Tsurugi FuuyuKonohagakure | Genjutsu Specialist | Jounin | NPC || Fuuton || Hiton || Doton ||"To suffer from bittersweet lies or words of truth? If given the choice..."Mind now set on how she should effeciently teach her student while assisting the nurses with the current situation, Fuuyu remained deep in thought as she briskly led the way to the ER room. Frustrated that nothing absolutely good came to mind, Fuuyu decided that she was better off just winging it. Arriving at the ER room, Fuuyu pushed opened the double doors and the smell of blood, mixed with disinfectant and burning smell immediately filled her senses. Tuning them out as she was trained too, Fuuyu did a quick assessment of the room and noticed that there was a fair amount of injured people in the room. ' Must've been a pretty big restaurant.' Spotting a portable cart with baskets filled with various equipments along with several bundles of fanny packs, Fuuyu nonchantlantly grabbed one of the few remaining fanny packs and made her way over to a disolated corner where a few bleeding patients waited for treatment. Kneeling down at the nearest patient, Fuuyu saw that it was a young boy, probably around the age of 7 and he was wailling unconsiderably loud while clutching a soaked cloth over his bleeding arm. Craning her head slightly back, Fuuyu cast a quick glance behind her to make sure that Sypher was still there. Certain that her student was there and not somewhere else, Fuuyu began her initical treatment. "Shh...Hush now little one, it's going to be alright. Big sister here is going to heal you alright?" Flashing the little boy a small reasurring smile, Fuuyu was pleased to see that the boy had ceased to cry and was now bravely holding in his tears of pain. "That's a good boy."Unzipping her fanny pack, Fuuyu took out a pair of plastic gloves, a sealed wet cloth and several rolls of bandage. Removing the blood soaked cloth, Fuuyu held back a wince as she inspected the bloody wound. ' Doesn't seem to be anything serious, he most likely just cutted it on something. Best to stop the bleeding first.' Eyes focused on the wound in front of her, Fuuyu spoke in a commanding voice as she conducted the first of her on scene lesson. "In cases like these where the wounds are just mere cuts, stopping the bleeding is first priority. For a wound like this, the best technique to use would be the Keksuki Gyouko, since it forces the blood to coagulate thus ceasing the bleeding. Don't forget to disenfict the wound first though." Raising her hands so they were leveled to her chest, Fuuyu rapidly performed the familiar set of handseals for 'Kiyomaru'. Gently placing her chakra covered hands over the boy's wounded arm, Fuuyu inserted her charkra into the surrounding area to disinfect it. Using her chakra to kill off the bateria, germs and any other harmful substances, Fuuyu wasted no more than 5 seconds before she was done step one. Moving onto step two would be the tricky part. Unsure how to go about this, Fuuyu knew that she didn't have time to show Sypher the handseals step by step like before but she also knew that if not properly taught the skill, Sypher would do more damage than good. ' Argh, what the h***. If anything, I'll be there to watch over him and cover up any possible mess ups.' Having wasted enough time debating over her training method, Fuuyu readjusted her position so that Sypher would have the best view of her hands before she performed the chain of seals that would activate her Keksuki Gyouko technique in a slightly faster than average pace. Hands once more glowing a pale green, Fuuyu placed them once more directly over the boy's wounds and focused. Infusing her chakra into the boy's bloodstream, Fuuyu concentrated on using her chakra to manipulate the sourrounding blood to coagulate and stop the bleeding. After a minute or so, Fuuyu noticed the lack of fluids and confident that her skills haven't weakened, slowly removed her bloody gloved hand to reveal a semi-large scap where the wound once was. "There."Ripping open the sealed wet towel, Fuuyu gently rubbed it over the injured area to clean the boy's blood stained arm. Satisfied with her work, Fuuyu moved on to cleaning up, taking off one of her dirtied gloves, Fuuyu used her ungloved hand to reach into the fanny pack and pull out a clear white plastic garbage bag. Dumping her trash in there, Fuuyu made sure to dispose of all the blood soaked items first. Done, she stood up from her spot and began moving on to the next injured person. As she walked she spoke in a soft, serious tone. "Were you able to properly see how that jutsu is to be performed? If not, then just help bandage people while I show you again." Kiyomaru (Cleanse) Description: It is not always possible for a medical nin to practice basic hand washing and other procedures. This technique has the effect of instantly removing bacteria, dirt, blood, and other contaminants from the user’s hands, lower arms, and face. It also insures that any breath that comes from the user’s body will be free of any bacteria or infectious disease. This technique can also be used to clean the wounds of others in order to prevent infection from bacteria. It the event that the medical nin is using this technique to prevent infection of an injury that has been inflicted upon them, it is used as if the shinobi were using it on somebody else. Keksuki Gyouko (Blood Coagulation) Description: A simple healing technique. The user uses his chakra on a wound to make the blood there coagulate and stop bleeding. This is primarily used as a preliminary treatment option as it does not close wounds. The bleeding from superficial wounds can easily be stopped but deep wounds can require several minutes to stop. 5. Tsubame ItsukiKonohagakure | Pin Point - Clan Head | HokageWatching Nai carefully, Itsuki remained silent and understanding as she waited for Nai's reponse. From her posture, Itsuki could tell she was deeply considering her answer, and Itsuki was glad to see the girl put in the time to mull over her decision. If she had just responded right away with either a 'yes' or 'no', then Itsuki would've been slightly put off. Medical training to her is a serious thing and though its great to be enthusiatic about it, one should also consider if they are well suited for it. The mental and physical stress that medical training could put through one's body and mind is a serious thing and Itsuki had seen people leave the medial field just because they rushed into things and eventually they cracked from the pressure.
After what seemed like a long while, the young girl before her finally relayed her response in the form of a nod. Smiling warmly when she received Nai's response, Itsuki patted the girl's head in acknowledgement before standing up and leading the way to the ER room. 'She has the inititive that's for sure. Now if only I can find the source of her meekness.' Pushing open the doors leading to the ER room, Itsuki was immediately greeted by the smell of blood and disinfectint. She detested the foul smell created when the two are mixed together but she'll indure it for now. Stepping into the crisp white room filled with masses of dark, dreary colours, Itsuki immediately located Fuuyu off to the side instructing the young genin in the arts of healing as well.
Not willing to disrupt them, Itsuki focused her attention on others in the room who needed her assistance. Grabbing two fanny packs, Itsuki motioned for Nai to follow as she walked directly into the middle of the room where several elderly sat with distress looks and seveal burns and cuts at various places. Flashing them a gentle, sympathic smile in greeting, Itsuki silently moved on to preping herself for healing. Kneeling formally in front of them as was her habit, Itsuki began taking various equipment out of the fanny pack, latex gloves, oxygen mask, clothes, rolls of bandages, etc. Patting the ground next to her, Itsuki indicated for Nai to join her as she openly demonstated her first technique to the young medic. "Its urgent that we begin treatment immediately, but all good medics know that cleaniness is vital to any procedure, as such a technique was invented that would help cleanse not only the hands and breath of the user, but the wound of the patient's as well." Running over the handsigns once for Nai's benefit, Itsuki relayed the name to the young girl before rapidly performing the handseals and performing the technique for all to see. Her hands glowed a pale green momentarily before it faded. It would seem as if the technique had no effect but if one looked closely enough, they would be able to tell that her hands have become a lighter shade of colour than before thanks to the chakra in the technique destroying the dirt.
Once cleaned, Itsuki moved on to putting on a pair of latax gloves while kindly addressing the old woman in front of her. "How are you fairing mam? I hope the explosion didn't scare you too much." Smiling a weak smile at Itsuki, the lady answered in a weak and slightly cracked voice. "Scared, not as much as the pain I'm currently feeling from these burns. It was unexpected though Tsubame-sama but it's nice to see you assisting in small incidents such as this when you have a whole village to lead." Shaking her head in disagreement to the old lady's statement, Itsuki moved on to performing another technique while speaking to both the old woman and Nai. "Not at all, its the duty of the Hokage to look after her people, if you will, I'll now examine you for any internal damages just to be safe." Craning her head slightly to her right, Itsuki gave Nai a quick glance before returning her attention to the patient in front of her. "Shindan is a technique used to allow the user to scan the patient for any internal injuries that are usually hidden to the naked eye. For someone of your level Tsuchigumo-san, it might take a bit longer but I'm sure you'll get the hang of it in no time. Watch carefully."
Performing the chain of handseals in quick succession, Itsuki made sure to not perform them as fast as she usually would so that Nai might be able to pick out the handsigns and replicate the technique for her own uses. Smiling once more at the old woman, Itsuki spoke to her about what she was about to do and as she examined her, Itsuki made sure to always communicate to the woman her actions so to not surprise/offend her in any way during her examination of possible internal wounds.

This technique is preformed by kneeling over a patient and slowly running both hands over their body, looking for signs of injury that may not be visible to the naked eye. It can detect things such as internal injury, improper heart rate, non-apparent bone fractures, poisoning, and disease. A ninja of higher rank has learned to use this technique to perform a rudimentary examination of a body to determine cause and time of death. A Genin using this skill takes several minutes of work to determine the nature of a problem, a Chuunin takes less than a minute and a Jounin requires only a few seconds.

Watching Fuuya heal a small boy child he kept a close eye on what she was doing. There were no mistakes out in the field for the person's life could depend on your healing abilities. When Fuuya was done he turned his head to look for the closest patient. A old man was the closest as he split from where Fuuya was and knelt by the old man who layed on the ground. He looked up at Sypher and pointed to his leg where blood was. Making handsigns he held his glowing hands over the wound and began to cleanse it. It didn't take long for he already learned it. The blood was still comming out and he needed to plug it up before it got dirty again. Making the same handsigns as Fuuya had done before he layed his hands on the wound and focused. It took several more minutes before the blood coagulated to stop the bleeding. Taking out a bandage wrap he wrapped it around the man's wound after whiping excess blood away.[1/1 blood coagulation][1/4 hospital mission]Chakra|12/18|My Eternal Loneliness

Nai quietly followed after the hokage glancing at the room full of the injured. The smell of blood wasn't new to the girl, but the scent of blood mixed with disinfectant was and it hit the girl hard. Without realizing it, she had placed her hand over her now-crinkled nose in an attempt to block out as much of the smell as she could. To tell the truth, it made her slightly sick and dizzy.
Even with the smell, though, the girl made sure to listen attentively to the hokage's instructions. She nodded every now and then to show that she understood and watched the needed hand signs carefully, stowing them in her memory. She also remembered the name of the jutsu mouthed it silently to herself. Then, she watched it in practice, noting the green glow and guessing that the glow signaled that the hands were now clean.

As the hokage went on to putting on some latex gloves, Nai tried her hand with the jutsu she was just shown. Her hands, not used to the way her fingers moved when making seals, fumbled slightly the first few times through. However, after she had managed to slow down enough to accurately make the proper finger arrangements while whispering the name of the jutsu, the girl found it easy to channel her chakra properly. As with the hokage's hands, Nai's hands glowed a faint green as they were cleaned with chakra. Seeming to have completed her first technique, the girl put latex gloves on her hands just as the hokage had done. [1/1]
She walked quietly over to Itsuki's side just in time to hear her explanation of yet another technique, something called Shindan. Once more, she listened to the directions carefully and memorized them, this time focusing a bit more on the hand signs than before. She watched as she was told and, when it seemed like the end of her directions for the jutsu were reached, moved over to an elderly man sitting next to the woman.

A Genin using this skill takes several minutes of work to determine the nature of a problem, a Chuunin takes less than a minute and a Jounin requires only a few seconds.
Greeting the man with a respectful bow, Nai fidgeted a bit before managing to ask, very quietly, "May I perform a diagnosis on you?". The man, nodded kindly and smiled as he replied, "Of course." Naiten nodded again before slowly performing the handsigns that she had been shown by Itsuki. Feeling uncomfortable with the elderly man she was tending to looking at her even though it was the same gaze that any patient would use to look at the person that was tending him/her, the girl's hands slipped even though she had tried to make sure that they wouldn't, even her tongue fumbled a couple times now when she tried to say the jutsu's name. On the third try or so, though, she managed to perform the seals and whisper the words correctly and had soon begun her diagnosis. As the hokage had warned, it took a bit longer for Naiten to fully diagnose the man than it took for Itsuki to fully diagnose the woman, but the girl did manage to find out what was wrong. From what she could tell, there was nothing too serious. A muscle was pulled in the right shoulder and, as could be seen with the naked away, there were numerous cuts, bruises, and burns on the patient. Additionally, some of the cuts still had pieces of glass and whatnot embedded in them but that was about it. Well, there were also some non-explosion-related health problems like rheumatism and a slight cold. [1/1]
Her diagnosis done, the girl glanced over shyly at her teacher, trying to see what she was doing next and hoping she'd be able to do it as well. It seemed kind of awkward to simply stand in front of a patient without being able to do anything and the girl was worried that the awkwardness would draw attention. As usual, she didn't want any attention. She really hoped she didn't look weird. She really hoped no one was staring at her.

Tsurugi FuuyuKonohagakure | Genjutsu Specialist | Jounin | NPC || Fuuton || Hiton || Doton ||"To suffer from bittersweet lies or words of truth? If given the choice...""Hm..."Curious as to why she had yet to recieve an answer from her student, Fuuyu turned to stare at her student annoyed that he would dare ignore her when he was the one who first requested for training. After turning her head, Fuuyu found herself staring at a hard working student who was already assisting the injured. Feeling her annoyance fade away at the sight, Fuuyu moved on to the next person and quickly patched him up while she waited for Sypher to finish up with his first patient. ' Not bad, a bit on the slow side but understandable for a first timer.' Once she noticed that Sypher was done, she quickly ushed him over when she noticed that her next patient also presented the opportunity for two new techniques. Professionally buckling the fanny pack around her waist, Fuuyu unzipped it part way as she professionally pulled out another pair of latex gloves and finished putting them on just as she reached the next patient. The patient was a young man most likely in his late twenties, early thirties, he was dressed in simple civilian clothing and nothing looked out of place besides the big tear by his right leg and the pain etched onto his face. Kneeling down by his leg, Fuuyu turned to face the patient and spoke in her usual monotone voice though unlike before it held somesort of caring warmth to it. "Hey, everything going to be alright, I'm going to first numb you down and then I'm going to use a technique that will help close up that cut of yours until a doctor can properly sow it up." A grunt was all she got in response but Fuuyu took that as an indication to start. Giving Sypher a quick glance to make sure he was paying close attention, Fuuyu spoke in rushed whispers. "Alright, next technique's call Jinto no Jutsu, it's a technique that causes numbing in the nerves, in this case, I'll be numbing the area around the leg so that he won't feel the effects of my Ikimi Baindingu no Jutsu as much. Watch carefully." Fluently performing the chain of seals required for the technqiue, Fuuyu hands once more glowed a pale green as she placed her hand over the patient's leg. Carefully infusing her chakra into the patient, Fuuyu targeted his nerves as she attempted to numb his sense of pain. Upon hearing a relieved sigh escape the patient's lips, Fuuyu assumed her technique worked but just to be sure, Fuuyu lightly karate chopped the man's leg but recieved no reaction. Sure that her technique went without a hitch, Fuuyu quickly moved on to her next technique, the 'Ikimi Baindinju no Jutsu'. Once more casting a quick glance behind her to make sure Sypher was still watching attentively which he was, Fuuyu gladly moved on to her next technique. Performing the handseals perfectly, Fuuyu made sure to say the name of the jutsu for resurrance sake just in cast Sypher forgot about this next technqiue. Hands glowing a pale green, Fuuyu placed them over the bloody wound and carefully infused her chakra with the man's skin, using her chakra to make them stretch and close over the wound. "Ikimi Baindinju no Jutsu. Its a technique that causes the victim's skin to stretch, grow, and fuse together over small wounds. The reason for the numbing is to help the paitient not feel as much pain from the burning sensation of our chakra accelerating the growth of their skin. Like most of the techniques I've shown you so far, this one is also a temporaily fix." Releasing a sigh, Fuuyu released her hands from the newly closed cut and procceeded to clean it before bandaging it up. Motioning a nurse over, Fuuyu relayed to her what needed to be done and she quickly made some notes before rushing off to attend to some other stuff. Pulling out another garbage bag, Fuuyu mechanically began to clean up her work station. "Did you get all of that?"{Sorry kage, it's really late so I'll have to respond to your post tomorrow.}Numbing Technique [Jinto no Jutsu] As its name suggests, this jutsu acts as a local anesthetic, numbing the nerves around an area and dulling one's sense of pain. This jutsu is generally proffered to narcotics on the battlefield since it doesn't hinder the mind. Fleshbinding Technique [Ikimi Baindingu no Jutsu ] This jutsu causes the skin of the victim to stretch, grow, and fuse together over cuts and bruises. The chakra is also very hot, and is commonly used to cauterize a wound as well. Unfortunately, this jutsu is, at best, a temporary fix and is only suitable to take care of bruises or cuts. Large gashes are outside of this jutsu's ability, and the use of this jutsu doesn't mean you shouldn't go to the hospital 5. He didn't want to speak to much right now cause he felt sorry for the kids here that got hurt and the elderly. When Fuuya finished he stepped away to someone with a cut open on their arm, another teenager about 13 or so. He knelt down by the boy and held up the boy's arm gently. "Stay calm.." He whispered to the boy as he laid down for Sypher to do it easier since it was under the arm. He began to form the handsigns as Fuuya had shown him before and put both hands next to the wound to hit nerves. It took a full minute to finally numb the area as he poked it to make sure. He wouldn't karate chop it like SOMEONE![1/1 Jinto no Justu learned]
Sypher now had to close the cut temporarly but the thought of skin moving without the own person's body helping was creepy and gross. Sweet!! Sypher had on his gloves as his hands glowed his chakra color[too stupid to remember it] and touched the cut slowely. He had to focus to do this right as the skin contrasted then started to come in as it stretched then pulled back then stretched until it touched and was closed but would open later if the boy didn't find a nurse to sew it up from Sypher's handy man work.[1/1 Ikimi Baindingu no Justu] [2/4 hospital mission]Chakra|8/18|My Eternal Loneliness

Tsubame ItsukiKonohagakure | Pin Point - Clan Head | HokageOnce she finished examining the woman, Itsuki found nothing else wrong with her and kindly sent her on her way. Spotting Nai glance her way, Itsuki assumed that the young girl had finished with the inicial diagnosis and was now waiting for further instructions. Doing a quick scan of Nai's paitient while she rapidly disgarded her old pair of gloves for a fresh pair, Itsuki could see numerous cuts, bruises, and burns all over the patient and from the sweat accumulating on his brow he was either suffering from a fever or pain from an internal wound.
Kneeling down next to Nai, Itsuki positioned herself in a spot where she could easily performed her technique while also teaching it to Nai. "See these glass pieces here Tsuchigumo-san? Well the best way to remove them is through the 'Tekishutsu' technique. This technique requires you to infuse your chakra into the patient in order to manipulate the surrounding muscles to push out the foreign object. In doing so, you prevent any further damages to the wound." Performing the handseal, Itsuki performed them slightly faster than last time seeing how Nai was able to pick up on the handsigns earlier without much trouble. This indicated to Itsuki that she just might not need to hold back as much when it comes to Nai but to what extent could she push it, she'll have to find out once this disaster was over.
Hands glowing a pale green healing chakra, Itsuki placed both palms on either side of the glass as her eyes remained locked on to the imbeded shard of glass laying between the palm of her hands. Focusing her chakra into the patient's skin, Itsuki manipulated them into his tissues and began using her chakra to control them to slowly and carefully push out the glass of shard. Though this was a long procedure, rushing it would only lead to futher injuries so taking time precautions was neccessary. After a minute, the small shard of glass plopped out of the wound and landed on the clean white tilts of the ER room with a small 'clink'. Not wasting anytime, Itsuki grabbed a swab and pushed it down several times on the cap of a disinfectent bottle to get it soaked with the substance. Rubbing it over the wound to clean it, Itsuki doubled checked to make sure it was all clear before slapping on a bandage. Done with her demonstration, Itsuki took the glass shard and put it in a nearby tin tray already filled with several other glass shards. Bringing it over to Nai, Itsuki placed it by the girl's feet before standing up and moving onto the next patient over. "Finish up here Tsuchigumo-san, if you need anything, I'm right over here."
Taking up a comfortable kneeling postion in front of her next patient, Itsuki flashed the lady in front of her a warm smile before procceeding on to questioning her about her condition. "There doesn't seem to be any open wounds or damages but how are you feeling? Is there anything I should take a look at for you?" Nodding her head, the lady spoke in a weak and tired voice, most likely the results sudden panic and constant running. "I'm not too sure myself Tsubame-sama, but my right shoulder seems to hurt everytime I move it. Do you think perhaps I've dislocated it?" Flashing her a reassuring smile, Itsuki began performing the neccessary handseals of Shindan as she spoke sweetly to the lady in front of her. "I'm sure its nothing serious but just to be safe, how about I take a look?" Nodding her head in a silent response, the lady lifted her sleeve of her t-shirt so that it would be easier for Itsuki to examine the area. Smiling in thanks, Itsuki began placing her hands over the patient's body, starting with her right shoulder, taking her time to carefully analyze it, Itsuki released a sigh of relief when it turned out to be just a simple muscle sprain, easy to take care of. Removing her hands, Itsuki cast a glance towards her student to see her still diligently working on removing the many pieces of broken glass.
Though she felt bad about stopping Nai half-way through her work, Itsuki felt that it was important for the girl to see how this technique is to be performed since it would be really helpful in future situations. "Ne, Tsuchigumo-san, if I could just have your attention for just one moment, I like to introduce you to another technique. This one's called 'Shiatsu', its used to help relieve the pain caused by overworked muscles, tendons and ligaments. Using the chakra in your hands like so," Swiftly performing the handseals at a pace Itsuki was sure Nai could pick up on, Itsuki correctly performed Shiatsu and her hands began to glow a pale green. The step that follows is dependent on you. Depending on the sprain, you will need to apply just the right amount of pressure to the area while releasing your chakra in order to help smooth out the muscles. This will help release the stress and tension allow for quicker recovery." Placing her right hand on the lady's shoulder, Itsuki squeezed it somewhat tightly as she began messaging the area. As she messaged the area, Itsuki slowly infused her chakra with the lady's muscles in order to help release the tension in the area. Focused on helping the lady, Itsuki could only assumed that Nai returned to her work at removing the glass and will let her know when she needs to learn something else.
Chakra Count: [145/180]
Tekishutsu (Extraction) Description: When a patient’s body has a foreign object in it, such as the point of a shuriken, a senbon needle, or an arrow, it is important to remove the object without further harming the patient. Using this technique the medical nin places their hands on either side of the injured area and uses chakra to very carefully manipulate the surrounding tissues in order to remove the object without causing any further damage. Depending on the severity of the wound and nature of the object, it can take anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes to remove it.
Shiatsu (Massage) Descriptio: For a variety of reasons, muscles, tendons, and ligaments can become overworked and painful. This may be because of some type of injury or it may simply be the result of too much work without enough rest. By applying the proper amount of pressure at the right points and using small amounts of chakra a medical nin is able to relieve pain and help the patients body recover more quickly. A strain or sprain can seriously hinder the effectiveness of a shinobi and as such this technique really can make a difference.

Tsurugi FuuyuKonohagakure | Genjutsu Specialist | Jounin | NPC || Fuuton || Hiton || Doton ||"To suffer from bittersweet lies or words of truth? If given the choice..."Eyes following her student's movements, Fuuyu watched attentively as he walked up to a young boy and mentally prepared himself for the technique. ' Considering this to be his first field exercise, he's doing pretty well. He's been able to control his emotions pretty well so far. He'll definitely do well in the upcoming chuunin exams. I'm sure Tsubame-sama has plans to send them all into it. She was always the one to push people to thier limits in order to advance. Subtle as it may seem, I'm sure she's set on raising up Konoha's shinobi strength and one of the only ways for that to happen is by raising the ranks of all our genin to chuunin.' Sitting herself in front of another patient, Fuuyu quickly examined the young man and realized that he was only suffering from slight cuts. Swiftly performing the handseals for her 'Ikimi Baindinju no Jutsu', Fuuyu tended to the man's wounds while waiting on Sypher to finish up mending the young boy's arm. Finsihing up around the same time as Sypher, Fuuyu took a moment to examine her student and saw that he was looking slightly tired, his movements were also slowing down. ' Hm...he did do a lot of training in such a short amount of time...' Opening her mouth, Fuuyu was about to speak to Sypher about overexhaution when the sound of someone wheezing before falling to the ground caught her immediate attention. Whipping around, Fuuyu spotted an elder man clutching his chest as he continued to wheeze on the floor. Motioning for Sypher to follow, Fuuyu ran over to the man and in one swift motion sat kneeling to the elderly's right and turning him so that he laid on his back. ' Darn it, he's stopped breathing.' Knowing that the man's breathing came first before any further diagnosage of his acutal condition, Fuuyu began speaking in a rush voiced as she explained the technique she wished for her student to perform while she used Shindan. "Alright Sypher, time is of the essance. This is the 'Sansokyoukyuu' and it allows us to do CPR without mouth to mouth contact and it's done with applying our chakra to the patient's heart and lungs. We're to massage them and in doing so, we force air in and out of the patient's lungs which will in turn cause the heart to beat." Forming the seals at a moderate pace, Fuuyu hoped that Sypher was able to catch onto the seals like he has for the past few techniques she's shown him. Hands glowing a pale green, Fuuyu placed them over the elderly man's chest and began using her chakra to help message his heart and lungs, once she saw the man's chest begin to rise and fall, Fuuyu turned her attention to her student and stared seriously into his green eyes. "Alright Sypher, it's time to prove your worth. You are to take over for me in doing the Sansokyoukyuu while I try to diagnose the problem and make sure he's in a stable condidtion. This technique requires a lot of concentration and I know you're probably running low on chakra but do you best to perform this alright?"Fleshbinding Technique [Ikimi Baindingu no Jutsu ] This jutsu causes the skin of the victim to stretch, grow, and fuse together over cuts and bruises. The chakra is also very hot, and is commonly used to cauterize a wound as well. Unfortunately, this jutsu is, at best, a temporary fix and is only suitable to take care of bruises or cuts. Large gashes are outside of this jutsu's ability, and the use of this jutsu doesn't mean you shouldn't go to the hospital Sansokyoukyuu(Oxygen Supply) Description: While it is possible for anyone to do CPR without chakra, this technique is an improvement. By holding their hands over a patient’s chest a shinobi is able to use chakra to very carefully massage the heart and lungs in to functioning. This technique is not effective if for some reason the air passage is blocked, it does not provide oxygen or blood, only forces air in and out of the lungs and makes the heart continue to beat. A Chuunin is able to perform this technique on two patients at once if the need should arise. This technique requires that patients be unconscious and still before it will work and as such it will not work to disrupt the breathing and heart rate of anyone who is awake. 5. "I can do this, don't worry Fuuya-senpai." He smirked just a bit. A bead of sweat ran down the side of his forehead when she asked him to do the techinque to keep the man's heart beating while she performed diagnosis. Putting the old man's life in a child's hands! Crazy people. He did feel a bit tired but he felt more dehydrated which made him look more exhausted. He would wait till after she was done diagnosising him to drink water. Making the handsigns he had seen Fuuya perform he quickly put his hands on the man's chest when she moved off and focused hard to keep the chakra messaging his heart and lungs to keep him breathing.[1/1 Sansokyoukyuu][3/4 hospital mission]Chakra|6/18|My Eternal Loneliness

After diagnosing her patient, Nai quietly watched the hokage finish up with the elderly woman and then diagnose the elderly man herself. She continued to observe as the hokage demonstrated yet another skill, one that took shrapnel out of the body. Despite the speedier hand signals, Nai still managed to pick them up.
She followed the hokage's lead and began to work on the remaining shrapnel in the elderly man's skin. Of course, first she had to learn the technique, which she did so by using the shrapnel in the elderly man's skin. As usual, the hardest part was the hand signs. Though the girl could visualize them clearly, her fingers fumbled whenever she moved them from one sign to the next. Finally, she managed to create the right signs at a decent pace and so channeled chakra through them. Placing her hand on the wrinkled skin of the injured patient, the girl slowly manipulated the muscles to push the piece of glass that she was working on out of the skin. Eventually, the shard safely exited the body, the jutsu was a success. [1/1]
As Nai proceeded to disinfect and wrap the area that she had just healed in the same way that the hokage had, the girl's attention was once more called to observe yet another jutsu. While her hands went through the simple process of swabbing and wrapping, the girl's eyes focused on Itsuki's hands and their movements. By the time she had tied the cloth in place, she had managed to get enough information on Shiatsu to be able to train it properly.
However, instead of training the massaging skill right away, Nai continued to take out the remaining shrapnel. It wouldn't do to massage the patient and simply have the shrapnel dig in deeper because of the action. To prevent something like that from happening, the medic-in-training took her quiet time. Steadily, she extracted each and every shard of shrapnel, making sure to disinfect and bandage each area of the body when she had finished extracting all of the shrapnel in it.
Finally, she had finished with taking out all of the shard of glass, splinters of wood, and whatnot that had lodged itself into the elderly man's skin as the result of the explosion. Next, she moved on to Shiatsu (Massage) and proceeded to massaged the elderly man's shoulders. This skill was easy. It didn't require hand signs, which were usually the hardest part of any jutsu for the girl, and she had massaged people before. It had been a daily part of her life to massage her grandparents and other elders back when she had a family. The only difference now was that she was using chakra and even that difference wasn't too difficult thanks to her knack for chakra control. [1/1]
As with when she was removing the shrapnel, Nai finally reached a point when massaging couldn't make the elderly man's sore muscles feel any better. She took her hands off of his arm, which was where she had been massaging after finishing with his shoulders and back, and then quietly stood by in her same shy manner. Her eyes alternated between looking at the floor and at the hokage, wondering what she was to do next. By now, the girl had gotten used to working in the hospital, but that didn't mean that her shyness had disappeared.

Tsurugi FuuyuKonohagakure | Genjutsu Specialist | Jounin | NPC || Fuuton || Hiton || Doton ||"To suffer from bittersweet lies or words of truth? If given the choice..."At Sypher's confindent response to her concern, Fuuyu smiled slightly in response before nodding her head in understanding. "Alright then, ready whenever you are." Waiting till Sypher finished performing the technique and successfully took over for her, Fuuyu waited a second to see if he would really be alright and from the looks of it, everything was still good. Rapidly performing the familiar handseals for Sindan, Fuuyu's hands once more glowed their usual pale green as she began searching the patient for the cause of his sudden unsettling condition. During the time Fuuyu was dianosing her current patient, Fuuyu couldn't help but cast a few weary glances Sypher's way. ' I'm glad that he's been able to last so long but at the same time is worrying.' Getting to the area near his lungs, Fuuyu squinted her eyes in deeper concentration as she did her best to decode the signals her chakra was providing to her. Suddenly releasing a sigh of relief, Fuuyu took her hands off the patient and waved a nurse over. Whispering some quick instructions to her, the nurse nodded quickly in understanding and rushed out of the room. Turning to face her student, Fuuyu gave him a small smile as she spoke in a soft voice to relay her findings. "Turns out it wasn't anything serious, a minor ashma attack that got out of hand. He most likely lost his puffer or medication during the explosion, the nurse will be coming over with a stretcher soon to move him over to another room where they'll be able to provide him with the proper treatment for his condition." Bringing her hands to the man's right rib area, Fuuyu peformed a set of seals that allowed the activation of an unknown technique to Sypher and as she concentrated the charka to the tip of her right index and middle finger, Fuuyu molded it so that it formed a small blade. Cutting through the man's clothes while skillfull undisrupting Sypher's Sansokyoukyuu technique, Fuuyu removed the cut cloth to reveal several bruises most likely caused by several objects stricking the patient during the explostion at the restaurant. Whipping a few stray beads of sweat from her forhead with the back of her left hand, Fuuyu relalized that she was slowly getting deprived of her chakra reserves as well. All this teaching and healing was truely affecting her but compared to her student, she was still in a decent condition to keep helping. ' Alright, one for technique and then I'm sending him home for the day.' Glancing up at her student, Fuuyu could see the apparent tiredness in his features and wonders if maybe, just maybe she was pushing him too far. ' No, this is for the best. He needs to learn to be able to keep functioning dispite a lack of chakra. When caught up in a dangerous field mission, sometime relaxing is not an option. He'll need to learn endurance.' "Alright Sypher-san, this is the last technique for the day and then you may leave. Rest up and we'll see about some taijutsu training for you." Forming the handsigns for the 'Chiyute no Jutsu: Karui'. "This is your basic healing tehnique, its called the Chiyute no Jutsu: Karui, it requires you to concentrate your chakra into the shape of a ball like so," Raising up her right hand, Fuuyu easily conjured up a ball of healing chakra in her right palm. Placing it over one of the few brusies, the chakra slowly began to seep away from the ball and into the patient causing the brusing to lessen to an almost vanished state. "This technique allows us to use our chakra to repair basic physical damage done to any known person. Concentrate your chakra into the form of a sphere and tend place it over the injury. Then allow for your chakra to flow into the damage area and heal it."Moving back over beside Sypher, Fuuyu formed the handseals for the Sansokyoukyuu again as she took over for Sypher. "Alright, take a shot at healing the rest of the bruises, I have a feeling that they might've contributed to his breathing problem. Just keep going until either you're unable to anymore or until the nurse comes back with a stretcher alright?" Eyes focused on her student, Fuuyu patiently waited to see his next move while she continued to professionally keep the patient breathing. Chakra Enjintou (Chakra Scalpel) Description: A Ninjutsu technique used, primarily, for field surgery. The ninja concentrates a powerful aura of chakra around their hand, creating a blade capable of tearing through muscles and arteries, or breaking bone, without actually breaking the skin of the person they're using it on. This technique can also be used to repair the chakra system in a patient if for some reason it has been damaged. When used offensively, in combat, it is difficult to concentrate on the length and power of the scalpel, making it harder to successfully hit an enemy's arteries, ensuring a kill. Chiyute No Jutsu: Karui (Healing Hands Technique: Minor) Description: The user concentrates chakra into their hands creating a ball of healing chakra. This chakra when concentrated will repair physical damage to another person. This is the first stage of Chiyute taught to all Medical Nin, it is not possible to advance past stage three without this technique. The effects of this technique are limited to superficial cuts and injuries though it can reduce the severity of more serious injuries. Sansokyoukyuu(Oxygen Supply) Description: While it is possible for anyone to do CPR without chakra, this technique is an improvement. By holding their hands over a patient’s chest a shinobi is able to use chakra to very carefully massage the heart and lungs in to functioning. Tsubame ItsukiKonohagakure | Pin Point - Clan Head | HokageDone with helping the lady, Itsuki exchanged with her a few simple pleasentries before returning her attention to her student who had remained silent up till now. Noticing that her patient had also left, Itsuki guessed that Nai finished up with her first patient and was ready for the next. "Hey Tsuchigumo-san, why don't you take a slight break from healing people and go help pass out some water bottles from the cart to the other healers in the room. It gets tiring after healing for long periods of time and besides, anything that aids the hospital one way or another still counts towards your mission completion." Flashing the girl a small smile, Itsuki swiftly cleaned up both their stations as she began walking over to the cart fill with water bottles and grabbed a handful. Keeping the moral high was also part of a Kage's job and besides, she out of things she could teach Nai that was within her current rank. 'I really need to brush up on my medical training one of these days. I wonder how Tsuchigumo-san is handling all of this so far? She's still refuses to speak unless absolutely nessccessary. I wonder why?'
{Kage, don't forget to include your mission and chakra count. You've done already 2/4 of the required missions posts and you used up a fair bit of chakra as well. Also, it seems that we have a slight problem...almost forgot that Itsuki only has a limited amount of medical techniques at her disposal so I guess I'll pass you on to Fuuyu once she's free. }

(OOC: Oh yeah, forgot about chakra sweatdrop . Also, don't worry about it. I'm happy with what you taught me so far.)
Naiten nodded, silently glad for the break. Her chakra had been running really low and, though she tried her best not to show it and draw any attraction, she was tired. Handing out water balls would be a welcome task. It was easy and didn't require a lot of talking. Quietly heading to the cart of water that the hokage had pointed out, the girl took a handful in each hand and quietly placed them beside the other healers whenever she wasn't passing them out to those that directly asked for it.
