"uhh... well i'm not sure where we are." Cassie confessed. I don't even know if I'm flying the right wa-" Cassie stopped short. she was silent for a few seconds and then started talking again. "Nevermind, I know where we're going." she turned slightly and glided on the updrafts. "You aren't cold are you?" she asked, they were pretty high up.

Cassie held him a little tighter and dropped down a little bit. she could tell that the air was quite thin, though it didn't bother her too much.

Julius found it hard to breathe and he said "Um, Cassie just to let you know.....i'm human and it's really hard for me to breathe at high altitudes, so could you be a doll and lower us?"

"I'm sorry darling, you should've mentioned it sooner." Cassie dropped down a mile and glided on the warm drafts. "Better?" she asked.

Cassie smiled. she enjoyed the feeling of the warm air shuffling through the feathers on her wings.

Cassie sighed, but the sides of her mouth upturned in a tiny smile. she circled in a downward spiral and landed softly on the ground, unfortunately they landed on a plain and there were no trees or shrubbery around. "Umm.... " Cassie let Julius go. she walked away several yards to give him space. "Don't worry, I won't peek." she promised, turning around.

Julius turned his back to Cassie, unzipped his pants and started to pee. When he was done he zipped his pants back up. He then ran back over to Cassie and hopped in her arms. "Don't worry my hands are clean, i didn't touch anything but my pants and underwear." he said.

Cassie laughed and they were off again. Cassie could see the mountains in the distance. "Over those mountains and we'll be in-" she thought about it, taking out her mental map of the US and examining it. "California i think. I'll have to rest there and we can stop in some city or something, and actually find some people.
