::changes the music to the soundtrack to Its the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown's Linus and Lucy::
::neatens up the refreshment area - then sets out roast beeef, turkey and ham sandwhiches also having treys of cheese, pickles mayo and mustard::
::making herself a club type sandwhich of all three she takes a bite::anyone need something solid?
(meaning if anyone needs something more food-like)

::Eliza, the hostess for this event - offers Saura and Aiko the room next door - still open a crack so as not to miss out on the party but quiet enough to relax::
::it was in fact a tradition she'd borrowed from the old, old south and seen in such movies as Gone with the Wind - where some folks could catch a nap - between two same day events - before a bigger party later::
there are sofas and pillows in there if you need a little rest?
::planning to wake them up for the rest of the games and main meal::

penguins_are_awesome265 I think we should watch a horror movie. Like Nightmare on Elm Street. ::Eliza nods as the few get settled in for a nap::that's a good idea but don't turn it up too loud ... we don't want to scare those asleep ::looks through her dvds::I've got a few movies - should I pop some popcorn or would y'all rather wait for the main meal when the others get up?

::while the others watch the movie Eliza cleans up the used candy wrappers and straightens up that remains::
::meanwhile she checks on the hotplates::the three soups were heating up nicely and the bread was baking::she had enough time to toss the salad and hang up another surprise until the main meal arrives::
::she knocks on the door of those sleeping::wake up! I've got a surprise for y'all
::the star is just big enough to swing awkwardly by being hung in a tricorn knot::she offers the stick to the first guest::
you can swing (roll one 100 sided die) once until everyone has had a turn - if you hit a corner (roll a number that ends in 6) you get a yellow ring pop but if you smash it (roll a 66)
then you get a grab bag of stuff!!!
now - who goes first?!
