Once Lily Meira was finished Trunks managed to get up there and then he began singing his own made up ballad. He sang, "With the wind so cold this time of year... I sit down by the fire, with my friends and fam'ly here. We have had some laughs, some tears and love what more could we ask for... what more could we ask for....

All alone at night, heartache can set in, but looking at the moon, looking deep, seeking sin...

I look over my shoulder, I see you standing there. Standing with a smile, hoping, wishing, eyes shining like stars, thinking of afar...

What more could we ask for... what more could we ask for... at Christmas..."

The song that Trunks sang had literally brought tears of emotion to Zane's eyes as somehow Sangcun managed to play the piano feeling the words through her fingers and to the keys.

Chazz had held onto Vemon's hands as he felt that he wanted to be closer to her with that song.

Andy was trying to creep closer to Raditz, but Raditz was pushing away freaked out a bit.

When Trunks got off the stage, he bowed then went over to where Zane was.

Chazz yawned at the song, "Kiss the girl". He then asked Vemon, "I hope you have something better than the one that was last sung. Would you sing Vemon, for me, please?"

Chazz listened very closely, but was trying so hard not to start snoozing. Then Sangcun got up on the bar after Vemon was done and began singing the Japanese version of "Nights of Fire".

As soon as they said it, the treasure in Soiree's hand began to glow and Chazz was fast asleep on the floor!

Once Chazz was asleep and Sangcun was done singing, Sangcun looked at Ash and asked him, "Do you want to go up there and sing? Don't worry, I won't fall asleep like Chazz did. Like I said, my brother is hopeless sometimes."

Sangcun gaped, but then smiled softly. She said, "Singing is easy. I will play on the piano. All you gotta do is first close your eyes and think about this celebration that has happened here. Then use your heart to feel the words and just... well... you'll get the idea after that."

Using her fingers on the keys once more she too closed her eyes and tried to feel what Ash was thinking.

Ash did not feel about this holiday. To him, this holiday was a joke. Instead, he felt like singing about the one thing he did know about. The history or rather the pains of the Orochi.

He found the microphone easily enough and all eyes turned to him. He had to close his eyes out of the advice of Sangcun to feel like he was in a room by himself. It helped!

He then imagined himself in his own castle wandering through it solo. He sang, "Pain.... misery.... death.... it is all one ever goes through when you live your life like I do. Boredom, sleepiness, all things that wears you down. For that is the life that I live.

But why.... oh why... why do these things happen.... to MEEEEEE! Why do I have to go through such sorrow and HATE? Why do I have to be born with such a cursed destructive power? Oh who can understand...to live a life... like I do..."

Sangcun played a piano solo for a couple of minutes. Then Ash continued his song. He sang, "Lately, I've been thinking... my mind going wild...I've been thinking I am crazy... time to go away a while...

Hide myself in darkness, a welcoming Ghost, no one, but myself...but what I crave the most...

I crave for that, that someone, would open my heart for me to make start all over.... I want to start all over....... again....."

There was another interlude and then Sangcun played softer for the final verse. Ash sang, "Suddenly a light shines brighter than the stars. A woman in ivy, following her heart.

She wraps her arms around me, connects her mouth to mine! I feel so breathless, am I going to die? Then she released me asking am I fine? I tell her I'm okay, would you please be mine...undo these chains confined to my life."

At that, Ash went silent, then he opened his eyes and wondered how he did.

Looking at Alba, Ash could swear the candy cane hair was going to self wash those shades of his. Trunks was holding onto Zane in a gentle hug. The song was beautiful!

Having no idea what just happened Ash looked to sangcun questioningly. Sangcun got up and then wrapped her arms around Ash. She said, "That, Ash... that was the true meaning of Soul singing. You felt the words, not just spoke them. And by closing your eyes, you were taken to a place where it was only who you wanted to be there. And seeing from how everyone is reacting to it, I would say you didn't just reach out to me, you made a few people crumble at your power. Just look at Alba."

Dee walked up to Ash and said, "That was beautiful. If I didn't know better, you were just being modest about singing. Look, Iori had to vanish into the bathroom because of that song. Tee hee hee. You know how embarrassed he gets when he gets emotional over something."

Sangcun then said, "Well, when Iori gets back, we should do the gift exchange. What do you all think of that?"

When Iori was done in the bathroom, it had appeared like nothing had happened. He had noticed that the gift exchange had begun and Iori used his flame on his Santa bag in order to undo the seal on it. The bag popped open and there were gifts spilling out of it. Each one having everyone's name on it.

He then took his spot behind the bar and began to mix some Christmas drinks. Mint flavored soda, Cream soda, and Ice water.

Once he was finished doing that, he had used some sort of magic that Dee taught him and brought himself a chair to sit on at the bar on the server's side.

Zane smiled when he saw his twin brother had brought a gift, though he hadn't attended the celebration. Just then Zane's Cyber End dragon came out to play.

It let out a mighty roar, then spoke in human tongue, "Merry Christmas!"

It had decorated itself in red and green paint so as to get into the spirit of things. This made Trunks giggle. Then suddenly, a small mess seeped onto the floor.

Trunks knew that it was time for a sharp pain followed it. However, he did not scream. He instead whispered to Zane, "Epcor and Monopoly have arrived. Please, take me upstairs so I can deliver them, but I need you to stay by my side. Okay, Zane?"

Zane nodded and he whistled for End. End came to his master's side promptly. Zane asked his dragon, "End, please take Trunks to one of the upstairs rooms. It is time for the new family to arrive."

End lowered his body so that Trunks could be placed on it. Zane followed his dragon, nearly getting whipped by End's tail.

Dee noticed this and when she saw the look on Ash's face, she wandered over to Ash and said, "What's the matter, Ash? I have seen that same look on Yagami's face."
