Honestly, when I joined, I didn't even know there was a Navy until I'd already completed my ODST exam.

The thing is, is that there are so many variations on the Navy, so it'd be hard to put a description up.

UNSC Navy is actually the "boss" as it were. ONI is Office of Naval Intelligence. So... yah know, we should really have it separate.

Sexual Tendancies I agree with Hege. A big restriction on ODSTs will be put into place... I have to agree. Besides, there's no point of having many RPCs in the unit if they aren't going to be used in the story, right? biggrin I chose the Prayer because of the name, picture and sheer awzsomeness that is a frigate. ^^

The reason that the Navy is so "hush hush" right now is that it's the least developed of the different branches in HTRP. Up until really recently the Navy was only used to ferry people around, then they disappeared and the Captains went off on combat missions and such. The only notable-and-consistantly-active Navy Officer in the guild is CMDR Hammer, our resident Spartan.
Jacobs was a character created to help the groundside plot for Illisium and I eventually grew attached to the character. In fact, most of my characters are the product of necessity. Mitchell was created so I'd still have something to do in the guild after I killed Major Lipton off and completed the Legendary posts. Anso 'Duram was created to help give the Elite perspective on the second battle of Earth. Bulltrue was created to facilitate the quick wrapping-up of Illisium, and Anthony Lipton was created so we can OFFICIALLY turn the Lipton family into the Carmines of HTRP.

I still have an Elite? Holy s**t! I almost forgot about him!
That reminds me, I need to make a profile for Bulltrue.

My RPC is the product of luck, dedication and misunderstanding the marine test to some degree. xD
But, I am more than pleased with the product. ^^

Well, my ODST aint, but my Marine sure is.
Also, the Major I killed off... not long after creating him... rofl He was already afraid of computers anyways, that is why he freaked out. He had a bad experience, of seeing some strange experiments his father did...
Also, Captain Stone, now, he... he is a accident. Basically, he is like Master Chief, so much luck, that respawn is actually possible for Stone. Hence why he didn't get crushed by the chunk of Armored Prayer. XD

My RPC is a product of getting really ******** sick of seeing 40 people trying to shoehorn in a Sephiroth or Cloud clone into any RP, or seemingly believing that the only 3 ethnicities in the world are the UK, Japan, and America.

Take the Navy test, if you pass make your character with the rank they gave you.

Well, all of my Characters are sort of based loosely from American backgrounds or at least American heritage like myself. So they're all caucasian. Except for the Elite. He ain't even human.
And Bulltrue is really an excuse for me to fit as many Firefly references into one character as I possibly can. I mean his name is "Malcolm Hoban" for christ's sake! One internet cookie to the person who identifies all the references in his name.
