Action Zero? its just the album cover of a song from the super hero japanese tv show Kamen Rider Den-O, the artist is a actor that plays Yuuto Saukari[Kamen rider Zeronos] and another actor as Deneb.

@Yuri: The Fool is generally reserved for the Protagonist in a Persona game [in this case, Souji] because it's number [0] represents the infinite possibilities of their unique power. As a result, they are the only person who can generally create and use any number of personae. Everyone else, on the other hand, represents a single Arcana and has a single personae [that can later evolve into a stronger personae of the same Arcana].
The World is the unification of all of their powers forged by the bonds that the Protagonist has formed, and is generally reserved for a God-like final Personae that can be used only at the end of the game, against the final boss. Because it represents the power of all the Arcana combined, it can only be used by the Fool after they've combined their power with the bonds they formed with all the other Arcana.

Oh yes, and I have not yet forgotten my promise of rewards to anyone who recruits a member of the Investigation Team that has not already been filled. So if either Zero or Rawr [whoever you decide actually did the recruiting] does recruit a good Naoto, you shall receive a stipend [bribe] to extend my gratitude.
