan Abilities all in one. I just made these because they can't be included in the Custom Weapon Application. The Weapons were made to use poisonous attack and be able to freely fly though the air. This Jutsu makes them really powerful.

Ok, Soul is like a shape shifting soul that can deal damage to people right? But he lacks a body and therefore chakra and therefore cannot perform jutsu. So my question is how can you apply this jutsu to your weapon?
Second, I noticed this in your fight with Leo: Apparently, you think that soul cannot be hurt but he can hurt others. This won't fly because one of his attributes is not invincibility, and if it was he would not be able to do all that he does. So if soul can hurt others physically, you are going to have to accept the fact that soul can be hurt. As a customs mod, I reserve the right to edit your post once I get a positive vote from Scrapples or Cobra so that soul CAN be broken/damaged.

Well Soul isn't Human, but he has a mortal body. He can be hurt and he can be killed. Spirit is the one who is indestructible. He can still take a large amount of damage and then become unusable. I'm using completely different weapons that Spirit though. These are weapons that react to my Wavelength. Soul is able to use Ninjutsu and he can be killed. He can be hurt. He is not invincible. Idk how you came up with that though.
