TRUMPETS TRUMPETS TRUMPETS.
GOD every trumpet player I know sucks!
They can't hit the high notes, they can't play, there loud and obnoxious!
Or anyone in my marching band that are in it for the grade... they play terribly, so whichever instrument they play sucks... I feel bad for those instruments getting put in the hands of idiotic people that just join for the credit... *Cries*

I don't really like the bassoons. The only noise they make is a honk! The people iknour band who play bassoon are alright, but bassoons just, ah.

Piccolos are most definately the worst!!! Omg they're wayy too high pitched. Also sounds a bit like nails on a chalkboard.
Second worst, clarinet players who can't play worth crap.
Third worst, most bassoon players. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the sound of a bassoon but only when it's played right. My best friend Laghaan plays it good and it sounds beautiful.
Fourth, bad french horn players. I play, and it's not bad. But the ones who can't play, it's like, my ears are bleeding.

It's not the instruments necessarily, but the people who play them.
Clarinets are dramatic, and trumpets at my school are the most egotistic people ever.
But the instrument I hate the most? Probably piccolos. They kill my earballs.

I disagree with the people that are hating on instruments such as percussion for a tempo issue, or a playing issue.
Only inexperienced percussionists do that. And if they aren't showoffy people, They are usually the main balance of the band. The tempo issue, OMG everybody makes a mistake, the tempo thing will happen with the slightest mistake on percussion's behalf, and EVERYBODY makes mistakes, so learn to rely on your playing.
As for the question, I only hate certain show-off players.

Pennywhistle and trumpet. Probably half of my marchingbanddeafness was inflicted by our trumpet section leader blasting his lungs out RIGHT BEHIND ME in class.
EDIT: Oh yeah, don't forget flugelhorn. Ugh >:C

This maybe due to the fact my teacher was a witch, but i HATE the keyboard! In all fairness, it is quite useful for tech bands etc but I'm not going to be their pianist! Not in this life.! stressed
I hate recorders too, they sound like a rabid, dying cat-moose being raped, I could make a better noise with my bone marrow and a dogs arse! scream

Well, not the instrument, but the people who play them. They're big douche-bags. And they never shut up and they never stop playing...
