Kalas groaned as he opened his eyes. "Grr...for the love of... Huh? Oh, it's you... What do you want?" He asked, sitting up. Huh? I smell something weird...and familiar... He lit the lamp next to him by touching the 'FALME' character inscribed on the bronze. His hair wasn't neat in the slightest, and his eyes showed slight signs of confusion. I had just got good and sleep... "Well? You gonna stare or are you gonna say?"

Kalas stared at him incredulously. Is he serious!? His eyes then trailed over to the bottle. Oh...so that's what it is... Well, might as well drink...I just might throttle him otherwise for waking me... He accepted the cup and drank the amount completely. When he breathed out, his eyes softened with satisfaction. "One question for every cup I drink, that's the deal." He said it without any other choices to consider. He held his empty cup out. "Right now, you have one."

Kalas scowled softly, giving Alexander a look. "So that's what you're after. Whatever, a deal's a...deal...so, I guess I'm getting used to you. Yeah, it's like havin a puppy following me begging for my affection. At first annoying, but you get to it." He answered, though, his tone wasn't harsh meaning he wasn't being mean about it. "Hm...what to ask... I'll go for somethign simple and not so important... How are you really?" He asked before downing his cup.

Kalas froze at Alexander's question. "...my...dragon form?" He looked down. "To tell you the truth, I might not even have one. I'm only half after all. It depends on how much human I actually have in me..." He answered on a sad note. There was a moment of silence before he downed his cup. "Well, my next question, why do you continue to pursue me even when I act my best that I hate you?" He was slightly buzzed, so he hadn't realized he had said the sentence the way he had in his mind.

Kalas blinked, his ind working out the question. "Wait, I ne-" Then he realized what must have happened and sighed. "...I..." Dammit, I can't lie "...I don't hate you in particular, Alexander. It's a tactic I learned to protect myself. That if I hate everyone naturally, then my cursed existence would become more bearable without the weight of dead friends and loved ones on my shoulders..." He put his cup down. "I...I don't like this..."

Kalas looked at Alexander, and then at the bottle of sake. "..." Then in one movement, he grabbed the bottle and downed three gulps. He dropped it and it clattered to the floor: empty. Kalas sat quiet for a moment, then he raised his face to give Alexander a smoldering look. "So...I can ask you anything huh?" He hiccuped. "Then..." He sniffled before giving Alexander a hug, which was more like he was using him to stay upright. "...will you...join me tonight?" He motioned to the bed. "It's cold...I hate it." The blush on his face was from more than just the drink.

Kalas buried his face in Alexander's chest as he settled him self in place. Then he remembered that the lamp was still on. He raised his head enough for the FLAME character to be in his sight. He lightly tapped it and the flame went out. After laying back down, he paused for one last second. "... ...thanks, Alexander." He returned to sleeping.

Kalas gave an irritated snarl as the rays leaked into the room. He sat up and yawned. ... ...time to do my morning rites... He quietly got out the bed and went to the statue in the main hall and prayed before it. Then he went to the purifiction baths.
