I was raised Atheist. My grandparents came from Jewish and Protestant / Presbyterian backgrounds, but they'd pretty much disowned religion. My parents still kept some of the traditions, like the holidays. Now I'm thinking I won't be doing that too, unless my future husband would really want it. I don't mind playing along.
I'm pretty tolerant to these issues. Unlike most Atheist I have no bitterness towards religion. The bitterness, I suppose, is typical to people who were raised religious and then turned from it; This can be a difficult thing to go through. For me it's a very natural thing. I respect anyone's belief anyhow, I know people have spiritual needs that can sometimes be hard to fulfill.
I don't like it when people shove their beliefs down my throat though. I don't like it when people can't see that when it comes to faith, you can't really prove what's right or wrong, and they're claiming their ideas to be superior. That's an aspect found in religion I really can not stand.
It's still a very interesting topic to me anyhow.
English is my second language. It's usually possible to understand me nonetheless, but sometimes I do slip. So I'd apologize in advance for any misunderstanding.

Anything else you want to add: Just like Autobot Shadow said, I state beliefs and opinions. I do not mean to be standoffish or harsh, but if it come outs like that I apologize in advance. I respect religions, but I have had a hard time with christianity. The church I went to was full of hypocrites. I do not hold that stereotype to every christian, but if there are more than a few hypocrites in one church I am absolutley turned off.

Let me see what I know about myself..
I am 22 years old and I'm from the Netherlands.
I'm a pagan but haven't been able to degeneralise my paganism so I'm just pagan. I believe in nature as a holy and balanced force and I believe everything that excists has a role to play in the great whole of things. I haven't really found out about my own role yet so I hope I haven't been neglecting it too much.
I am interested in all religions,mythologie and peoples so if you have anything to say about yourself and your views; I am always glad to listen.

Anything else you want to add: In a recent epiphany I realized that I no longer connect with the vampire coven guild I had previously been a part of. My religious views have changed (not to say that I don't entirely believe that vampires can't exist, especially since it is equally hard to prove that God exists) making me realize that the above mentioned guild was too Pagan and/or Wiccan associated for me too be comfortable. So I hop onto the reliable guild search and find that I'm not looking for a specific religiously affiliated guild. I see this one, and I find that I like the variety of religions represented.
