Ninian nodded. "Probably my Library."
The golden holographic image softened, appeared more realistic. Only a golden highlight, where white would normally go, was still visible of the holy aura. Ninian looked disgusted, though.
"I'm sorry. It isn't my Library. I only used it to do what I thought was right."
Ninian shifted a little, as if she were trying to get comfortable. As if she was alive. Ninian then sighed.
"Anyway, I used the Library to stop a great evil, once." To stop Luraia, Ninian thought.
"And... I died because of it," Ninian continued. Her green eyes were sad. "More to the point, however, is that Fatal found my... the Library I used. It was key for helping stop evil in the past. It can be used to stop evil now."
Ninian leaned forward and gazed directly into Hanabi's eyes.
"Hanabi. You are a good person. I know you can see the truth. Fatal is evil. I know you probably don't believe me, but it is true."

Hanabi was surprised when she heard the last part. "Fatal... is evil?" she asked, a bit in disbelief. She was confused. Ninian seemed to be telling the truth, but... Fatal was evil?

"He deceives people, like you. Manipulates you, and uses you," Ninian continued. "I can't prove it, not now, but I can tell you how to find out for yourself. I believe that would help, wouldn't it?"

Hanabi nodded. She found it hard to believe that Fatal was using her, but at the same time, she could tell Ninian was saying the truth. Some proof would help right now.

Ninian closed her eyes for a moment. When she opened them again, a slight change had occurred. It was not detectable, but Ninian had accessed the memory of the cameras of the Library, somehow.
"The Library has footage. Fatal has spent some time in the Library," Ninian explained, "and I can tell you how to view that footage. But you'll have to get on the Library first, which means that Fatal has to trust you until you see the security footage. Do you understand?"

Hanabi nodded. "So how do I access the footage once I'm in?" she asked.

"Not even I know the full secrets of the Library. I have no idea who made it," Ninian remarked, "but Fatal knows less than I. I'm sure. You have to disengage the security measures... it requires a level of computer knowledge. Kabaal; he knew how...." Ninian trailed off. That was wishful thinking.
"Anyway, you may want to write this down...."

"Okay." Hanabi looked around then levitated over a notepad and pen from a nearby table.

Ninian gave instructions. Included were different buttons to press and where, passwords to enter, and then a... different kind of test. One where anyone who did not know there was even a test there would not pass it, and would not unlock the second level of the Library's operations.
"And, I know this is random, but if you decide to believe me," Ninian said afterward, "Kabaal is a person you can count on, if your heart is good."

Hanabi wrote everything she said down. Then at the end, in response to the last part, she said, "Alright."

Ninian stood, now, and glanced around once more time before saying:
"My time is short here. One second for every year I've been dead; that's my limit." Already, Ninian was beginning to fade, the edges of her form blurry and showing bright gold again. "I've done everything I can for you, Hanabi. Whether you choose to believe me and try to defeat Fatal... is up to you. But..." Ninian began to fade in more earnest, now, as half of her face was already disintegrating into the air. Her innards weren't revealed; it was more like an image projector was turning off very slowly.
"I believe in you."
And then Ninian was gone.

Hanabi watched as Ninian faded away. The house now returning to the silence it had been before. She was still sitting down, going over everything that had happened just now in her mind.

Hanabi, as would every other denizen of Arelia, would soon hear the roar and be able to look out and see the great Library, flying high above the skies of Arelia. Soon, Fatal would be sending down a certain way for Hanabi to come up there.

Hanabi looked out the window and saw the Library flying above. She walked out of her house, and stood outside, certain this was the ship Fatal had told her about.

A large anchor, attached to the Library by means of a thick chain, careened down with special targeting (not that Hanabi would realize) and created a crater in the ground. But the anchor had a platform on which Hanabi could stand. One could assume that it would rise back up once Hanabi was safely buckled in.
The Library was barely visible--it was so high--but it was very audible. Super-sonic speed caused a very, very loud noise.
