I , Piccolo, have both. Smart enough to know when not to fight but still can when needed. And your lucky Piccolo can't find King Piccolo and fuse with him. If I can remember not even Goku was as strong as Super Buu alone.

Unless I could go to Namek. Or some how am able to go to Other World and Fuse with King Piccolo... Though that would restore the Great Evil inside. I mean... He DID bring the world to it knee's twice... Once 300 years before Dragonball and once again in Dragonball until he was finally stopped by Goku... Heh...
