well I will not deny that my threads are strange, after all, anyone that has multiple labcoats has "strange threads"

as for the epic, that is a possible...

though I will be keeping it simple and no nukes... well not directly, nuclear discharges have been known to release enough energy to rip open dimentional pathways, and can fling objects and or people through them... sometimes out of the frying pan into the fire... but out of the nukes path usually.

last few days have been HELL crying

In bed all comfy and then.. BOOM! I moved and there went a muscle.. I'm almost better sweatdrop but this here is related to my ligament injury x.x

yeah, I have had a couple 13 hour work days, so the last bit I have been a bit drained understandibly...

too bad I only get paid by the day in this case, oh well CBW.

hehehe, one reason why case history is so important, doubly so with magic, when healing someone you are not familiar with... plus a tie in to the previous incident where Draqx declined healing... well now in part one can see why... plus I guess if one was to notice closely, Draqx did not have any of the prevoius wounds from the battle inside town... that alone would have rung warning bells, but since it is dark the chances of noting that would be slim so it would be understandable... but hey, no worryies about dredging the bottom of the energy reserves now... now the problem is what to do with the incoming stuff...

okay the readers digest version...

Draqx acted as an amplifier and the strain was too much, pushing him into unconsiousness, congradulations, at least no pain is being felt.

Also when unconsious from that way he reverted back to regular and so the amplified energy has to go somewhere, and that somewhere is basically right back at the source it was amplified from, at least low energy levels is not a problem, more of the opposite in fact.

also as a side note, overdosing too much too often on healing magic can sometimes lead to addiction and other side effects which are harder to break because you cannot use healing magic to fix it, it only makes it worse. There are case histories where an improper diagnosis have lead to unforseen situations when healing magic was tried on healing addiction, including potion based habits.


to sum up in as short as possible, the body is fine, but the mind is out, and there is a backlash of excess energy.

hmm, think of it as your using a garden hose to hose out a pipe, then suddenly someone turns the water in the pipe on.

Perhaps a supersoaker and a bucket analogy would work better... but I hope you get the general drift eh.

hmm, how best to describe it... okay when you started healing Draqx, because of the doppleganger shtick his body reacted to that and started to copy not only your characters abilities, but appearance and stuff. However not being a full dopplganger the control of ability is not fully there, so the internal switch to generate energy was to put in a way, spot welded on full power... but the part that anchors the energy was not really there.

Its a flaw to Draqx, he can copy abilities, but when they are used, they are usually on ether low power so they can be controled, which takes a lot of concentration... or they are on full blast and are ether highly chaotic and or unanchored.

When Draqx lost consiousness and shifted back to himself, the excess energy had no anchor to Draqx, but since the energy was based of the copied ability of your character it would natually at such a short range, especially with the linkage of the healing, travel upstream towards your character.




hmm... think of it like trying to blow up a ballonand then once it is allmost absolutly full and it hard to push air into it, you breath in while still connected to the ballon, the air rushes into your lungs at a far greater speed then you are used to, especially if you have been blowing up the balloon for a while. You get a rush of air, and depending on the size of the ballon it would be too much air and you would have to let go, spilling the rest of the air everywhere, though usually right in your face.


though I guess my analogies could use some work I guess...

hmm, let me check my notes... according to this an overdose of healing magic, in the case in the notes here white so that should be close enough for an approximate basline... the effects were like, and I quote "getting a turbo charged jolt cola mix slushie with espresso shots and then adding a supercharded positive pressure pure oxygen airflow system with a side order of adrenilin with extra endorphins" ...The spelling is a bit off and the letting is very shaky and with slight scortch marks where the pencil met the paper, as if written at an incredible speed... there are a good fifty pages of random doodles, equations and formulae and what look like blue prints... towards the end it peters off into hiaku and limerics... and ends in a nearly indeciferable scrawl that looks like imabic pentameter...


...so I am guessing it would be like a mix between chugging a pitcher of espresso, energy drinks, and pure sugared up soda of some sort, and being doused with an entire cooler of gatorade...

...but then again I could be wrong, light based and white based allthough similar do tend to have a few minor differences... though it probably will not kill you, more likely be more of the sugar rush of the century... with a side order of pocky.

...hmm, pocky... now I am hungry...
