"Just say it already. I promise I won't eat you." she replied, smiling in a joking yet concerned way. She wasn't the kind of person to leave someone's thoughts unattended. Besides, if he didn't say anything, she could always take a peak in his mind to see what's wrong.
Alyssa coughed again, watching the blood splatter against the slide. She chuckled in a sickly way and looked up at Kai with a pleading look. She didn't have it in her to ask for help, wasn't her nature.

Kai took a deep breath and then frowned. "Fine, I was nervous because I saw you crying," he said bluntly, shifting again as he spoke. He winced as she coughed again and quickly kneeled by her side. He took her hand gently and pressed the bottle into it. "This will heal you, so just drink as much as you need." He released her, but didn't move as he watched her.

Alyssa turned a light shade of pink as Kai spoke, but smiled as best she could. "I may be a vampire, but I guess my human side takes more part in me than I want to believe.."she admitted, this being the first time she had ever talked of her being half human since she was a young child.
Once Kai took her hand she again blushed, then looked at the bottle he gave her with a strange expression. "Well..lets hope my body won't regurgitate this like Daxgre or whatever his name may be's blood.." Alyssa opened the bottle and raised it into the air as if she were toasting to something, then downed the unknown substance with great difficulty.
Suddenly, the flesh on her legs began reappearing slowly and quite painfully. Alyssa winced as she watched, not wanting to reveal the pain she was feeling at this point.

Kai watched her silently, waiting for her to drink. When she did, his eyes snapped instantly towards her legs as he waited for a reaction. It happened faster than he had expected, and his eyes widened just slightly as he watched her skin repearing and then narrowed back to normal. After retreatly so easily from the fight, he found a new urge not to show weakness. He also felt somewhat bad for wincing as he'd watched her feed earlier. He frowned as he glanced at her face and then sighed almost silently. Slowly, he grabbed her hand and squeezed it, having a fairly good idea in his head of the pain she was probably feeling right now.

Alyssa bit her lower lip, desperately trying not to cry again especially right infront of Kai. Why she cared what he thought was beyond her own thoughts at this point as the pain grew fainter. As Kai took her hand and squeezed it, she smiled softly at him. She mouthed a thank you at him and tilted her head slightly. Why was she so interested in him? Normally, Alyssa had no care for guys, but Kai was different...something about him..just made her feel at home..

Kai kept his face completely straight, expression not changing at all as he watched her. His gaze was still set on her legs, but switched to her face in time to see her mouth some words. He nodded slightly but remained silent. After a while, he frowned and spoke. "Are you doing ok?" he said quietly.

"Y-Yeah...the pain is gone. Now I just have to wait for this to finish." Ironically, the last bit of her flesh healed over while she spoke. Her eyes widened as she lifted her leg and ran her free hand down it; smooth and delicate just as they were a few hours before. "Wow...that is some pretty hardcore potion.." Alyssa whispered, the grip of Kai's hand tightened as she thought of what genius made this..it was truely amazing.
OOC:I have to go now... crying I'll be back later tomorrow and we can continue then. Sorry about leaving.

He nodded, looking almost relieved. "Good. I got it from Shepard and Gordon if you want to thank them for it." He nodded towards Gordon, since he was the only one currently in sight, and then glanced towards the tube he'd seen Kaori enter before. He focused as he tried to hear what they were saying but their voices were too muffled. He growled softly in agitation and then suddenly realized he was still holding Alyssa's hand. "Sorry," he muttered shortly as he pulled away.

Sachi crawled out of the tube and stretched her tiny body. Whatever just happened, and why, it seemed it was over. Now that the new visitors had come to care for the boy, she knew her part was done. Taking a quick survey of the area, she noticed that much of the playground was in burning ruin, besides the single swing set that she had played on before. Without a word, she ran over to the swings and once again attempted to sit in the seat. Unfortunately, she was still too short for her bottom to reach the seat, so she layed over it like she did before.

Gordon looked around and smiled at Shepard. Gordon suddenly fell back laughing. He sleepy. That move used up alot of energey and Gordon was just sleepy. " Well that fun. And this was only the first day!" he said sitting up and smiling at the others.

Yes, I will be sure to do that." she said calmly, smiling at Kai as he looked over at the tube. "I could take a listen if you would like me to. Normally, when people speak, their thoughts are what they may be saying." Alyssa explained, taking account Kai's confused expression. As he pulled his hand away she blushed, sliding that hand onto the slide for support. "Yes, yes quite alright.."

Kaori climbed from the tube, one hand still clamped to her head as her eyes narrowed. She watched the little girl run off to a swing and smiled faintly before staggering over towards Gordon. She plopped down at his feet, intending to make it appear she'd wanted to sit, rather than the fact that she couldn't stand any longer.
She winced as his voice made her head pound again and then glanced up at him. "Fun for you maybe," she muttered as she glanced towards the resting dragon she held. Then a sudden thought occured and the looked back up towards the male. "Did you kill him?" She gently set Kei in her lap and placed both hands tightly around her head as her eyes still rested upon Gordon.
Kai watched as Kaori left the tube and frowned slightly as she fell, holding her head. He shook his head, guessing it was the excessive use of her powers that was bothering her. Then he glanced back towards Alyssa and nodded as she spoke. "Ok, and that's no longer needed. I can see she'd fine now..." His eyes flicked across Alyssa to make sure she'd recovered fine, and then he stood. "I'm going to check on her anyway," he said and then slowly began walking away.

Alyssa nodded in a dismissive way and stood. Her legs were like jell-o and it almost felt impossible to get used to them. She collapsed to the ground and sighed heavily. This was growing tiresome. Silently, Alyssa rose once more and slowly made her way over to a pair of swings that were unoccupied. Her eyes gazed her surroundings to make sure no one was watching as she began to move back and forth, rising higher.
A smile made its way across Alyssa's face as she got to her highest point and began laughing. She loved swings, they always reminded Alyssa of her father and how he would push the swing and play with her. Those were the only memories she had of him.

Eva walked onto the playground and sat at a swing. She was lonely, no one really had spoken to her much and she's been at the schoolfor a week now.
Eva stared up at the tree house, deciding that she'd go up there if it rained since dark clouds seemed to loom about.
