Raphael checked his watch again. Sasha was late. He began to worry.

Twenty minutes later Sasha rode into the driveway. Her eyes were dry now. she sighed deeply as she dismounted her bike and then walked up the front steps.

Raphael heard her coming up the front steps and he opened the front door for her.

Sasha looked up at Raphael in surprise. "oh, thank you." she said quietly.

Sasha walked up the stairs and dropped her bag on the floor of her room. *It looks so dark and empty...* she thought. the walls seemed to shrink in on her and then she saw bars on the window and a hard cot replace her bed. *No!* she shook her head and looked at her room. everything was fine. she turned and walked out of the room. *I need a glass of water.* she thought desperately.

Sasha didn't answer for a minute. "It was great!" she responded sarcastically.

Raphael frowned slightly at the sound of sarcasm. "What happened?" he asked concernedly.
