Amelia nodded breathlessly. She took Soren from Fire Dragon and leaned him gently against her side, waiting for the Elixir to go into effect and awaken him. She felt helpless as she waited and watched, keeping one hand around her weapon, the other holding Soren up. If I'm going to end up being totally useless in battle, at least I can protect Soren... she thought. Then he can fight, and I can... watch for Siggy to return or something. Amelia looked up at the beast, then back at Soren, shaking him a little. "Wake up...!" she told him.

The Fire Dragon joined Nils' side. This b*****d hurt Kaoru, he thought. He shot his Flametongue at the creature's left lower leg and hoped to do as much damage as possible. The taller they are, the harder they fall, right?

"That ought to leave a mark...both on the creature and the town. Is Soren getting close to waking Amelia?" Moving back to help her out with waking Soren, killer axe ready.

"I can't give up... not now...! Fight it out, Nils, fight it out...!" That's all that ran through Nils' head as he prepared another Frosttongue, following Fire Dragon's example and aiming for the lower right leg.
The attack was noticeably weaker. The snow below him was saturated with his blood, but he ignored it to the best of his abilities: he would keep on fighting until he was too tired to fight.

Amelia looked over at Nils, then at Bartre. "I'm not sure. Please, hold him real quick," she told him, pushing Soren against his side, away from his axe. She then grabbed the Elixir tighter in her hand as she rushed towards Nils. "Hold still!" she said loudly, yanking off the cork. She spread the miracle salve over the deep gashes, waiting impatiently for them to heal over. "That'll definitely help..."

"We can do this, Kaoru! Just stick it out!" Fire Dragon iterated at Nils, his words followed by another stream of Flametongue just above Nils' last target spot.
After his attack, he turned to Nils, to suggest a combined attack. "Kaoru, lets attack at the same time! Both at the face!" It would redefine their Dragonic Brotherly Love Combo. They turned to each other and nodded.

Nils nodded a "thanks" to Amelia, then turned to Fire Dragon. He nodded again, and then prepared his Frosttongue.

Molina extended a massive, writhing tongue and lapped the blood from its own claws before it felt another of its eyes freeze, and it roared in pain, turning back to Nils once again. It felt the Flametongue burn into its leg and staggered to the side a bit...
But Renault's attack was devastating. The lance of light struck its chest and lanced straight through its back, carrying a lot of the bell tower with it as the parts of its body that Nils had frozen exploded. The sound of the bell became deafening as it thrashed around, but it managed to right itself, though its upper body was now sagging forward oddly while it dragged itself toward the group, grievously injured.
Nonetheless, it was surprisingly fast as whipped its arm out from the side, trying to slam it into the bishop and fire dragon.

Renault's eyes widened as he saw the arm whipping towards him. Unlike the dragons, if that thing hit him, he was going to be splattered over some tree a few hundred feet away. So, he did the only sane thing he could possibly do to help at the moment - drop flat on the ground and hope that the arm would pass over him. Granted, it was embarrassing, and he'd be covered in snow, but it was a HELL of a lot better than being dead.

Amelia looked up at the huge beast as it began to thrash, the bell tolling incessantly. "Someone target that stupid bell!" she shouted, pushing the cork into the bottle to save what Elixir was left. At the sweeping claws, she looked over at Father Renault. Could he get away in time?
"DODGE!" she yelled helplessly. Again, so useless...

"Wait here...I'll go see if Merlinus had a bow. If I have one, I may be able to shoot that bell."
Bartre went back to the tent to find a bow.

Before Fire Dragon could prepare his Flametongue to accompany Nils' Frosttongue, the beast's massive arm struck him from the side, the impact knocking him over. The pain was excessive. Fire Dragon struggled to get back up, making a mess of the snow he stood on, until he was in a reasonably upright position. I need to be strong for Kaoru. I need to get through this for him. He tried grasping his breath together to deliver the Flametongue along with Nils' attack.
(Do you want to launch them simultaneously in your next post, Nils?)

"H-Hikaru!!" Nils exclaimed, watching helplessly as he fell.
"N-no! I have to keep focused...!" He told himself, continuing to prepare a strong Frosttongue.
When the Fire Dragon stood again, he waited until he was stable, and then released the attack.
The Flametongue and Frosttongue hit strong at the intended target: the beast's face.
"Yes...!"

Renault spent his time laying in the snow well; he allowed the arm to pass overhead, muttering the words to his spell once again, then rolled onto his back and gave the same pause he had before. The creature was in bad shape; and he was now in a perfect position to damage it beyond repair. The last bolt had gone straight through the creature. This bolt, aimed diagonally from the ground, flashed up towards the beast, angle set to slam directly into the metallic, reflective bell.
