"Psst. Hey, Abby! I think I have an idea!"
Hey, we might be breaking an international code, C.J. . . . fourth wall breaker's code rule number 573: Do not interfe-
"Ahh, whadda YOU know? Anyways, Abby. You ma-a-a-a-ay wanna pipe up about lesser heroes. Like the guys NOT invited to the convo right now."
You REALLY wanna get in this fight, don't you?

Batman looked back at Abby and raised an eyebrow. Her new thoughts about her usefulness subconsciously peaked his interests. "Abby, correct?" He walked over, looking her in the eyes. "You come from a world where just about everything here is fiction if I'm not mistaken."
He watched her reaction, keeping his face stern and solemn.

Abby blinked, slightly surprised she was being spoken to here; she had been focusing on what CJ and his writer were saying.
"Ah-- Y-yes sir, that's true," she said meekly, and she turned slightly red in the face at this.

Focus on the Bat, Abby. He's gonna help more . . .
"He's here?!? s**t! I hope he doesn't know I borrowed the Batmobile . . . and kinda lost it."
Oh, he might know.
*Gulp!* "Me-sa gonna die!"

('Me-sa gonna die!' Epic!)
As the discussion of the plan to assault I.O. from Xavier's seems to heat up, a transmission linked in from Smallville pipes in, "Hey, if y'all needin some distractions, Konner and Ah could go up in orbit an' toss some junk satellites down around dat base ta shake em up. Ah know it's a bit crazy, but it might work."

Arell heard the conversation and smirked. "I knew dem sumbitches would be up t' somethin'. We've already engaged de enemy." the big Cajun said, picking up the meeting through his computer/eye. "I'm famil'ar wit' de Blackhawk helicopters. I'm gonna need a distraction, but if I can sneak in an' get one of the choppers. Y'all release de kids, but I smell BLOOD." he growled. The more he was thinking about IO, the angrier he was getting. Dundee linked in through his laptop. "Calm down, Arell. No need to engage if it isn't necessary. We have to do this in a calm manner. After all, our main priority is rescuing the kids, NOT making matters worse by counter-strike." he said, thinking. "Now, what do you need us to do?" he asked. Arell smirked. "An' dey expect me to follow a plan out of my element. I'll help rescue 'em, but MY main priority is turnin' de IO complex into a smoulderin' crater an' seein' every last higher-up in dat godforsaken program DEAD!" he growled, slamming his fist on the coffee table. Rehabilitation my a**. he thought. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ When Kai heard Dundee and Arell's voice come over her communicator in the teleconfrence a sort of emotion spiked in her. Several at once actually of both anger and of being upset. She glared towards the door as she was sitting up and spoke a bit loudly and sternly in quick reply to Arell.
"ARELL haven't you done enough killing? I say you're done."
((I have noticed a lot isn't being posted in all the places it should. I forgot once but I think we all need to make sure the conversation happens everywhere or we pick it up in one place IE the Institute please))

((Noted. Thanks, Skuld!))
Arell's voice chocked up again.
"HELL no I ain't done. THEY'RE STILL OUT THERE! And since when do I take orders from some bird-b***h who doesn't know me from Adam?!" Arell shot back through the microphone as Dundee cut in.
"HEY! Kai, telling Arell what to do is a quick way to getting your OWN a** kicked by the big guy. Trust me. I've been trying to get him to work on it for YEARS! You REALLY think you can?!" Dundee responded, trying his best to keep a level head about the situation.
"And DON'T get me started with you, Arell. For once, Kai's right. Yes, Kane deserved it, but going in there all 'First Blood' Rambo is going to make it EVEN WORSE!" he responded.
"Oh? An' what's YOUR plan, Dun'? What the HELL are you gonna do then? Say we go rehabilitate those ******** just to let 'em back on the streets and do it AGAIN?! ******** that s**t. You wanna get the job done, you do it ONCE, and you do it PERMANENTLY." Arell growled.
"Yeah, and get us in deeper s**t than last time. GREAT idea. While you're at it, you overgrown iguana, why don't you get into Rape? I'm sure C.J. hasn't get laid, much less get his MIND off someone, so you can take him along!" Dundee responded in pure anger and PLENTY of sarcasm. Apparently he was unaware about his relationship status with Misty. There was a stern silence from Arell's side. What had happened?
" . . . I'm gonna punch those two idiots in the FACE."
Three. Kai started it.
"She's not an idiot, dude. I meant OUR idiots."
Yeah . . . those two . . . I mean my GOD. Dun', just shut up and go join the Bat-Fam!
"They can't HEAR us . . . they ain't exactly in the know."
Right.

(Forget to add this for the meeting. Sorry about that. sweatdrop )
Nightwing's voice crackled over the comms, "Red Cardinal's connected back into the chat. Welcome back Red Cardinal."
Then, Red Cardinal's voice chirped up again, "Thank you Nightwing. I had a fight with Arell... I wouldn't be surprised if he scared the IO goons to another base and flee with the children. I'm sure they have bases off their own records in case of hack-ins."
"It is good to hear from you again, Kai. But... If this I.O. is going to move the kids that they are using for experiments, we'll need to move fast," next Star's voice interjected her opinion, to which Oracle voice soon followed, "If I.O. has a 'heads up' about us knowing where their base is, we need to do something now. Beast Boy, how soon can we get the speedsters and Nightcrawler back here? I think we now have a very short window for us to pull this op off."

Jinx glanced between Tim and Batman, and one almost could see the light bulb pop up over her cowled head, "Ummm... Batman, Robin.... If I.O. is going to run with the kids.... What if we attack in mid-transport? I mean, we could design a feint attack on their base to flush them out, then our main strike force can nail them as the move the kids. What do you two think?"

"Hey, I.O. is going to be watching the front doors. I've calmed Arell down and he's not going to attack the base. Although y'all might want to move quickly, no matter." Crystal's voice chimed in as well. She sounded serious.
Batman looked at Jinx as Crystal spoke over the com. "That's IF they 'rabbit'. I know evil organizations. Most likely, any back up bases they have won't have the equipment for their experiments. Which means they'll put everything else on halt while they speed up their experiments on the kids before they can move." He looked back at the screen. This was a normal thing for evil corporations between both Marvel and DC.

Jinx was beginning to look a bit glum. The goth sorceress was well aware of how such organizations operated -- being a former member of the H.I.V.E. Taking a deep breath, Jinx-disguised-as-Batgirl inquired of the 'Caped Crusader,' "Alright, what should we do, Sir. Out of all of us, you do have the most experience in these operations."

Batman pondered this question for a few minutes. He had been paying attention to the meeting and everything seemed fairly sound at this point. He then looked at Jinx for another few moments. He then secretly pressed a button, allowing himself to be heard by the meeting
"I think, at this point of the planning stage, the X-Men and Oracle are on the right track." He paused for a moment before continuing. "We will keep tabs on activity around the base from here. Our sensors should be capable of tracking that. If they move, or 'rabbit', before we are able to move I'll use the JLA teleport technology to get a squad of able persons to an ambush point to get the kids."
He then looked back to the terminal in front of him and started getting their sensors on the co-ordinates that were sent with all the files from I.O. "In any case, we can't jump to conclusions at this time of what I.O. will do as far as trying to get away."
He then stopped what he was doing. "Did you get that Oracle?"

"Yes, I got that B... Wait, what the heck is this?" Barbara trails off for a few moments before speaking again, "Batman? I.O. has already started on the kids. The X-Men's computer is detecting nine new mutants at that location. Cerebro calculated at least two... no three Alphas... whatever the heck that means. Cerebro seems to be still calculating the results.

Annette sat there looking at everyone as they continued to make their plans about this I.O. Base. She made a little ball out of a near by shadow and started playing with it while she listen.

A voice coming in on a Titan comm interrupted the meeting, "Hello?"
After a few moments, Oracle's voice responded, "Red Star? Where are you?"
Jinx's eyebrow's went upward, "Red Star's alive! Oh thank heavens!"
