I'm not even supposed to be here right now but I feel bad that you have to wait so long. Jes is just really busy in RL. More so than me, sorry for the wait.
A few things need to be cleared up before your profile can be accepted. Once you make the edits feel free to PM me that you have completed what has been asked of you below.
Physical Description: Hoshi, Hoshi, Hoshi, we got who you're talking about hun. There's little need to keep saying the characters name over and over. Rework the entire description to make it more fluid and less staggered/forced.
Special Accessories: Again we know who you're talking about, no need to state the characters name so many times within their own profile.
Resurreccion (Name): Again, the name doesn't need to be used so much here, just rework it to make the description read more fluidly.
Resurreccion ("Cats Silban"): Same as above, as for the attack itself... I don't feel really comfortable accepting a technique that can be classified as "Auto-Hit" but a twelve foot area is rather small and acceptable and is easy enough to escape once you hear "Hisssss". So I'll let you keep this ability. I'll be watching you though and keeping my ears open. I trust however, that there wont be any problems.
Resurreccion ("Cats Poderosas Cortan"): You'll definitely need to rework this as there are characters out there with a high tolerance to pain, and then there are even size differences which can alter the effectiveness of the poison. I would grant you maybe... a character of any rank would be reduced to about 70% of their full fighting ability once the fourth post has passed. The two posts that it takes they will loose a very noticeable 15% decline in ability. ((Side note: You're character has potential to kick some serious but.))
Abilities: I'd say cats have Agility, Reflex and generally good senses (Hearing, awareness of her surroundings, scent, sight... all that fun jazz) Speed is just so overused and I'd hate to see an original character like yours fall under a huge lump of "I'm faster than you" crap. However this part is up to you...
Personality: Go crazy with this part. We all want to know how she is as a character and personally this is the MOST important part of any character profile in my opinion. So please, add some spice and body to this section. Don't leave me dangling with a prelude.
Biography/History: Biography is combining both Personality and History, again same as above. Don't be a tease.
Powers: Good good. Just make sure you have all of the hollow/arrancar powers down. if you don't have them within your character profile your character doesn't know them.
BTW: Where is that picture I seen a few people talking about within he OOC? I wouldn't mind seeing what you had in mind for your character.

This would be me little Medic character lol. Name:Emya Koliohart (Eh-me-a, call-eo-art) Number:??/48 Aliases/ Nicknames:Emya is sometimes referred to as Doc or Medic. Physical Description:Emya is a stunted female, with her maximum height totalling in at four feet, five inches. Her hair is a light shade of blue (Or cyan to colour aficionados) and only comes down to about neck length - her hair is styled very basically simply covering the dies of her head (Think Misaki from Welcome to the NHK). Her eyes are a light shade of purple (which oddly enough seem to glow when light is shined on them) and her skin is pretty pale thank to many days spent indoors reading on many different things. Emya's Hollow mask-remnants sit on her forehead like some sort of broken tiara. The remnants cross over her entire forehead and only swing around to the left side of her head. At the center point of the remnants sits a small needle-like point which comes all the way down to the bridge of her nose. Emya's Hollow Hole is located on her neck and is quite small compared to most Hollow Holes due to the fact that if it was the normal sized Hollow Hole then her head would be separated from her body. Emya is petite and her body is quite slender in appearance, but this is only a misleading point to her actually being quite physically strong. Her Arrancar uniform isn't the biggest thing from the norm but it does have it's differences. Her Arrancar jacket is low cut at the stomach area but it does not reveal any skin as she has a black undershirt to cover her stomach. The undershirt she is wearing doesn't have any sleeves but this is pretty insignificant as it's rare for her to take off the jacket. Emya also wears a pair of white gloves (that have been made out of a unique material that somehow stops any form of bacteria or germ from attaching to it, keeping them clean all the time) with a single black line down the center of the gloves that diverges at the knuckles - to cover the top part of the index and middle fingers. The sash she wears around her waist is a simple one, being dyed in a deep shade of purple with what looks like beads embedded in the tips which hang down from her waist. Her hakama is basically the same as the normal Arrancar uniform except that it is cut short at the bottom and the sides are a bit cut open so that Emya can have a better freedom of movement - although hakama's aren't known for being restrictive. Despite the common fashion with female Arrancar wearing high heeled boots (well at least in fan art and RPs anyway), Emya's boots are the normal styled Arrancar boots with no heels - which suit Emya just fine even if she does wish she was a bit taller. Emya can commonly be found with her hands behind her back (A habit gained from fixing the position of her ever-slipping Zanpaku-tou) and in an upright stance, which if nothing else makes her look orderly. Most of the time however, one can find Emya locked away in her own little world - with her head in a book as she deciphers medical knowledge of the Living World and the Gotei 13's 4th Division (which is rare and by chance as the 4th Division aren't exactly willing to share there techniques with the enemy). Zanpaku-tou & Resurreccion:Nieblas Curativas (Healing Mists) Release Command: Blind there senses, Nieblas Curativas. Nieblas Curativas' sealed form is a Chokutō - a Japanese sword with a straightened blade. The sword has a very simple design with the hilt being a pure white as is it's sheath. The sword is commonly worn on the back of Emya's waist and held in by her waist sash. Which means it often needs to be readjusted so that it doesn't fall out thanks to the fact it isn't the most secure place for a sword to sit. When Nieblas Curativas is released, the sword become a mass of green energy which eventually disperses as a green cloud of mist which engulfs Emya. The mist slowly dissipates to reveal that Emya has transformed. The small tiara-like mask remnants have extended much further. Initially two separate needle-point pieces run down her face - coming down in front of her eyes and continuing on until they reach her cheeks. A smooth face plate-like mask covers Emya's mouth reaching from just below her nose all the way down to her chin - the face plate reached under her chin and covers her neck - reaching around to the sides of it as well, which helps hide her Hollow hole. The mask is something reminiscent of the masks used by doctors when operating on a patient. Emya's upper clothing is removed and replaced by a smoothed white chest-plate like armouring that covers her front and back and the upper parts of her arms - all the way to her hands. The back has two large wings extending from it - although the wings don't actually move and are basically there for cosmetic appearance. On her hands the material that covers her upper arms extend out and covers the pattern of the bones in the hand extending up in thin lines up to the knuckles and over to the fingers (and thumbs) themselves. The small thin material extends off like needle tipped finger nails. Curación-Pinchada Cuatro (Four-Pronged Cure): Curación-Pinchada Cuatro is one the abilities that Nieblas Curativas can conjure. Emya activates this ability by forming a symbol of a cross in the air (this is done the needle tips coming off of her fingers which create the symbol as a glow of energy which dissipates after a few moments). Four large cylinder-like pillars of rock will appear around the target of this ability in the same cross shape that Emya would have formed in the air. As soon as the pillars reach there peak (Which is about 7ft high) they will begin to emit a green light which then forms a ring like symbol around the target and rays of green light will shine upwards - slowly coating the target in a healing glow which will heal the majority of wounds one can suffer (Excluding lost body parts or internal wounds). Rayo de la Luz (Ray of Light): The Rayo de la Luz is one of the abilities that the Nieblas Curativas can conjure. This ability is activated when Emya forms a cross followed with an X on top of it. A circular ring appears above the intended target and a group of orbs fall out of the ring - spiraling down on the target - they will eventually come down to a point and enters the target's stomach. A glowing outline will cover the target, healing any and all internal ailments on the target - being they actual internal wounds or poisonous effects. Aguantar la Cáscara (Enduring Shell): The Aguantar la Cáscara is the final ability that Nieblas Curativas can call upon. It is activated when Emya forms a spiral pattern with both hands (two symbols). The ability will start with the ground erecting up to surround it's target covering over the target like an egg shell. The erected earth will crumble apart to reveal a large barrier of Spiritual Energy has arose to replace it. The barrier is transparent meaning that people can see through both sides of it while it has a light-green tinge to it and the barrier has the visual appearance of a group of hexagons all linked together. The barrier is very powerful on it's own and does take a lot of effort to smash but a concentrated effort and continuous attack on a single spot will eventually wear it down - and one hole in the barrier causes the whole thing to crumble apart. Special Accessories:Emya is almost always seen carrying around a pouch of medical supplies (The pouch is clipped onto the left side of her sash) which she can use in situations where she doesn't have time to release her Zanpaku-tou or the situation isn't dire enough to actually need her Zanpaku-tou's abilities. The supplies within the pouch are all hand crafted and carry abilities that normal utensils would not (The bandages she carries have a thin layer of some sort of curative gel on the under side which slowly helps close up wounds). She also carries a syringe and various vials of medicinal liquids if the need arises (Although such would be rare among Arrancar, it still helps to be prepared) and finally she carries a scalpel and other medical implements that have been specially prepared so that they can easily cut through ones Hierro (These tools were at first debated as a threat, if used in lethal action - but Emya has been thoroughly watched and does not seem to bare ill intentions upon other Arrancar, which is odd in itself). Abilities: Emya's physical abilities are something of a mix of things. Naturally she is not a good fighter (Although she is strong enough to best anything of the Gillian level range), but she is a lot more precise and accurate than most thanks to medical operation requiring a steady hand, a good eye and precise work for optimum efficiency. But she is unfocused in physical combat as she dislikes it and it isn't even her forte - outside of accuracy. Her Hierro however is a lot stronger than most which can give her an edge if she ever does end up in a fight - thanks to her body being durable - although Emya has a problem with this - because it lessens any excuse she could have at running away. Her forte lies in medicine as in her living life she was studying to be a doctor - all she learned about medicines somehow stuck with her when she became a Hollow, although much of what she learned was mixed up or not very intelligible so with aid from some other Hollows she has acquired herself a small archive of books on which to study - and she gets to test what she learns in the field very often due to the fact that most Hollows are expendable to the Arrancar. Personality:In short Emya is a bookworm. She will jump at the chance to read any kind of book on the science of medicine in hopes of learning new things about her practice - this eventually extended to her requesting that if any of the other Arrancar ran into members of the Gotei 13's 4th Squad that they try to retrieve any items that could be studied for medical use - so far most Arrancars haven't been compliant of course. Normally Emya can be seen as anything but the norm of the Arrancar, she is usually smiling and humming little tunes to herself (Be they from the Living World or made up tunes), she is very polite and regards the other Arrancars with utmost care - almost as if they are a big family (Which is probably frowned upon behind her back too) and she does her best to ensure that they will always be fighting fit - as it does seem to be the most they care about. Biography/History:In what remains known of Emya's life as a Human, she was a student learning to become a doctor. She died before ever becoming a doctor though but the cause remains lost in the culmination of Hollows that made up the Gillian she eventually became. In her life as a Hollow everything was frantic - most of all on her own body, she was never suited for fighting and wasn't very good at it - even as a Hollow. She was eventually beaten within an inch of her existence and then swallowed up by another Hollow which eventually culminated in the creation of a Gillian. Somehow Emya won the large battle of minds that was going on in that hectic mess that people called a Gillian. She continued on - just trying to make sure she didn't end up as part of the mindless moaning of the Hollows that now made up her form. She soon evolved into an Adjuchas and that was where her journey ended when she was invited to join the Arrancar - Emya jumped at the offer only to find it wasn't much of what she hoped as almost every Arrancar she met was cold or at the very least annoying - and she had been stuck as a healer, although she couldn't complain about that much. Powers:Cero: (sero; Spanish for "Zero," Japanese for "Hollow Flash," "Doom Blast" in the Viz translation) are high-powered energy blasts that can be fired from various body parts, such as mouth, tongue, hand or fingers. Only Gillians, Adjuchas, Arrancar, and the Vizards have so far been shown to use Cero attacks, and it appears that stronger entities can use it more efficiently. Colour: GreenFiring Point: Left Index Finger. Bala: (bara; Spanish for "Bullet," Japanese for "Hollow Bullet") Bala is an Arrancar alternative to Cero. The technique hardens the user's Spiritual Pressure and fires it like a bullet. Although it is weaker than a normal Cero, it moves about twenty times faster and can be fired at a much higher rate, but the damage is much the same. Stronger Arrancar can also fire a more powerful Bala, while retaining its twenty-fold speed. Firing Point: Right Hand. Garganta: (garuganta; Spanish for "Throat," Japanese for "Black Cavity") is how Arrancar and Menos-class Hollows move to and from Hueco Mundo. Kaname Tōsen and Kisuke Urahara have also demonstrated the ability to use the technique. It literally tears open the dimensional fabric separating the worlds, revealing a tunnel of whirling, torrential energy that must be focused and solidified to create a discernible pathway. Hierro: (iero; Spanish for "Iron," Japanese for "Steel Skin") refers to the hardened skin of the Arrancar, which is a result of their compressed spiritual power. While their skin is strong enough to block even released Zanpakutō bare-handed, it is by no means impenetrable. Stronger Arrancar generally have proportionally stronger skin than usual. Pesquisa: (pesukisa; Spanish for "Inquiry," Japanese for "Probe Circuit") is the Arrancar equivalent of the Shinigami ability to sense Spiritual Pressure. It functions very similarly to sonar. Sonido: Sonído (Spanish for "Sound," Japanese for "Sound Ceremony") is the Arrancar equivalent of the Shinigami Flash Steps and the Quincy Hirenkyaku; it allows the user to travel at incredibly high speeds for short distances. Use of Sonído is punctuated by a brief static sound, in contrast to the "swish" sound caused by Flash Steps. ((I've kind of went a bit overkill on the powers. If you'd like me to remove some and move a few about to Resurrecion only I'll get on it immediately. Just tell me please.))
Name: Pamba Mobunwi
Number: 92
Aliases/ Nicknames: None yet.
Physical Description: Pamba is a small, childlike (approximately looking about nine years old), female Arrancar. Her hair is rather short and is blonde in it's colouring with a tiny ribbon tied at the end of one of her strands of hair, the ribbon is green and her hair blonde. Her eyes are orangey but not a fierce, burning orange. More of a lazy and natural seeming orange, specifically chosen to lull the opponent into a false sense of security.
That body, is not her true body. It is a fake body, designed to be as impossible to attack as possible. Her true body is a mystery, even to herself. However, parts of it can be used in conjunction with her fake one. Her fake body, is in some ways real, as it is made of real flesh and has a beating heart and so it can use all the Arrancar powers.
She seemingly does not have a mask remnant, however, it does exist. Around her heart there is a casing of the bone masks that all Arrancar have.
Her Arrancar uniform is standard, it doesn't differ from the norm in any way shape or form, this is done specifically so that nobody can guess that her actual physical body is capable of much, much more. It is done to make her look like just part of the crowd and so that the average Shinigami would not expect anything interesting from her.
Zanpacto & Resurreccion: Sangre Azul
Zanpakto Appearance: She wields an exceptionally bright two handed great sword for her Zanpakto, although she is not exactly the most physically strong Arrancar.
The sword is kept in a large blue case which goes on her back. The casing has a pattern of some sort of humongous squid like monster in a mosaic style.
Strangely, the case on her back if absolutely filled with water which comes out when she unsheaths her sword. Why this is, is completely unknown, as it's not related to her Resurrecion in any way, shape or form. It is possible that this is just a remnant from something in her human life.
Release command: What lies beneath the surface? Sangre Azul.
Resurrecion Powers:
Symbiosis: Her veins gain a new power to inject a part of herself into people. By injecting an organism into someone who gets hit by her veins, she can lend them a little of her power, although this is dangerous because they could completely drain her.
After a month, and ten separate uses of the organism. The person using it can be lulled under her control. The organism inside them will suggest things to them about what they should do, where they should go and things they should pick up as well as people they should meet. It does this to the unconscious mind and so often the suggestions appear in dream form and are then given over to the conscious mind of the being so that they can carry it out. However, this all assumes they are not aware of the powers of the organism inside them and if they are aware of it's powers, although not it's existence, then they can resist it to much greater effect, they will often just shrug off the dreams as being part of the effect of the organism and just forget them.
In addition to this it can, when Pamba and the organism are close, manipulate the holder ever so slightly. The host will be first of all, violently ill (vomiting, sneezing, that sort of thing), they will feel weak, they lose their motoring skills and they cannot use their reflexes. It makes physical combat almost impossible.
It's a power designed to work against Shinigami and Hollows as a large number of Hollows are very power hungry and often Shinigami would like to improve their own skills. She offers a little extra power to anyone she meets usually.
Sharing: She can share her nutrients, water and even blood with anyone who gets stabbed with her veins.
Absorption: She can do the exact opposite of sharing and absorb nutrients though her body. Including blood.
Resurrecion Appearance: Upon activation, a huge swarm of insects crawl from every nook and cranny and every imaginable angle towards Pamba. The swarm circles her, engulfing her shape and blocking her from view.
When she's revealed again, her clothes have changed. Instead of the standard Arrancar attire she now wears a beautiful looking straw summer hat with a green ribbon tied around it.
She wears a little, but long for her size, summer dress that comes down to her toes, made of a pure white silk and a lovely pair of neat, and polished, black shoes.
Her blood turns blue in this form.

Abilities:
Workable Sword Skills
Poor Hand to Hand
Extending Limbs: Her limbs can extend for another three meters by bursting from their sockets and being held by a long muscular tube that makes them move around like a real arm, just three meters longer.
Wayward Eyes: She can rip out her own eyes and place them to observe things from afar. She sees what they saw by eating them.
Veins: Her body can make the veins from it shoot out and stab people. If they get a successful stab they begin to pump a toxin into the body which liquidises their organs over the course of a year. It's easy to remove however if the right tools are present.
Individual Limbs: Each limb, seemingly, has a mind of it's own and even if detached from the main body, is capable of moving around on it's own. It does this using a special wave sent unconsciously from Pamba's brain. The limbs, unless Pamba is concentrating on controlling them, will act in a brutal manner, simply trying to attack.
Exploding Body: Any part of the body no longer attached to the main body can explode at any time. The explosions have about the same power as the average cero but they're explosions and so they act differently. The way this is done does not use reiatsu but rather there is a special fluid inside the body that when given a response to from the main body will mix with another fluid within it creating a huge explosion. This can be done with the entire body and would create a much larger, much more powerful explosion if it went off all at the same time.
Extra Hands: Concealed within the body, Pamba has four more arms. These can give her the edge sometimes when people don't expect it and are usually hidden for the duration of the battle.
Shapeshifting: She can shift the make-up of her body. However, this power is not for fighting and not for espionage. It only works once every month.
Personality: Usually, Pamba behaves with the kind of attitude you would expect from her (based on appearance) age, she is jolly and fun loving and always interested in what's going on around her.
However, she has a secondary personality, one that is faked and used for effect only. She can, when the time calls for it, put on a second personality where she is more mocking and much more cruel. Pretending to delight in people's misery. For someone like herself, it's quite hurtful to have to pretend this is true so it's only saved for people she classifies as monsters.
She has little understanding of matters outside of one's that are discussed between Hollows usually and thus, often does not know how to deal with unusual situations for Hollows as she died to young to learn how humans act.
Biography/History: Pamba, was a young girl in the human world. However, she didn't live very long in the human world before dying in mysterious circumstances.
She quickly grew into a Hollow from the feeling of emptiness she had, not even knowing when or where she had died. She had forgotten it at some point.
She moved around Hueco Mundo, without meaning and confused by why people were scared of her and her appearance, for she had never seen it herself.
One day, after going as far as she could like this, she threw herself into a Hollow feeding frenzy, angry with the Hollows for rejecting her for some reason.
It was not long before she became an Arrancar after this. Although as to what stage in evolution she reached and what she was before becoming an Arrancar, that is unknown. She was created with the Hogyoku but because she had already gained the power to disguise herself by that point, it is unknown if she was even just a Menos.
Now, she fights for the Arrancar. Simply because it gives her a reason to continue moving on. The reason she became an Arrancar was purely out of interest and a longing for a truly human form, something she didn't gain.
Powers: Pamba's Cero and Bala are poor at best, they are lime green in colour. Although they are poor, she is capable of firing them quickly but they have such low power that they serve as little more than a nuisance. Her Bala would actually bounce off anyone at the same fighting level skill as her.
Her Sonido is, pretty average.
She can use Gonzui to a poor, but workable level.
She has high speed regeneration of a level well above that of most Arrancar and some Espada (namely because they don't have it). It is her strongest point.
Her Hierro is above average in level of protection and can deflect the majority of Zanpakto with ease of opponents of the same level as her. This is Zanpakto out of Shikai of course, Zanpakto in Shikai can still cut her fairly easily.
Role-Play Example: Within one of the darker halls in Las Noches, Pamba sat together with Las Noches at a long white table, alongside countless other Arrancar, each one unique in his or her own way. Fat, short, lean and athletic. Every kind of build imaginable was gathered here among other things which made them all so different.
Pamba sat not too far away from the lords of Las Noches, she peeked at them from afar, interested in seeing just who it was who led her, it was obvious who was the leader of them. The man with the brown hair, his calm, although somewhat smug, smile indicated that he was in charge because the other two did not look nearly as calm or as, well, quite frankly. Normal. Of the trio he was the one who stood out least of all as being strange and this made him look dependable.
She had been looking too long though and he had caught her looking at him, she quickly averted her gaze and nothing more was said or thought of it.
When the meal had ended, as she left the hall, the man with brown hair was waiting down the corridor for her. Had she made him angry somehow? This wasn't good. He gave off the aura of someone dangerous, that you didn't want to make an enemy of.
"What about me interests you so much?" The man asked, shocking Pamba, she had been expecting something far far worse, maybe, that he would cut her head clean off before she had even had a chance to react.
"I just wanted to know who you were." She replied back earnestly to the brown haired man, he was still smiling, in a way that was comforting. That smile didn't seem too malicious to her, but, in other ways it was demeaning. Did he just find her amusing and was that the only reason he was smiling? However, both possibilities pointed to the idea that he was easygoing.
"Is that so?" He said, in the same voice with which he had asked the question. Pamba nodded, there was nothing else to say about the situation.
He turned away from her and begun walking away, Pamba was now, a little apprehensive, had he really just waited out here to ask her that question? Such a scary man. But, such a seemingly kind man, thought Pamba.
"Oh." He turned around once more. "That's a lovely ribbon you're wearing." He said before walking off, Pamba might never see the man again but, he had managed to control her so easily. He had managed to make her a part of the Arrancar Army that would fight on his beck and call with that single compliment. It had hit Pamba right where it mattered to her most.
She walked away from that meeting, feeling better than she had felt for a number of years.

Pad: It looks good, but I'm just wondering how you're going to RP the pupeteering part of your abilities because that's technically what it is. Puppeteering your opponents after a month of being injected.

You're right. It is puppetting.
Is the time constraint for it and the number of uses necessary fine then?
Basically. What happens is from afar my character starts suggesting things to the other character unconsciously. While they don't become mindless zombies they, sometimes without even knowing it, go around doing her will.
