She nodded at the little one “quite special I dare say! ” she petted Alberon in the head and looked back at his father with a soft smile “Well..i have to keep up with a little twilif back home so I guess im used to kids “ she thought of Raisel back in the forest and hoped she was ok…though, if something happened to her a butterfly would have warned her already. “and..i guess we both managed to stay out of trouble now didn’t we alberon?” As she said this she felt a twinge of guilt..after all when se first saw Alberon she was going to let him stand intot he pool of her poison and that….that would have been bad. And then she remembered…she hadn’t covered the goo, it was dark now and someone could step into it. “oh-uh” was the only thing that crossed her mind but shook it aside, oh well if someone got poisoned…why should she care? It was late and most kids were back home so she didn’t minded that much.

She shook her head slightly and got her attention back to Alberon “how lucky I am! i was hoping to spend a boring day and instead I found my lucky charm! Today was a good day” she then looked from the burning inn to Alberon and then to Dashiell “Well..i DO need a place to stay over the night and it’s very kind of you to offer me to stay with you but…are you sure? I would hate to be a nuisance to your family”

Nashara smiled.

It wasn't the fact that they had all come rushing towards her, just as she had planned. Nor was it the fact that the inn was becoming increasingly unstable, and could collapse with just a small twitch of her finger. Not even the vehement cursing coming from the Constellations. Those made her happy, but it was not what had made her smile.

It was that useless waste of life cringing on the floor in front of her.

Her attention was temporarily torn away from the woman as she noticed the other Constellations closing in. Their screaming all blended together; Haveni's accusations, the womanizer's annoyed cursing, the iced one's exasperated reprimands. Haveni's feeble attempt of an attack against her didn't even make Nashara bat an eye; with a twitch of her finger, the bookend flew backwards, thudding against the wall. The roaring of the fire quickly began to die down as the blue-skinned Constellation scattered ice throughout the room. This would simply not do.

No, not at all.

With a loud grunt, she threw her arms outwards. A giant bubble of air burst from her, pushing back the oncoming Constellations. With a few deft movements, the air solidified, hardened, becoming an impenetrable wall. Her smile widened; a perfect circle, marked by the clearing of debris, now surrounded her and that bleeding lightning bug.

It was time she got squished.

Out of the corner of her eye, she saw Haveni get struck by the falling beam, the belted man following moments later as he fell into a fiery death trap. She was dimly aware that that should have concerned her; she had not meant to harm anyone else, Haveni in particular. Haveni's name triggered even more bells in her mind, raising an unclear question: was it her that she had come for? Rage and the thirst for revenge pushed the thoughts away, clouding her mind.

Her smile became a baring of teeth as she watched the woman stagger to her feet, blood poring from her back. She made sure that their eyes connected, issuing forth every drop of hatred she felt for the woman into her gaze. The other's screaming gave her a few second warning, and she widened her stance, crouching down into a fighting position.

She was ready.

The second the lightning disconnected from the Constellation's body and raced towards Nashara, she reached downwards, jets of air issuing from her fingertips ripping a section of planks from the wooden floor. She threw them in front of the bolts, the connection of wood and electricity resulting in an explosion of smoldering splinters. A wide hole now separated the two, the jagged teeth of the chasm threatening.

"I won't go down that easily, you whore!"

She spread her fingers, her eyes closing in concentration. With a sudden jerk of movement, her arms flew upwards. For one second, silence permeated the bubble of air, the only sound coming from Nashara her excited breathing. That silence was quickly broken as objects began poring up from the hole, each piece flinging themselves at the other woman. Burning pieces of wood, battered brass lamps, thick musty books: anything that was below was now funneling upwards, each headed at the Constellation with deadly speed and precision.

"Let's see how well you can dodge."

With a small grunt coming from Nashara, a full wooden wardrobe flew through the opening, barreling towards the witch, the other items dancing around it.

Her eyes agleam, she smiled.

There was a large crashing noise that disrupted Haveni from her hiding. She crept out, the image of the fire filling her eyes. Where were the others? Had they gotten out? Aeos and Seir could fly but Noctis...

Her hands flew over her mouth and she let out a frightened cry as the building collapsed into itself, its own inferno. "N...Noctis!" She had cried his name, though it was more of a terrified scream than anything as she ran forward, going as close tot he fire as she could, even though the searing flames licked at her to push her back. Incredible amounts of worry were filling her now...

She winced as blood spilled into her eye, as it had already soaked the left half of her face from some injury she attained to her head from the fallen beam. Where..where..? Where?! Where!?

A figure was near her. She couldn't tell who it was, as they wore a dark cloak that covered most of their body. It put an arm on her shoulder, and as she turned to stare at the face, all she could make out were deep, azure eyes. I know those eyes... They seemed to smile at her, but the person said nothing, only guided her to turn, and pointed a hand in the direction where Noctis was. She felt the hand lift, and when she turned back, the figure was gone.

Haveni's feet carried her in that direction, and she had only gone a little bit when she saw the familiar figure in front of her with those many belts. She practically tackled him, her hands grasping onto his coat tight.

"I t-thought you were still in the f-fire..."
there were light sobs in her voice as she clung onto Noctis. She was frightened, and beginning to feel so strange from the turmoil. "I t-thought y-you died!"

Through the chaos in her own mind at everything happening, there was a small question that lingered in the back of her mind. Why did she run to him of all people? And like this..

Someone was calling for him? Who? What? He coughed, realizing that some of the smoke inhalation had gone in his system. When he finally managed to stand up, somebody had tackled him and knocked him down. OOF. Back down. Damnit. This better not be some stray twilif of phyri---

He realized it was Haveni. Just Haveni. Phew-- WAIT, that wasnt the right reaction. Haveni was worried for him? His arms embraced her almost awkwardly. Was this a friendly embrace.. or something more? Or was she just worried because he didn't seem as capable as Seir or Aeos? Damnit, he was confused. He had no clue about the questions in her mind either. He just hoped she didn't jump other guys like this. If he wasn't injured, he would have made a move. But if he wasn't injured, he wouldnt have been in this situation either. Hm.

He struggled to sit up, a clinging Haveni in his arms. "You really know how to knock a guy off his feet. I'm a tough guy, Haveni. Don't worry about me. Dont cry-- I don't die easily-- " He tried to say lightly, a strained grin coming across his features. "More importantly, I don't know if that was a stupid or a smart move you pulled back there, jumping from a window." His hand coming away with wet blood as he moved her hair back from her tear-streaked face. Due to the darkness and the commotion, he didnt realize the blood that had dripped down Haveni's face. "s**t. Stay still, Haveni. That's a nasty wound." As if his wounds weren't bad enough. A wound to a girl's face was the worst, though.

Burnt fingers ripped off long strips from the end of his coat, the first strip was used to wipe away at the blood. The other strips were used to wrap around her head, his arms in a sort of embrace as he tied the cloth in back of her head. Where was Seir and Aeos when you needed them? Seir's cape seemed like it had endless material for bandages. Although using it for that purpose might incite Seir's wrath.

At least now, all the members in his group was accounted for.

As they drew closer to the Inn, the scent of fire and fear and chaos grew, and she started to doubt. Was it really a good idea for her to be here? It had been instinctive on her part. The immediate need to rush to where her sister may or may not be, and be in danger. But she even if she was there by some chance, what good would Azhure be able to accomplish?

She would no doubt be overwhelmed by the feelings and emotions running rampant. And as small as she was and as meagre as her gifts were, she would more than likely be a hinderance, rather than a help. She doubted and fretted and held even tighter to 'Mine.

As they reached the Inn, Azhure didn't seem to hear his question as she hopped to the ground. And in spite of the heat and the fact that she would end up covered in soot, she raced towards the building.

"Cempa, where are you? Cempa!"

She wanted to protest but before she could, Keanu already left to help those in need. Once again, she felt powerless but deep down, she was glad she didn't have to go help. Fire scared her. She missed Sage more than anyone right now.

Time seemed to have stopped. How long was she there, waiting for Keanu to take her back? She was so exhausted and despite her fear of the fire, the sight made her drownsy and she slowly closed her eyes.

But she didn't sleep.

She heard voices. A male and a female. To her surprise, when she opened her eyes, she saw Haveni and Noctis talking. They didn't notice her since Keanu hide her very well.

"s**t. Stay still, Haveni. That's a nasty wound."

She took a little peek but she couldn't see much, even with the fire lighting the scene.

Cempa allowed keanu to take a look of her wounds, she sighed relief, keanu seemed to be nice and did not meant her harm so she allowed herself to close her eyes and relax her muscles, then she saw somethign again. The burnning in, the commotion but it was from a different angle she looked down and saw her..she saw Azhure, her sister, through somebody else eyes. As a reflex she stood up and looked around, even thoguh keanu was tryign to held her down. "she is here!! my sister is here! please could you..' she turned around and looked at him with pleading eyes but apparently he hand understood cause he nodded and pointed to his back.

Keanu looked in disbelief at the small homunculi, she war hurt and shoudl be resting though she defiently did not wanted to and was looking around frantically, he shook his head and smiled, if finding her sister would help her feel at ease and rest then he was going to help her. He looked around and since he didnt saw Epona he guessed she was still hiding. "Good, it'll take me just a minute and i'll go back to her...he then turned back to the homunculi "hop on little one i'll help you look for her" he allowed her to mount on his back and started walking around looking up for another homunculi . After a while he spotted someone, but it was not Cempa's siter it was. "Hey! Fulmine! is that you?" he walked towards the constellation and waves at him.

Aeos concentrated on spreading ice throughout the inn, layering each wave of ice over the spreading fire as it
melted and reformed. He stepped forward, and then paused as though surprised.

There was a wall in front of him--- an invisible wall. Was it possible? No, it was more likely Nashara had created
one out of air than any architectural construct. Their room had any, certainly. It seemed almost impossible to get
through, but it wasn’t as if Nashara were invincible. No, she couldn’t be, because there was always someone
stronger, someone better. It was fact.

Aeos pressed his hand against the wall of air, finding differences in strength against the makeshift wall. The ice
constellation stopped when he found the weakest point in it, and then sent sharp slabs of ice into the bubble. He
pressed forward then, finding the resistance of air more comfortable to shift through now that the ice disrupted the
flow. His pale-eyed gaze found Nashara, indifference reigning as he threw himself at the wardrobe and redirected
it away from Rosel.

Not that she couldn’t have blasted it out of the air herself, but it was better she spent her power on other things.
Like frying vermin out of the air, Aeos thought and winced inwardly as he realized his mind was beginning to take
on a venomous nature the more time he spent with the group. It was slightly alarming.

Speaking of the thief Constellation, he had somehow disappeared from the inn.

He allowed himself to sit lightly on the roof of a blacksmith’s shop not far from the flaming building. Boredom
showed on his features as he listened to the too peaceful sounds of the ocean. The salty wind carried very little
screams, very little cries of panic, and very little destruction. If Nashara were trying to lay waste to the city, she was
very much an amateur and so far below him that he could cry.

So, Seir could easily assume that only revenge was on the girl’s mind. Such a pity, really…

His gaze lowered towards a subtle shift in the darkness, catching movement in the melding of shadows. It was
both suspicious and more interesting to him than the lit inn over yonder. “Who’s there?”

The figure cloaked with darkness winced and stopped as the sound of Seir's voice came from above. A face turned upwards, only the soft chin and mouth visible from under the hood.

Slowly it tilted back until azure eyes peered out from the shadows within. The soft mouth curled into a smile. There was a flurry, a flash of blue in the dark, and now she stood before him on the roof, the glowing, spectral lance pointed at him, to keep him at a distance.

Eisha, the dragon born, had confronted Seir, the thief of souls. For a long minute, she only looked at him, studying, speculating, before she spoke in her soft, careful demeanor. "Hello, O soul thief. We cross paths again, it seems."

She was wearing more armor now. Thigh-high dark greaves with small, ornamental wings on the heels, dark gauntlets...She seemed almost akin to a valkyrie.

Haveni began to calm little by little as Noctis seemed to hold her and tend to her wound. It felt warm and safe, almost, she thought. Her fingers touched against the bandage on her head, then she gave a startled gasp as she saw his burns.

"You're hurt, too." She frowned, gazing at the burns, but then took his hand so the back of it lay in one of her palms. Something shifted in her mind. I can fix this.

Her lips began to move but no words came out, as she placed her other hand over his, but not touching. It felt as if a wind whorled between their hands, as if something were being pulled out of him by a warm, comforting wind.

The burns were turning to a dark mist that began to dissipate from his hands and body as if it were smoke, and that dark matter disappeared into her own hands. She shuddered a little as it did, and let go of his now burn-free hand. She'd healed him, she remembered how!

"All better, isn't it?" her heart was sinking like a rock in a lake. Using her healing had made her remember why Ruin existed in the first place... She had used it so much and was hated for it in the end, because all the pains and hurt she took from others, it had to go somewhere, didn't it..

"T-thank you, for bandaging my head." her eyes fell to the ground, a little embarrassed at how she had ran to him and tackled him. She bit her lip and stood, turning to look back towards the town. I shouldn't be so...naive, I shouldn't have..liked that. I know how he is - how they all are, so why can't I keep myself from feeling these bonds?!

"You foolish little imp!" Curses run under Fulmine's breath as Azhure had slipped through his grasp and towards the fire. He was more than frustrated with her illogical way of dealing with things. He wanted nothing more than to pick her up and shake some sense into her.

He swooped down, using his cloak as a cover and scooped her back up again. "LISTEN TO ME. Rushing in like that is one of the most.. Most.. FOOLISH things you could do! What if you got hurt? You'd be burned alive most likely and THEN how would you find your sister?! You WOULDN'T." Fulmine was trying his best to keep a level tone, and not lash out at her.

He didn't understand how people could be so impulsive. He wouldn't say he never was, when it came to his family, he always was, but this, running into a fire, was utterly stupid.

"If your sister IS around, she wouldn't be in the fire. She's probably running around like a chicken with her head cut off trying to find you. "

Fulmine turned, looking at where he heard a familiar voice called his name. It was his brother, Cuire's 'love' another person who couldn't seem to want to stay around like a proper lover would.

"Oh, it's you." He glared at him, but then spotted the tiny being on his back. "Could that be your sister, Azhure?"

Seir arched a brow at the lance. Really, did this woman have no manners? Not that he had much himself,
considering how much he enjoyed decimating villages through the night. The thief hadn’t even wanted to come
near her, so certainly he thought the lance pointing was a little unwarranted. Still, Seir didn’t find himself too
annoyed with it. The action could have been just a habit for all he knew.

“Eisha, the dragon born,” he greeted, tossing her a casual smirk. The thief regarded her with a slight tilt of his
head, aqua eyes roving over her dark-clad form with growing amusement. “So you’ve finished cleaning up our
mess in that village. Did the imaginary army help as well?” Seir turned his attention back to the flames in the
distance; it seemed he still remembered what words she had said a month ago as clear as day. “No matter…”

“What brings you to Priyal? Chasing rumors of your dear Haveni?” He flashed a fanged smile. “No need to worry,
we’ve been taking good care of her.” The thief blinked, and then shrugged. “Well, until now. I believe something
fiery fell on her face in all the commotion. Revenge is such wayward thing.”

"Azzy!! oh dear gods thanks!! Azzy!!" she jumped down Keanu's back and ran towards her sister, tear of joy rolling down her cheeks. "Oh sister! i thought you were at the in and i was so scared and.." she was so excited she had totally forgot about her burns whiiich were starting to sting a bit but she cared not. Her sister was alive and apparently unharmed, that was all she cared about right now.

Keanu smiled as th elittle one ran to her sister but his smile faded a bit as he saw how Fulmine was looking at him, he was about to say something until he realized...if Fulmine was here then...a concerned look appeared in his face and lookes around "Fulmine! Cuire is not here is he? please tell me he is safe back at the inn!" he looked worried sick. After all there was nothing else in this world that he cared about more than Cuire he knew the little chef might be furious at him for having disappeared but that didn't changed the fact that keanu loved him more than anything.

Ergo took one final, almost longing look at the fire, then managed to pry his eyes away. His silent companion was why he was here, not his desire to be a freelance hero. By the time he got there, anyway, he would just be crashing a tragic party that should have long since ended. He knew that that was where the important stuff was happening, important in the grand scheme of things, and every muscle and nerve in his body screamed and jumped with the Boy's desire to run headfirst into it, to see what there was to see. But his seasoned and experienced mind held his alter-ego under control as it always had.

Pulling the coin out of his pocket, he distracted himself with an old trick he learned. He rested the coin in the crook of his first finger, then flipped it over, shifting it over his fingers in an endless arc, back and forth, back and forth. He began, haltingly, but gaining confidence and coherence as he continued, "Then we'll stay up here. I know that you don't need me to help you. But that doesn't make the fact that I'm here to make sure you're all right any less true. Now, dinner."

Grinning again, he asked, "If I can help, then I will. I would like nothing better. Unfortunately, I'm not a cook, not in the least, my friend." He dropped the coin back into his pocket. His finger went up to his medallion and he began worrying at that, instead, wiry fingers tracing over its surface. "But if you can show what you need me to do, I'm sure I can pick it up."

Her eyes flickered with a docile amusement as she lowered her lance. It dissipated, and only a few stray, spectral blue butterflies hovered around her before also fading.

"I have already seen the incredulous lack of prudence you have taken for her well being tonight, but I do commend you thus far." She took several steps toward him, her greaves clinking softly against the rooftop. She sat on the edge near him, her legs dangling over the edge. If anything, it was a gesture over all else that she did not fear him, or what he could do, or would try to do. She didn't even look at him, but watched the chaos ensuing around the flames across from them.

"I did not come to collect Haveni, even if I wish to. She does not remember me, and she would have no wish that someone as unknown as I abduct her." She finally turned to look at him; azure eyes making an unwavering gaze into the luminous teal ones of Seir's. "I've been to see Ruin. I over all people besides Haveni can comprehend what is at stake when she is involved. So tell me...do you feel nothing at all for the girl, no sentiment of feeling, no gesture of fondness or kinship?"

Chuckling low in his throat, Azra'iel found himself looking back out over the ocean, as entranced as the child next to him had been.

"I have lost most of the day here myself... only I was out there on the pier supports absorbing it all."

Looking back down at the dark twilif, the Constellation offered a nod and a neutral smile.

"It is an honor to make your acquaintance Rylia. I am known as Azra'iel. My apologies for disturbing your..."

He trailed off as he noticed a rising glow and vaguely smelled smoke from distant flames.
Frowning, the light Constellation quickly determined his abilities would be of little use.
He was an objective observer... usually, anyways. He would get in the way of those that could help.
He was a guide of souls, and he did not sense any death. Fire was inanimate, there was no call for his sword.
Glancing back at Rylia, his figured if she could be any help there, he would offer to get her to the Inn.

"It appears the nearest Inn is on fire miss. Is there anything you can do to help there?
My abilities are of little use, but I will help you get there if you have any desire to help."

Ramial's foot was freed from the ice when a wall of air shoved him back to teeter on the top of the stairs.
Concentration gone, the boy's unpredictable power fizzled out and he was just a scared child
caught in the middle of a raging inferno with smoke-filled lungs and a badly frost-bitten foot.

Clinging to the wall's edge and looking frantically through the smoke, the twilif tried to see if Meowth
was still upstairs or if he had made it out down the staff stairs hidden near where the fire had started.
Coughing to clear his lungs, Ramial rasped out a weak call.

"Meowth, are you still up here? Do you need help? There is a clear path out down the main stairs!"

Wait... down the main stairs... the counter! His lantern! Torn, Ramial remained where he was,
hoping his coworker would respond quickly.
