Arising from the rubble, then glancing around, seeing Soma activate his two Zanpakuto's, Akkiko cursed.

"Damn it... Didn't think I'd have to..."

Akkiko trailed off, not really wanting to release his own Bankai. He would try not to kill Kazei, though he thought this wouldn't be hard. Kazei had always been stronger than him. He pressed his Zanpakuto's blade across his sheathe, then trained his eye on the tan -blue mixture of colors as they seemed to meld together.

"Shake the heavens... Bankai: Shikisha Saihai!"

The blade lengthened, then forked out after four feet of it's growth. The sheathe, which had already melded together with the hilt, acted as the new hilt. In essence, the Zanpakuto was a giant tuning fork.

"Are you ready Suchihiku? I haven't released you in forever..."

Akkiko rose up in the air, Kazei directly above him. Soaring up higher and higher, Akkiko swung Suchihiku, the fork not even 20 meters away. He repeated this, until, on the fifth stroke, he swung down, thrusting the blade into the ground below. The final swing would help him evade any attacks against him, as the atoms of each molecule of every gas in the air formed a protective shield. The four swings generated sonic booms, each aiming for Kazei. The noise of each alone was directed to the group of flying individuals, which would certainly deafen them, if they could not perform a protective barrier that guarded not only physical attacks.

Finding his way back to the ground, Akkiko hopped back to his original take off spot, near Soma and Aisu.

Hikudo entered central 46 and searched for jisaku amongst the many bodies of the people fighting the traitous ex-capitan kazei and his cronies. "ah jisaku!" whispered Hikudo to himself and approached jisaku keeping low and out of kazei's eyesight "oh this is not good he is destroying central he knew we would be weak after aizen's attack." Hikudo mumbled to himself

Rubble fell, and dust rose up, and in a second, Akkiko was gone. He knew that he would be done for the moment. He only wondered why he had to leave, and not watch what was going on back at Central 46.

"We can worry about that later, Shika. Right now, we should follow Captain Ike's orders and find this Hitoma. Believe me. If he needs us, we'll know. Now come with me."

Rednal
Rednal dropped off of Himirei and raised a hand, smiling. "Well, I'm already on the records as having the lowest graduating score from the Academy ever. This is all waaaaaaaaaay out of my league. It's fun to watch, though, and I think I'm smiling so much because I'll be screaming in terror if I don't grin, sir." he answered immediately. And it was true about the grades. He'd practiced control for several hundred years before returning to the academy, just so he could be sure of not standing out. In hindsight, being average with maybe one or two areas of slight skill or slight lack of skill might have been better, but he hadn't thought of that at the time. He'd been more intent on getting the lowest possible grades necessary to pass and thus being too weak to be considered for anything of importance, so he could stay in the shadows instead. He didn't take the cigarette.

"Ah, the academy. I remember those days," Raiden said as he brought back the offered cigarette and pocketed it, "They said I was a prodigy of some sort, a genius; a lazy one, but one nonetheless. Yeah, you do what you can to deal with everything. I've seen enough in my life in the rukongai, this doesn't really bother me at the moment. It's just a bunch of men doing whatever they want. Granted, I'll say that maybe not everyone here deserves to die or be killed, but what are we to do? Who are we to judge who should die and who shouldn't? I'd prefer to just watch and see what fate desires to happen, or God. Whichever exists, either way we're all pawns in their game of chess. Easily manipulated, and easily destroyed with little chance of ever becoming something better."

Raiden took a long drag from his cigarette and stood up. Exhaling the smoke deeply Raiden closed his eyes, "Hmph. Guess there's not much left to see anymore. Considering I have no idea going on and only one group can easily be followed, I'm going to go find out why I have twenty-six missed messages on my phone and what they were about. You coming," Raiden asked as he walked away from the destroyed area to look for Soma and the others.

Once the explosion was over, they would soar into the clouds until they could glance at the Sereitei from helicopter view. There was black smoke rising from the area of the fourteenth division clearly showing the order for the destruction of the squad had been accomplished. Ganga was right. There was no reason to stay here any longer. They had retrieved what they needed and they had destroyed the fourteenth division along with central 46 and it's members. They had delivered a critical blow to the soul society, but Kazei would only leave them to lick their wounds until further notice. Glancing down at the ruins of central 46, he smiled.

"These shinigami are cowards after all. Leaving the old man to his own doom. The same goes for the the twelfth, thirteenth, and fifth division captains. They were weak. They accepted their own death even though they knew they were innocent. Like all shinigami they let the laws of the soul society rule their every being. I have transcended into something munch more. They accept the cards that fate has dealt them. I on the other hand with this zanpaktou will forge a destiny of my own by cutting forth a new path for the future."

He had no interest in none of the surviving shinigami below. They knew as well as he did that this battle was over. Any further actions would only bring their imminent deaths closer. Even the bankai staged Soma who thought this man as a rival had been disregarded. Kazei had no interest in this figure whatsoever, and the little fifth division captain would be treated just as any of the other low and unseated shinigami standing today. Those who who talked and lacked action were of no importance. Kazei was a truly ambitious one. The defeat of Soul Society for the first time was just a stepping stone cleared in his path to his true purpose. By accomplishing all of this in such a short period of time, he had gained the loyalty from the most powerful and fearless of foes stretching across the horizons of both Soul Society, Hueco Mundo, and yes even the Human World.

"You're right. Let's go Ganga. We're done here for now. Doesn't pay to waste anymore time here. Let's bounce out of here."

He said as the hollow mask began dissolving away from his face. The bone like material slowly melting away followed by his eyes shifting from a bold gold back into it's crimson texture. With that the negacion from the skies would transport Aquamarine, Jouka, Hitoma, and Delosuke from the Soul Society. While Kazei, Shiori, and Ganga would shoot forth into the large void of a garganta sitting above the sky. As they swam into the empty darkness, the void would close behind them, leaving the Sereitei to deal with their new mess.

A faint smile crossed Rednal's face as the leader of the traitors spoke. You don't get it yet, kid. You've grasped a little power, and so you think you're on top of the world. If you were truly revolutionary, you'd be destroying as much as you could. Humans have all sorts of stories about traitors who lay waste to somewhere, only to have the ones they thought they crushed come back ten times stronger than before. You're making mistakes left and right. And someday, they'll destroy you. I've seen it happen before. he looked over to the smoking Shinigami. "Is that any way for an officer to talk?" he said in mock seriousness. "It's probably better to believe in the future, even if you can't change it. I mean, it would really suck if we lost this new war because we didn't try our hardest to win, right?" he said, tone gradually changing to cheerful. He stayed where he was.

Rubble exploded outwards from the center of the ruins. Shadow had his zonpakto out, and around him were three of the seven councilman. He had moved as fast as he could the instant Moonfire had healed him, but he hadn't been fast enough to save more than three. Looking around, he sheathed his blades and raised a hand to Gilgamesh (HAH! I remembered!). "Gilgamesh! I need some help over here!" Shadow's voice had returned to it's normal, original pitch, but it was more lighthearted now. THe emotionless tone was gone. However, his eyes, and his Riatsu level, had remained changed. His riatsu was now near a Liutenant's. Anyway, his strange eyes swept across the area, looking for his Captain, or someone who knew healing techniques. "I have three councilman and they are down! They need medical attention right away!" Shadow then crouched, placing hands on two of them in order to test for life. One was close to death. Checking the other, he found that the other two were just knocked unconcious. "COME ON!" he called.

(( Finally, someone gets it right. XD ))

"Well, I'm not any help in a fight, but pushing boxes of records around does build some muscles." Rednal said cheerfully as he ran over and bent down by one of the unconscious council members. Justice was supposed to be blind, not influenced by opinions or pre-conceived notions, and these judges seemed a little more stubborn than they really should have been. He'd carry one of them to Fourth Division, but that was really about it. Nodding, he picked the man up and headed for the healing center of Soul Society.

Shadow, unaware of how he was acting, picked up the other two. Raising his head, standing, he raised his voice for everyone to hear. "Our first priorities should be to the injured! Everyone that is able to move, and lift, should take those who are too hurt and bring them to 4th devision as soon as you can." With that, he, too, headed to 4th devision.

Old Man Yata stood there, looking around slowly, watching the other captains and lower seated shinigami run from the battle. He had seen much, but more then anything he seen nothing but useless talk. Boasts, empty words, spineless insults. Nothing that would bring one worthy of being called a captain. Soma had even dared to unleash his little bankai, for what little worth that it did. He knew Kazei, he knew him well enough in these long years that the boy was smart enough to do what was needed. "Hmm.. Soul Society, how low have you fallen my great society. Gone are the days where our Justice was all that we needed to take on any and all odds, but now we have fallen to this." Old Man Yata sighed ever so softly as he looked up at the insurmountable cero hurling down upon him and his area. He knew he could not escape if he dared to run, he knew he could not hope to come out unscathed, but despite this, he knew that he must now lead this society. Looking down to his precious old friend, Hibiki he raising it up once more before slamming both Taiko sticks upon the ground with a almighty fury, causing the ground all around to become no more then fine sand. It was no more then a mere moment later that he pulled forth all his spiritual power, channeling it, cycling it, coursing it through the entirety of his body. He felt it now, the heat and power of the cero, he felt it's destructive awe, but he also knew one thing as well. Only through perseverance can one hope to find justice again.

The Cero struck, enveloping Yata as a whole as well as the entire area of the central 46. What followed, well what one would expect or even hope to follow would possibly be a grand explosion the likes of which one would ever see, but it didn't. There hung the cero, bearing down onto the ground, but it never did quiet connect, pushing, forcing, urging itself down, but never able to move forth. If one would have the ability to look with in the blast, one would see Old Yata there, holding the Cero back with everything that he is, from with in the cero itself they would feel his power, they would feel his will, above all they would see how far his love of justice and that of his society would push him. With a pulse of spiritual energy the like never felt before, the cero move back a few meters, then another, and finally another. There stood Yata, his body burned all over, blood pouring from wounds all over his body, his shinigami uniform torn, burned and ripped, but there he stood with all his might, holding the grand Cero back. It was then with another great force of spiritual power exploded forth from Old Yata, but not foward against the great cero itself, but straight from the ground. In a fury of released power, a pillar of stone shot up from underneath Yata's feet, propelling himself and the Cero back into the air. With a final push of spiritual power, the pillar rocketed up at an amazing force, launching both Yata and the grand cero into the heavens. It was then, Yata brought Hibiki down onto the cero with everything that he was, propelling it far and away from his treasured society. In no more then mere moments after, did old Yata fall from the air to the sandy earth below. The fall itself, cushioned by the soft sand, but even then, the damage was done. Old Yata's body torn and badly damaged, he just lay there, resting himself as he could only begin to fathom what would come next.

[edited. I was just informed of that]

Shadow appeared, scanning the area for survivors. Pain rippled through his body, but he ignored it, shoving it deep into his subconcious. He immediately beganning moving rubble in order to find if any others survived.

He returned to the grounds, he was frustrated and it showed as his riatsu exploded out causing large rocks to crumble in on them selves. He was actually capable of going straight ot his bankai like this. It was something he never did because he didn't like it, but he was pissed. If old man yata hadn't stoped his preperations he could have stopped all of it from happening at the drop of a dime. That fool of a man assumed that he new everything, he assumed that he could control everything, he assumed that he could beat Shiro. And that pissed Shiro off more than anything. It was one thing to be strong but to be strong and arogant, that just pissed Shiro off. With out incantatuion he summoned his bow and went into his shiaki, he took aim at some of the larger rocks and began launching arrows. He was cooling down by training, each arrow had the force of a Gillian class cero and anhialated the rocks.

Rednal wandered back into the ruins of Central 46 and looked around for a few moments. He flipped a coin a moment later. "Hmm, heads. So that's a yes." he noted. It didn't take long for him to walk over to one of the more dedicated people there, a seatedofficer from 5th Division. The one who'd been first over to help some of the Councilmen. Well, everything changed over time; may as well see what he could do. "You're not going to accomplish very much in that condition." Rednal noted calmly. "Least of all do much better in the future." a very inappropriate way for an unseated Shinigami of no apparent power to be talking to a seated officer.
