So do you often walk around in high heels, Mister Navy Man?

No, I was just kidding on that last one. sweatdrop
I stick to boots at work and my tennis shoes at home. Though I have to wear insoles in my boots, cause of how umcomfy they are.

I have to wear heels at work. Something about professional attire. I'm strictly a barefoot girl at home, though!

I'd wear my shoes all the time, up until I moved into my apartment. Since then, I've been taking my shoes off after coming home, and now I have to do that every time.

That's exactly what happened to me! I always used to wear shoes, but the apartment I used to live in had off-white carpets and I didn't want to have to shampoo them once a month, so I decided to always remove my shoes at the door. Now it's a habit and I feel funny if I wear shoes inside my home.

The only sucky part is when the dogs back home and Mara here pees on the carpet, and I find out the hard way. sad
And we thought we got her to stop doing that too.

Ummm...Yeah. That doesn't sound like fun! I have the oh-so-special ability to find sharp objects that have been dropped on the floor. I kid you not! My family will call me to come into the room if they have dropped something sharp because they know that I will step on it immediately and they won't have to waste time looking for it!

Damn. I'm not sure what's better, stepping on sharp objects or doggy poo.

My vote? Sharp objects! Less stinky...

And they don't get meshed in the sock fabric either.

No, but sometimes they get embedded in the skin. And tetanus shots are not really all that much fun!

Neither is a smallpox shot or an anthrax shot. And the smallpox shot is dangerous too.

smallpox is worse. That one results in a scab. If you mess with said scab, you spread the virus. good times!
