Danny walked unrelenting wiht Becca. if i had my way, i would be in freakin australia... eh thought ro himself. "Hey becca," Danny finally said. "Why is it you are conning Derrick? You know you dont really like him." he said, getting in step with her.

"Hurry up! if I'm right there should be a..." Becca walked off and started to run, soon she had gotten on to a curved road, "There's South!" Becca pionted out. and she ran a little more and got the abbandoned parking lot. "you up for walking a mile and 3/4ths to my house?" she asked Danny. she tottlay avoided his question.

Danny ran towards her. He lookked around the place. He had come here on complete accident one time. It brought back memories. Then he remebered he couldnt face anyone in town. "Becca! Wait!" He said, stooping. He hung his head down so his hair hung over his face. Danny's voice became cold and sad. "I can't go inot town... Im not welcome anymore..." His voice was faltering.

Danny tried to find the words to say to Becca, but couldn't. Then he heard some people coming towards them. "Crap! Becca!" He ran towards her and wrapped his arms around her tight. He then made them invisible. "Dont move and dont make a noise..." he whispered in her ear.
"I think i heard him up here!" a cop came running up the side of a hill. "Get up here! Sheriff will pay big if get Danny." He said to his partner.
The other trooper cam up the hill, gun out. "Well, there isn't anyone here now." he said to his partner. "You are losing your freakin mind. Yeah the reward is high, but he isn't going to be here. I doubt he is even state-side anymore if he knew what was good for him. Now come on, lets keep up our search." he then ran off, dropping a wanted poster wiht details and a picture of Danny.
Danny walked over to the paper and picked it up. "This is what im talking about Becca. Im wanted for several felonies that aren't even true." he said, his voice shaking from rage. He was on the verge of tears. "Those bastards that kidnapped you and I, they put these charges on me to get me away from others. I went home and my whole room was torn apart. Then they show up and chase me away." Danny looked at Becca. His eyes narrowed to slits. "Now you know why i dont trust them. Becca, i can get us a place to go. My "charges" never left Oregon. I cna get us a place were they cant find us. I will protect you." He walked over to her. "I need you more than ever now." He hugged her and din't let go for awhile. He finally whispered in her ear. "I need your word tha you will be there for me no matter what. Please." he said, still holding her close.
