Maximus nodded. "Indeed I did. I feel ready for the day." He headed toward Lorien and the room door, pausing next to the female before opening the door to the hall. "Is there something in particular you would like to do today?"

Lorien shook her head. "Not really, although pancakes sound good to munch on for breakfast."

Maximus wagged his tail. "Then pancakes it shall be." He opened the cabin door, a little surprised by the number of people, and canines, wandering the hall. It seemed that more and more appeared as the trip went on. "This must be the lst last day of the trip. Everyone is out doing last minute adventures." He chuckled.

Lorien chuckled a bit. "I guess so." She looked out the hallway as well. "So do we just go back to the same area where we ate last night?" She stretched out. "I was thinking it would also be nice to go swimming if we have the time or if this ship has a pool."

Maximus raised his head to sniff the air. "I suppose we do. All the meals seem to come from there." He looked back with a smirk and nodded. "Indeed there is. I found it on my travels the other day. It's on the first floor below deck, seperate from the human pool on deck."
(( My previous post had "lst" in it, which looks like "1st", but I forgot the 'a', so it was supposed to say "last" -.-;; Sorry if I confused you with that. ))

Lorien smiled. "Yes...a meal would be good now. Shall we go there first so we can have strength for the day?" She stretched out. "So that's where the pool is. I've been wondering about it for a while."
((It's ok...so are they going to get off the ship after the meal? I'll just let you lead.))

With a nod, Maximus headed in the familiar direction of the dinner rooms. "Yes, if we have time I'm sure a light swim would be fun. I'm not sure when we'll reach our destination though. Could be at any time today."
(( Hmm. They can probably reach Europe after the meal. Otherwise, this will take a lot longer to do this ^_^;; ))

Lorien smiled. "That would be nice. It's been a while since we've seen land. I'm sure Atlantia has kept the waters safe enough since we haven't had problems." She started out the door. "Well let's go eat then we can decide what to do from there."

Maximus chuckled. "I'll be happy to get my paws back on solid ground as well. I greatly appreciate miss Atlantia aiding our journey." He stopped when he reached the dinner room, then headed for the bar. "We'll have breakfast, then we'll work from there."

Lorien nodded her head. "That sounds good." She eventually sat at one of the tables before picking up the menu to look over what they had to offer.

Maximus found what he wanted, pushed the appropriate buttons, and sat across from Lorien to await his food. "When we reach the port, I'll have to double check how long it will be until Rome. It should be only a day's ride or so. I got us as close as we could get."

Lorien nodded her head. "Sure thing...I just hope it's what you are expecting." She pushed her button for some food to have some waffles and strawberries.

Maximus paused, staring down at the table thoughtfully. What was he even expecting? He couldn't let her know that though. "I just hope I find some closure for... for whatever it is."
Soon their food arrived. Maximus had just gotten the last bite down when an announcement came over the speakers telling everyone that they would be docking in 20 minutes. A light weight came over his shoulders, his nerves edging. He was almost home... "We better get our things together."

Lorien looked up at him blinking before swallowing the last bits of her food. "Alright...you seem a bit nervous. I hope you're alright." She cleaned herself off. "So...how about we go and get our stuff ready?"
