She looked between the two who were arguing, a little exasperated.
"The both of you realize you should save your fighting strength for the creatures that attack us, correct?"

Atticus glanced at the pirate and drew his sword. He spoke again in an olden fashion, as he had before with Markus, "If thou knowest not thine enemy, then thou shalt put thine blade to sheath and linger here no longer." He stood ready for the pirate to attack. With his sword in one hand, and his sheild on his other arm, he stood staring at her with calmness in his eyes. He was sure of what he was doing, if there would be a fight amongst humans then he would end it.
He watched the pirates movements as she held her blade. He watched her move as if though she had fought before, but did not regard it as a threat, for his training as a dragon knight prepared him for anything. He stood straight, his sword's tip nearly touching the ground. "You are weak in movement, your style seems foul, and you look as if you lack proper training." He said to her, identifying her weak points as he spotted them. "Any true knight would have spotted this and not took your fight seriously, we would be consider it a waste of precious time." Atticus sheathed his sword and began to walk away, his sheild still on his arm, for quick defense for the impending attack from the amateur. "Besides, you look weak. I've fought pirates that look much tougher than you." He said with a small laugh as he walked away.

Freya's mouth was wide open in anger and astonishment. What the, who does this bloody landlubber think he is? Walking over here and degrading me like that? I swear I'll have his head by the end of this journey, she pondered as she stared at the knight's back with enraged eyes. "Well ******** you, too," she spat as she willed her sword to split into two and wrap itself around her wrists just for the mere show of it. "Apparently you don't understand that pirate's don't have a highly refined style as knights do. We weren't fortunate enough to get the training, or serve that b*****d we call a king," she retorted, not ready to swallow her pride in the near future. "And I may look weak, but it's only a cover-up. You don't exactly get free ale from men if you look like a man yourself."
These two wretched ex knights that stood in front of her caused goosebumps of hatred to form on her skin, and merely looking at them caused her to gag, telling her that it was time to leave them and travel onwards. Without a last word, Freya simply spun on her heel, and walked deeper into the forest, willing for her crew to follow her. She knew that she could make it through the forest without the two beasts behind her; having Owl abilities gave you that kind of confidence. And it seems like my feline crew member has them, too, she smirked to herself as she glanced up into the trees to watch the said crew member walk nimbly across the branches. "Aye, matey, I didn't catch your name," she shouted up to her, wishing to call her something other than the "feline crew member".

Atticus smirked slightly at the words spoken. "Maybe I was a little wrong." He said to himself, in a low voice so noone could hear. "Markus. Bastion Tavern and Inn is in the same direction they are headed, but if you want to take the faster ruite to the castle we would be better off camping tonight." He spoke said, barely loud enough for all to hear, including the pirate girl, who he assumed was looking for the king of Haven, as well. That'll grab her attention, he thougt to himself. He stood, waiting for Markus' reply, and to see if the pirate girl would fall for his charade. "There's also an inn a half day's walk from here, but it is just about nightfall as it is." He spoke again, trying to catch the pirate's interest.

Freya stopped in her tracks, cursing silently to herself as she debated in her head what she wanted to do after hearing the comment from the ex knight that obviously meant for her crew. Did he just say tavern? So it's a tavern AND and inn? That means there's ale AND beds! But it would be ideal to take the faster route... But there's ale at the inn! she battled herself, spontaneously dropping to the ground and sitting cross legged with a hand up to her chin. A half day's walk could be shortened if we simply ran, and I'm sure my feline crew mate knows a shortcut to said inn. I mean, we risk losing someone if we sleep in the forest at night. We could have someone on guard, but we all deserve sleep... Ugh, what to do, what to do? she groaned aloud, her conflicting thoughts causing her to stress out. She lied back on her back to stare up into the branches, and as their feline crew mate came into view, she casually asked, "You're quite familiar with the forest, right? Would you know a shortcut to the inn by any chance? I'd rather have a roof to sleep under than peering eyes."

She nodded in agreement, "It does. I wouldn't mind staying at the inn for a night before continuing our journey. We already know that we're going to spend many nights with the treetops as our roof, so why not enjoy an inn's roof once more?"

Ashe kept her mouth shut as the Pirate and the Knight fought. She shook her head at the mention of the tavern and inn. She finished cleaning her sword and arrows, placed them in their sheath and quiver, and followed the Pirate as she stalked off.
"I'm Ashe, Captain," she said to the Pirate's first question. To the second she shook her head and lowered her voice so that only she could hear. "There was a tavern, but idiots brought the forest to it. They where trying to run from the spiders and ran to the inn to hide. The spiders came and ate everyone inside. It's now their home nest." She smiled at the Pirates face. "If you want good ale and a roof your first night I can offer my family's roof. You'll have to share the attic floor with us, but we don't turn back travelers."

She smiled comfortingly at Leo, "Don't let that bring you down, Leo," She placed a comforting hand on his shoulder as she followed him with Liona, "That will only make things seem harder in the future. Take things as they come, and never give up."

"Good," She nodded and continued walking. After a few seconds, she began looking down at her hand again.
"I really did burn it...I think..." She sighed a bit, confused.
