"Oh, okay." Tobias answered, still unsure. Who did those beady eyes belong to then? Some other hungry animal? He shivered. They were very intense.
Poor Kamali seemed shocked at the news. He licked his head to try and reassure him. The two-leggeds wouldn't dare touch this pack. Anger welled up inside his soul at the two-leggeds. They had to be evil! Their black souls seemed to consume any being that came into contact with them. He emmited a low growl in annoyance at the vile creatures. They killed his family, and now threatened his new friends! Rage filled him. He felt like walking back to that bush and ripping apart whatever two-legged was in there.
Suddenly, as if he had realized what he'd been thinking, his rage subsided. He would never become a heartless, cold-blooded killer like them. He'd never sink to their level. He exhaled, letting out his frusteration and confusion on the matter, and tried to forget about it for now.

Kamali looked over at Carmen, head lowering "Two legs.." he said, it didnt matter to him that she said two leggers though, "Are beasts that walk on only two legs.. they look a little funny.. and can be very dangerous. They seem to hunt our kind, I dont know for what reasons. Not specifically to eat us.. I think they see us as a thret.." he trailed off, not really knowing too much.

Yes the two leggers. She didnt know what they looked like, but from Kamali's description they must be pretty ugly.* "They hunt us for no reason?" *This also struck a twinge of agitation in Carmens head. Wolves killed to survive... and the way it seems, these two legged ones kill for fun. Well if one ever came towards her pack... her family, then she wouldnt hold back on them*

Kamali shrugged lightly, stretching. "In.. in my old pack a lot of stories of the two legs went around, we lived close. It was said they killed their own often, I dont know why. Some of the older wolves believed they kill us because we take away 'their' prey.." shrugged lightly, head tilting. "They are very mysterious, brutal creatures."

*Still slightly shocked she realized their was no reason to get so overworked. Re-laying her fur back down she sat down next to Kamali.* "They kill themselves?" *She must admit at first she was shocked.... why would they kill their own kind so much?* "I wonder... why do they think they have a right to claim that its 'ther' prey...if we find it."

He wondered a moment too, head tilting, eyes shutting. This was how he thought, always with his eyes shut. For some reason it made it easier for him. "I think they maybe find themselves more.. superior.." he glanced at her, wondering if that was the right word.

What the..." *Carmen countly help but feel another twinge of anger... but then again, she'd never met these two legged ones.* "well... as long as they stay FAR away from us im fine. I do not wish for my family to get hurt." *With a small nod she ruffled the pups head fur with her paw*

He groaned, but it was playful, as his own paw came up to bat at hers, and a small growl emited "Gah you are messing up my fur.." he teased, then wagged his tail, hoping she knew he was only playing.
((i have to go. bye.))

If he wasnt, then he would have been giving off signs of agression.* "But your fur is so cute when its messy." *She gave another short snicker.*(( imma have to leave soon too >> Gnai! ))

Him being cute at all was a surprise, and his eyes widened a little, shaking his head with a smile. "I doubt that." a small yawn escaped his mug, realizing this was very tiring, even if he'd been carried most of the way. His gaze flicked toward the general direction they were headed, seeing they still had yet to go.

Gizmo turned his head to regard the crow cautiously as it fluttered by his head, and raised his nose to sniff at the bird. As he had expected, this crow was the same one who had perched upon his shoulder before, and he gave a small wag of his tail in greeting.
For some reason his trust had gained in this creature, perhaps because it had shown him no sign of causing him injury or maybe it was that look in his eyes.
Yes, the eyes told a lot of the soul and heart of a person and this crow meant no harm.
Swivveling his body round, ears drawn forward he would wag his tail a little more. He would not hurt this crow, for unlike others, it had shown him nothing but kindness.
