"Ugh" Freddy said in distaste at the name. "He was an artist til the insanity you call Rapture got to him. If you go down to Fort Frolic you'll see his work, cement sculptors of people, real people covered in cement while they where still alive" Freddy said before they reached the top floor. As soon as the doors opened Freddy got out and went for his office.
"Oh how did the hunt go, you two are fine I hope" Annabell asked walking to the elevator while Kazen was in it. She gave Freddy a look and saw it wasn't one of those times to talk to him.

He rubbed the back of his neck felling a bit mixed up, "It went well the b*****d is dead... Although he was already dead when we found him. The whole thing was just a set up little game." He said felling a bit confused by Freddy's emotions towards it all.

Cole was listening above them. " Cole, report." came the voice from the radio strapped onto his hip." Its going fine Ryan, now shut the hell up please." he growled softly. " Watch it Cole. Dont make me angry!" Cole shut off the radio and listened intently. He knew Ryan wouldnt do anything to him. He was too important. He was one of the few who had not lost control of his Adam cravings. But he did know that the ones down there would hurt him a lot more. But he knew the identity of the one named Fontaine now. That was more important then his life any day. Ryan would be pleased.

"That sounds right, usually Freddies been going on hunts only finding corpses and some recorings" Annabell said sighing seeing her master storm off like that. "He thinks someone's out to get him, and he thinks it's Ryan" she said depressed.

(Sander Cohen was once a talented and world reknowned musical genius. Whatever prompted him to come to Rapture isn't clear, but people have heard the madman express feelings of under-appreciation by the public and lack of vision from his peers, which may have caused him to leave. Since arriving in Rapture, Cohen has been Andrew Ryan's "poster boy" for a modle citizen of Rapture and has been quite a success in the underwater city. His success has not been lessened by the fall of Rapture, though it's nature may have been. He now holds dominion over Fort Frolic, from the stage where he once performed to the lounge and spends his time creating "beautiful" works of living art with the aid of gracious "volunteers." He was one of the only people to survive a meeting with the visitor, Jack, and has been little affected by the changes of the past five years. Mostly, Fontaine and Ryan keep their affairs out of his way... and Cohen leaves them alone.)

He walked down the long corridor, and entered what looked like a huge shopping mall. There was an ugly statue on the stage, with pictures of what appeared to be dead people. He stood there for a moment and watched as a Big Daddy wandered across the room in search of a Little Sister. " This place is whacked," he muttered.

Camille, distressed from fleeing from the various splicers, meandered through the remains of what used to be the shopping area of Rapture, Fort Frolic. At this point, her small dress was torn and her tiny feet were brown with the waste of the fallen utopia. She murmured fearfully as she walked, staying close to the walls. Then she heard the footsteps of someone downstairs. Considering that she didn't hear the creepy chatter of a splicer, she crept over to the railing and looked down to see a fairly normal man down there, though she was not sure whether he was safe to walk up to. At this point, her world had been turned upside down, and the young girl had no idea where to turn. Several splicers had pursued her and tormented her, thinking she was a little sister. Her biggest mistake was running up to one of them, thinking they were a regular adult until she saw their face. It was almost a wonder that she had lived until now. When she moved to get a better view of the man who was looking at the stage, her foot hit a half of a bottle, causing it to roll past the railing and crash down to the first floor. Camille huddled down, not necessarily wanting to be seen.

The rolling bottle had caught the attention of a splicer passing by and much like anyone else, he thought Camille was a little sister. The splicer snuck behind Camille raising his crowbar before he was in hitting distance he shouted, "come to daddy!". Before the crowbar made contact a powerful dark blue hand caught the crowbar and bent it in it's grip. Oceanus towered over the man before taking his arm and throwing him to the level below, making a somewhat of a mess. Oceanus inspected the girl before realizing she wasn't a little sister, but she could still use protecting. "Are you alright?" Oceanus asked Camille before kneeling down to be level with her.

He nodded looking passed her. He reached over his back, and handed her the chemical thrower. "I don't want this it's rather heavy, and annoying to lug around.. I think I will go, and explore rapture. So if I'm needed just radio me." He said before turning around, and heading into the elevator, and hitting the switch for fort frolic. (F.Y.I Sander cohen is dead unless your want to find away to work it that he didn't die..)

Camille trembled, looking up at the titan, but not sure what to think. Terrified, she nodded, wondering if Oceanus would harm her in any way. "P-Please, don't hurt me..." She managed to squeak, going over all possibilities of this great being hurting her. She had seen a couple splicers kill each other over her once, but obviously this man was nothing like them.

Oceanus smiled a gentle smile, regardless of his huge stature his smile seemed to be the only warm thing in the collapsed city. "Don't worry I won't hurt you, I've come to protect you" Oceanus said reciting his life's goal of protecting the defenseless down in Rapture. "You're safe now, I'm Oceanus" Oceanus introduced himself.

 Oceanus's smile melted Camille's fear of him away, though she still trembled in fear of past events. "I'm Cammy," She introduced in her small voice. "I lost my mommy and daddy in the plane crash, but I can't find them." Her voice was calmer now, and she seemed to show approval of Oceanus's presence. Despite her fear of the city, Camille decided she could trust this man, and it somewhat showed in her glossy eyes.

He slowly stepped out of the elevator. He entered the small docking bay seemly empty. He noticed a few slot machines, and simply wondered over to a entrance. When he entered the neon lights struck him as odd, and shocked. It was rather bright for being in such a dark world.

Freddy's private studies doors slammed open as Freddy stormed out. Annabell went towards him immediately asking what was wrong. Freddy didn't reply as he just continued for the elevator. "It has to be that b*****d, I'm sick of him already" Freddy said before getting into the elevator talking about Ryan. The elevator went down as Freddy descended into the streets of Rapture once more.
"Sir? you only have your pistol on you" Annabell said worried as Freddy was quite defenseless right now.
