"Wings?" he asked with an intrigued look on his face, "What wings? From What I could see, she had none... Remember, Every little detail counts..."
Vaine stumbled into the kitchen and latched around Vermillions shoulders and Slurred, "Every Little Detail Counts~<3"

Ive stared at her a moment, a little confused, and then nodded, "Alright... Take room twenty..." She handed Sorrow the key and looked over at Anabel, "The kids are doing alright from what I know... If you want to go check on them... They haven't moved."
Anabel nodded and then looked at Sorrow, "Can you find your room from here?"

Vermillion looked up at Vaine; "Vaine, please, I'd imagine we could become great friends, but not this close of friends." Vermillion looked back at Kartane; "well from what she explained to me, her vision is mostly black with vague outlines, she is very concerned about me getting emotionally attached to her, because she doesn't have that much longer to live do to her curse. Since i haven't seen any markings on her exposed skin, I'm venturing to say that whatever curse that was used is written on her chest or back out of view of the neckline of dresses. She seems to always want to sit beside the oak out back, and that about sums up what i know. the rest would be assumptions.

"Very good Lad!" Kartane applauded, "You see... From this description i learned It's a curse, Which my son happens to be very interested in. I also learned that it is on her back or chest, and that she had wings... The fact that she finds comfort in an oak is another good indication that she is a Fairy." Kartane stopped to think of what kind of a curse could be sealing her, but shook his head, "I'm afraid that I am a bit rusty with my curses, and I'll need to study, but I would like to see the seal that they used, and Hopefully I'll be able to get my son to be civil enough to help me."

Anabel slipped in back and tapped lightly on the door, "Are the children alright?"

Vermillion had to smile; "My first year philosophy teacher taught like that, made me angry, but in a way it makes you think. As for seeing the seal itself, you'll need to ask Anabel, or I'll need to make a drawing of it and set up a time I can meet you to hand it to you to pass it along."

Sorrow nodded; 'Well i don't think i be eating that early, but nice to know. I'll be seeing you sometime in the morning then." Sorrow walked towards the stairs.

Anabel smiled, "Good, I'm glad to hear they're safe...That'll make Vaine happy too." She rubbed her eyes and sighed, "Ah, It's getting late... I just wanted to drop by and make sure everyone was alright... Goodnight." She bowed and exited the room.
Walking out past Ive, she waved, and exited the bar, making her way back home.

Kartane nodded, "I'll be taking my drunken friend home, and will return tomorrow around noon to gather the information I need. Will that be alright with you?"

"Fine by me, I'll let Anabel know your coming, and thanks for taking the time to talk." Vermillion stood up and turning his waist he caught Vaine by the collar so he wouldn't fall all the way to the floor. He got another hand under an arm and hefted him back up. "Poor guy is out cold, wonder if they suffer hangovers, never had too many vampires find me on the mountain, and never thought to ask."

"Heh, They do... Just not as severe as ours..." Kartane answered as he slung one of Vaine's arms over his shoulders, "And It'll be a good review for me... hopefully it will also make my son realize I'm sane again, and if I'm really lucky... I could have a new body by the end of this... If I do it right. So you don't have to worry about a payment... And if you're hell bent on paying me... Then pay Lady Anabel's bills for the next year, Fair?"

Kartane smirked and nodded, while dragging Vaine out of the house and teleported to his manor.
A few minutes later Anabel returned and quietly shut the door behind her in case if Vermillion was asleep. she slipped into the kitchen to find him still at the table and smiled, "Well, Things have got a lot more interesting since you came to town..."

Vermillion shook his head; "No thank you, but Anabel I think I have found someone who can fulfill the promise I made you. I think I found the person who might be able to remove the curses, and you actually met him tonight. The uncomfortable news is, i need to make a drawing of the curse's seal, so that he can research it and properly prepare."

Anabel shook her head and hid a yawn with her hand, "Ah, I'm getting sleepy... Would you care to retire for the night?" She asked as she poured herself a glass of water.
