Is it just me or did the newer pokemon games get wimpier. I mean I remember on the original game and the one after that your rival was a jack a** and a thief respectively. I actually wanted to beat my rival. I would savor the victory even, by constantly switching out my pokemon on his last one and have each of them hit it once. In the newer ones its "Aww man you got me, I'll get you next time!" In the older games it was like. "WTF!!!!! HOW THE HELL DID YOU BEAT ME!?! WHatever. I'm gonna kick your a** next time."

Lame. Pokemon is already not kid friendly. Its animals fighting. Promoting animal abuse. So just make my rival a jack a**.

That's why I like M rated games. It gives you everything ya want. Take Saints Row for example, it has drugs, blood, shooting, gangs, sex, and much more. cool

They should make an M rated pokemon. WHere the pokemon gets all bloody and you give it some drugs to make it feel better. And when you beat a trainer he would cuss to no end. That would be amazing.

Then cuz the trainer lost you beat him up and take his money. Thats how it would work in real life.

Baahhh, most games have gone to...well, not good places now. All of the older games were better...and that doesn't just go for pokemon.
I haven't played pokemon since silver. I'm spose to be getting pearl soon though...after a friend is done with it. x.<

My friend is getting platinum, hence why i'm suppose to get pearl from him.
He's spose to get it friday in fact, when we go to the mall. Which sadly, I live in a small area, so it's 2 hours from where I live xD

Anyways i couldnt agree more! Dx The older games had that challenge newer ones don't. Its like "woohoo i beat ya again rolleyes " instead of "OMG Im going to hunt you down and beat you!! scream "
