Hello there! my name is chelsea, i hail from the lands of smexi japanese guys and anime. a.k.a. japan.
i lived there for a good 5 1/2 years.
i still remember alot, but not as much as i used to. im looking for a conversation partner and or someone who is willing to tutor me to get me back up to the point i was, before i moved to america, before i go to take a class at the college here soon.

I'm a 20 year old college student who (will continue learning for atleast 1 to 2 more years) has taken Japanese for almost 2 years, and is at the Intermediate level.
I have an email-pal from Japan, a Japanese blog of my own (this includes translating other blogs), and I like to translate acting essays and letters.

Hi everyone! I'm Nena, a beginner learner of Japanese. Recently I started a penpal guild which has a lot of emphasis on learning languages. I'm looking for either a conversation parter or a sensei, probably the former as I will starting taking actual Japanese classes at community college come January.
I'm 17, and have been studying in Japan for around 9 months thus far. I don't have a very good way of judging my abilities. 740 on the Japanese SAT II that I took a couple months ago. Conversation is probably my strong point - I'm not great at writing (kanji) since I don't do it as much. (Kumon is...a pain...and doesn't help me much.) I can have a normal conversation about most things, and can think in Japanese to some degree.
I can talk via PM, email, or Google's chat program (though I have no other IM). Since it's currently winter break here, I'll be on and off the computer most days. (Generally between 4 pm and 6 am Pacific time, on and off depending on the day.)
If anybody would be willing to talk, I'd appreciate it.

I need a tutor. I'm not very knowledgable on how to spell, talk, or write. mainly how to spell. the only real thing I can do related to japanese culture is japanese anime.

I am looking for someone to have a conversation with (a pen pal). I am just a beginner in Japanese and would like to communicate through PMs on Gaia. Because of technical difficulties, I would prefer to communicate through romaji instead of kanji. Though if you would like to write through hiragana and katakana, then feel free to.
