"They'll be some tough fish," Garin said.

Aquaria nodded. "Do people catch the fish?" she asked.

Garin shrugged. "I'm not sure, maybe."

"I would say they do, just not with the usual means," Seraphiel said.

"So how do they catch the fish?" Aquaria asked Seraphiel.

"From what I was told, they throw large nets into the whirlpools and slowly pull them back using a large mechanical device. The fish get caught in the net as it goes from the center of the whirlpools to the edges," Seraphiel explained.

Aquaria didn't respond. More images flashed through her head. Garin lying there, Sanvi standing near him, the knife falling to the ground, tears falling to the ground.

"Aquaria?" Garin questioned when she seemed to go off into her own thoughts.

Aquaria looked up at Garin. Her eyes were filled with pain, even when she grinned at him to cover it up. "So what should we go see?" she asked, her voice doing a fairly good job of covering up her emotions.

Garin looked at her seriously. "What is the matter?" she asked.

"Nothing's the matter," Aquaria said. Her voice choked up almost imperceptibly near the end. She looked away, towards the sea.

Aquaria turned sharply around. "I said I'm fine, nothing's the matter," she said, staring daggers at Garin. She watched him for a moment longer, wishing she could tell him, but not willing to tell him and upset him.

Garin gently put a hand under her chin. "I'm worried," he told her, softly.

"Don't worry about someone like me," Aquaria said. Based on what Spade and Lost had said, she was a monster. And she didn't want Garin to love a monster, he was better than that.
