Yuki stared at Daven for a moment, unable to comprehend the fact that he didn't understand the political implications right off the bat..... But he so quickly brushed off the idea of taking power back that she couldn't help but perk up. In the back of her mind she was cursing him for some unknown factor that made it impossible for her to stay mad at him for any lengthy period of time, but for now she was happy and almost dumped the entire bottle of honey into her little tea cup.
Even worse, she had to bust out laughing when he actually took her side on Razil's sudden declaration of loyalty. Damn him..... Damn him for being so amiable. But she laughed all the same, and took a happy bite out of her cookie.
"Ahhh.... Damn it Daven.... How am I supposed to kick your a** now that you've got me on good terms?"
She said through her laughter.
(( I had a terrible thought for a retort after I wrote that....." With a smile on your face?" XD ))

Jin bows and excuses herself from the leaders in the tent and steps outside. It was dark and the sky was filled with stars. She looked over to the tent next to 1st Squads and seen Envy-San sitting out there by a cooler. She turns and heads in her direction and stops in front of her and bows .... then says, "Today I was called to the battle field because a Shinigami was seriously injured. I had no clue who it was or what the injuries were but, I answered the call for help. When I got there and seen who the patient was my heart dropped from my chest. It was Captain Daven Moto. I have only heard of him and his actions in the academy and then we were taught he was dead. So, here I am standing over him and I have Captains and Vice Captains looking to me to save their leader. I of course do my usual exam and figure out that he has some broken bones and internal bleeding. I kneel down and heal all the minor cuts I can but that's it. I couldn't do anymore for the leader of our race. Why? Because you refused to teach me more because I wasn't in a high enough seat. seat. I have all these leaders looking to me to save him and I couldn't do anything to help. What do you think would have happened if he had died right there in front of all of them and I? Not to mention I get him back here and I'm tossed to the ground by your VC and your 5th seat. They pushed me to the ground and took my patient. How do you think I feel? But put that all by side .... my main concern is that a man could have died today and as far as I see it, it's would have been your fault. Look at me now ... I left 4th Squad as an 8th Seat and I'm in 1st Squad as an unseated member. You think rank means anything to me? Being able to heal a fallen brother or sister is what's important to me not a seat or a rank. At the end of the day I can look back at the lives I saved and that's my reward. Not a piece of cloth. That's why I'm mad at you. You let your position cloud your judgement and it almost cost a life."
Jin turns around and walks back to 1st Squads tent with her head up high knowing that she will continue to do her best to heal and save as many fallen soldiers as possible ....

LOL )) (( It was more that you yelled at Razil that made it amazing for me. XD we where just talking about what a stupid idea it was for him to swear his loyalty to someone on his loyalty to someone else. But I'm sure Yuki dosn't hate you anymore for that too. The idea of sharing power dosn't roll over well for her. ))

(Oh jeeze... I get back and See all of this... I won't be posting untill super late tomarrow night, after that i've got what's left of the weekend to post and etc... Apologize for my absence as of late. But... atleast Summer is almost here. Not sure I'll be able to keep up until some action starts happening.)

When Jin walked to her she stood and listened to what the girl had to say with an emotionless expression on her face. It was when Jin turned around and walked away when the captain finally moved. She shunpo'd in front of Jin, blocking her path. "You've spoken. Now your going to listen. I didn't teach you more kidous than what Hirimi taught you because I didn't think you were strong enough. In squad four I rank the members on how strong they are. Stronger the person, the more capable they are to handle stronger Chiyudous. You can be mad at me all you want, I don't care, but don't you ever again tell me that my position clouds my judgement." And leaving it at that she disappeared, shunpoing, back to where she was sitting just minutes before next to her cooler.

Jin turned around and said, "That's funny because Captain Moto, Commander Yuki, and many other's think I am ... they came and got me to help Captain Moto ... that has to mean something. My strength lies in my heart and mind, not in my Zanpakutou. Any Shinigami can wield a sword and kill, but it takes a special Shinigami to heal and save lives. Face it, you made a mistake. We all do, that makes us human."

Daven finished up his tea and set the cup aside. "If you will excuse me, I have some resting and recuperating to do." He bowed to Yuki, acknowledging her as the Commander, then took his leave of the tent. He didn't go far, just off to an area that wasn't crowded with people. He found a spot on the top of a piece of artwork in front of an office building nearby. It wasn't an important piece or a strategic area, just a higher point that many of them around. On that artwork, he sat and arranged his tails into a pleasing pattern. He pulled Kidorui Genso from his belt and bowed reverently to it, holding it in his hand. He laid the sword across his knees and meditated with it there. Communing with that part of his soul that was invested in the blade. He didn't notice the time passing, he just sat there, holding the blade's image in his mind, talking to Kidorui Genso, becoming one with the blade, as was always the case. He spent the time not only communing with his weapon, but also healing the residual problems in his body. Contrary to the belief of others, he knew he wasn't fully healed. The most grievous problems had been dealt with, but there were other injuries that needed to be healed. So he spent this time taking care of that as well. He replayed the fight in his mind, looking for a time when he may have ended it and saved her, or if she wanted salvation, or just death. In the end, he accepted responsibility for what he did, just like always, and was determined that he would try better to save them, and to retain the sins of not saving everyone.

Jin grabs a blanket from the tent and walks over to where Razil-San was sleeping and covered him with it. She watched him for a few seconds and then turned and walked back to the tent shaking her head. He was strange but yet special in a way. Jin looked around and seen Captain Moto up high meditating. She watch him for a few minutes and shook her head yet again. Another very special person but Jin see's more pain in him than any other Shinigami she has seen before. His scars run very deep and he shoulders a heavy burdin that no other would be able to handle.

As Envy was about to reply back to Jin's words, a cold dark voice shot through her mind, "Kill the shinigami b***h!" With that, an image would appeared briefly within her thoughts. It was the image of a being of pure hatred and evil. But, because the moment was so quick, the captain of squad four had very little time to register what had just happened. That is...until she saw the faint golden pulse from the ring upon her finger. Not the one her beloved had given to her, but the one received from the prisoner...Jubei Mitsuyoshi. Though, he'd escaped under her watch, it seems that the two were still spiritually bound together by their contract. Which made her begin to wonder what ever happened to her escaped charge. Not to mention, how her beloved Ryan would feel, about her having any kind of thoughts about a man he truly hated. She realized that she may have rushed a bit, in accepting the contract.

(( Let's just say that Ryan got himself out here after he couldn't figure out where Eme was. Let the show begin. ))
Ryan had taken lots of time to rest - far too much, in fact. His lack of sleep these past few weeks had gotten to him, and he estimated that he'd slept some fourteen or fifteen hours. Gods, that was stupid of me...no helping it, though.
Ryan acknowledged Yuki with a light salute, before his eyes were drawn to another sight. Daven. Of course he wasn't dead - my analysis was correct. I don't know what that anomaly was, but it sent him somewhere, and he was safe. This will be a boost...
A look straight ahead and Ryan smiled lightly. Envy...she's still safe. That's good. Jubei, though...I can't feel him. I have no idea where he is. He's got that damn contract with her soul...what that exactly means, though, I can't figure out.
Always so analytical...
Shut up. All the training, though...I hope it was worth it.
It was training, it made you stronger.

Analysis. Her Gran Rey Cero was just enough to block my cannon - I should have better accounted for it and given a bigger shot. This time, though...she'll be stronger, too.
As Ryan was lost in thought and conversation, he had been walking toward Envy. Now he embraced her lightly, talking softly to her. "Sorry I'm late...I haven't been sleeping well lately. How are you feeling...?"

Kidou snapped out of his little trance and bowed to Envy. "Hello Envy-Taicho nice to meet you, I am Kidou Shikaku 5th seat of 1st squad." He then looked over, seeing that Jin came outside and was coming there way. "Sorry Captain, I will have to take my leave." He jumped down from his post and walked into the tent just as Daven was leaving. He felt intimidated in his presence, it was like and kitten walking past a lion. He then sat by the fire and drank a cup of tea he had just pored, bowing to Ryan and Yuki before doing this.

As Envy comes and starts an conversation with every one else, he does remember from the past. "Hey Envy. Remeber me, Meluk?" Meluk asked. He turns his head to see Daven putting his sword down in graceful way.

((Gah... I go to bed and all this happens... I curse you all......))
Hirimi silently listened and watched everything that happened, not stepping in to any conversations. She stood by herself outside the tent, most of her concentration on Jin and Envy. Suddenly she really regretted her actions earlier. She hadn't meant to make Jin angry... Hirimi lashed out at everyone when she was mad, it was one of her biggest flaws. Though when Sho spoke to her, she glanced at him, blinking. Finally she nodded.
"Alright...."
Just as silent as before she stepped forward and followed him, her mind now concentration on wondering what it was he needed to speak with her about.
