Anastasia ran out the hospital to her car. She started the engine and grabbed her phone dialing Carlisle's number. "Carlisle, I'm sorry, but i have to leave. I'm going to tanys's for a few days or weeks. I don't know yet. Tell everyone I love them all and you. Good-bye." she hung up and raced north to denali.

Alice looked up as Anastasia ran off. "Anastasia?" She said, a bit lost. She pick up her phone and dialed quickly." I'll be right back." She said, walking into the hallway.come on...pick up your phone Anastasia.... Alice thought.

 Carlisle blinked at the phone in his hand and what Anastasia just told him. She was like that. She'd be back soon. Eventaully, anyway. Edward and her, those mind-readers were exactly the same. But fondly so Carlisle loved them both very much. Sighing, he returned his phone to his pocket and smiled kindly at Bella. "Would you like me to drive you back to your house?" He asked her. He knew he wouldn't have any more important cliets for the day, and the nurse would take care of the rest. Carlisle glanced once at Marik, thinking. He should take the young man to their house. He had already agreed to tell him everything, and Alice owed him a good explanation. Even though he already knew about their vampirehood. Cheif Swan's place was somewhere not too far away, Carlilse knew. He awaited for her answer as Alice left to the hallway. She was calling Anastasia; the doctor recognized the number.

Bella nodded. "If it's not too much trouble Dr. Cullen,"she said with a smile before looking over to Marik. "Is he gonna be okay?"Bella asked as she listened to the ragged breaths.
Marik weakly opened his eyes. "Wha?he wheezed out and looked around. "Where's Alice?"he asked before coughing a few times and wincing as his chest constricted.
(Can someone else double as Jasper please?)

Alice closed her phone slowly and sighed. I wish it were that simple for me- just to run away when I’m stressed out...but I have Jasper and now Bella and Marik. They all need me, and I cant sit here like an idiot pouting in the hallway when I know Anastasia is going to come back... And at that thought she turned around and walked back into the room.
" She wont answer...but she’ll be back…eventually…" She mumbled.

"Hey Alice,what's up?"Marik said with a small smile. He was still fairly dizzy, but he figured that would pass later. He closed his eyes and took a sudden sharp breath, wincing at the pain in his chest as he wheezed.
