"Go ahead! Insult me! I'm an idiot! Go on! Say it!" Cloud felt hurt inside and out. "You're probably regretting ever coming with me on this trip..." He muttered under his breath,holding back tears.

nym placed her hand on Cloud's shoulder "No i do not regret coming, you are a friend so I came to help, because I care for my friends that is how it works." nym sat there waiting for cloud to respond.

Cloud came out of the covers and sat up on the bed. He sat silently,still feeling like an idiot. It showed on his face.

"Ok...so be it..." Cloud had no other options,but to follow the request. Risking a friendship to get closer to someone would be something he'd never do again.

"Good." nym really smiled now glad Cloud was going to be okay. "Cloud, please understand you are a close friend, and to me my best friend but I can not feel such feelings for people, it's just not right. people come and go, people live then they die. I will never die So there for I can not feel such things for people." nym looked sympathetic "Sorry Cloud."

"Cloud please don't feel sad." nym begged it hurt her seeing her friend so down over such an non-important emotion "I promise we will at all cost get you your immortality back tomorrow. okay?" nym wanted her friend to be happy being one of magic her mood almost always reflected those around her, and with Cloud this sad nym was going to get hit hard.

Cloud didn't respond and pretended to fall asleep. The fact that Nym was very empathetic of him hurt Cloud the most.

nym sighed then said softly "Well if you don't want to talk fine." nym gave Cloud a hug "I'll just be over there, i now I keep repeating myself but please feel better, remember tomorrow you will be immortal again." nym let go and walked back over to her bed, sitting down staring at the covers.

The campfire burned out and the silence of night filled the tent. Why is life so...dark?

nym hated the dark, she started to shiver being a scared as she was. quickly she dived under her blanket and started to whimper. on top of feeling Clouds pain nym was a emotional wreck.

Cloud's eyes were wide open. He tried looking towards Nym,but his eyesight was still adjusting to the dark. How can I sleep knowing that she's hurt because of me? Cloud let out a silent,depressed groan.

nym started to cry she tried her best to be silent and failed, her crying was easy to notice in the silence. I want to light the fire but it can't be on all night, I feel so alone.
