Jaden's body shook as he felt her tracing his neck. This was were things were going to get dark. "My first name...." he said softly. "was Soulvar. It's in a dead language, the same as my brothers. What it would mean to you if it were translated would be Devourer of Childrens Screams." a shudder passed through his entire body. "After I left I refused to be called that anymore even though a part of me always knew it was true. But I... took her name so that... I'd remember her and what she ment to me." At this point the wolf felt his red eyes well up with tears.

Jaden loved feeling her next to him. This was going to be one of his happy memories that he would not allow to get swallowed be the endless mass of pain and death that composed his past. No, this was to special. "I don't understand my brother anymore." he said flatly. "Not since the last time I saw him. He's always shown a brilliance that I could never match up to or understand but now I think he's also become insane." he held her tighter as if trying to protect her. "I don't know what he plans to do but he's comeing here." he whispered.

A heat so profound spread through Jadens body that he'd never felt the like of. He loved this girl. Loved her with all his heart and that thought...... scared him. What if something happened to her? What would happen to her if I'zale learned of her? he began to stroke her hair gently with the care one would use tending a wounded dove. "Brilliance, madness, depravity, and a cruelty that defies description." he muttered to her. "He truly is the Dark Heart of Ice. He tortures for his own amusement, toys with emotions, and shatters minds. To him everything is a game and the lives of individuals are nothing more that expendable pieces." he didn't understand why he was telling her this. Did she really need to hear it all to understand that I'zale was evil? That wasn't why he was doing it. "He has no limits, he even..... even....." Jaden was choking on the last words. No one save Dusk had ever heard this part. "he even rapes our sister." he said and then the tears began to fall freely.

Elle clenched a fist and slammed it down on the bar. The sharp pain that shouldn't have accompianied it, made her stop and open her hand, looking at the four deep marks. Damn. The claws that had formed from her fingers slowly melted back into her hand.
Elle pushed the drink away and rested her head on the bar. This was perfect. The entire room buzzed with the hot, twisting power. It whispered over her skin like a voice, played in her ears, buzzed in her head. And she was alone with a bunch of horny psychopath werewolves. Life couldn't have gotten any better.

"Don't be." he muttered leaning into her shoulder, tears still silently falling from his eyes. "I'm not a creature to take pity on, esspecially from one as fair as you." Mimicing her he nuzzled into her shoulder, his ear brushing against her cheek. "What else did you want to know?" he said in a barely audible whisper.

She walks in, the smell of sweat leaking through the walls and outside. She looks around for Adel and Jaden, a little nervouse like a child on the first day of school

"Because it would only make sense to someone as twisted as him" he muttered. Her smell was intoxicateing. It was soft and somehow fragile, like the petals of a rose that had submitted to the frost of winter. As if to confirm something to himself he suddenly licked the base of her neck. Yes, it truely was her scent and he would remember it for eternity...

She rubs her eyes lightly, make up semi smearing across her face. She began to feel intoxicated by the smell of the room and the bodies in the crowd and her head began to spin lightly. She pushs her way over to an open both to sit and become more focused. She can't smell Adel or Jaden, there are too many bodies.

Jaden stood where she left him like some forgotten statue. His eyes were closed, he didn't really need them after all. Once for he felt like the hunter and his senses were fully awake. He felt the people move around him as the air brushed over his skin. He heard countless conversations and movements all to the tempo of hundreds of heartbeats. Most of all he could smell, he smelled everything. He knew that the new puppy was here and that Adel was next to her. He could smell the attraction between the couples as the invisible pheremones poured from their bodies. One of the women was pregnant, she probably didn't even know it herself at this point. To any lesser creature the sensations would be staggering, but not to him, he was a hunter, a killer, he lived by his senses and he knew them all....
