Kanda eyed the creature and ignored it's comment. Swiftly with his hands he made signs that they used on the battle field, 'Enemy distracted. Move out. Hurry.'
He backed away, the hairs on his arms and neck standing on end.
Shift laughed outright, showing jagged and irregularly spaced teeth. "But then again, when was the last time I listened to you? I'm a Chaos Shadow, I don't follow no rules!"
Shift flexed his hands and showed his abnormally long fingers that blended out into what seemed like claws. They shifted in size and length and made one dizzy by just looking at his constantly shifting and changing body. "Ikadakimasu~"
He leaped towards the group with a psychotic smile plastered upon his face

In an instant Allen leaped toward the towering monster. He activated his innocence in mid-air and held his claw to attack.
"Sorry, But you're not getting dinner tonight!"

Sayuri was gone in a flash, she appeared in front of Shift's hand.
It plunged right through freezing after completely breaking through her spine.
"I said No."

Shift seemed undettered and jumped back, his arm tearing out of it's socket leaving a bloody trail upon the ground. He looked slightly disgruntled and looked at the bloody stump that was his arm and before their eyes the bone extended into a bloody and bony claw. "Hm, Perhaps I was too eager." Shift shrugged and grinned, eying the human group with obvious Hunger. "I guess a more discreet approach will be best, ne?" He retreated away and grinned one last time before melting away into the shadows. "a More... Discreet approach..."
Kanda tightened his grip on Mugen and stared at the arm that was lodged in Sayuri's back. He backed up and muttered, almost disoriented, "-The hell just..."

Chloe readies herself, holding her silver blue daggers and clutching them tightly. She gives a glare at the Shift, but before she can do anything, she blinks, even she didn't catch what just happened. All she saw was Shift attack and then she blinked; Sayuri was in front with....an arm...going through her. She stares at the scene with a shocked expression on her face. 'What...the....hell....' Was the only thought in her mind at the current scene. She was too shocked to say anything. This was just too much to take in for a short period of time. Although she did know this one thing..they're screwed.

Cassidy remained where she had stopped, only her eyes were screwed shut again and her hands were over her head. "Go away, go away,go away!" she kept muttering to herself.
(can you guys keep Cass with you? And is it too much to ask not to get too far ahead in the RP tonight? sweatdrop I g2g, see yall!)

she then pulled the arm out of her torso.

Allen had stopped his attack, and slowed down.
He stared at Sayu and the arm, Bewildered. "Miss??"
He was quite afraid that she was dead. No one could have survive that.
He turned to look at the trail of blood... Shift would be back sooner or later... They couldn't let their guard down.
Allen's head snapped when he heard Sayu's voice. He froze. She was alive-
"Miss??"

She ignored Allen for a moment as she inspected her dress and the wound.
"Hmph..I'll get him for this....Hweh?"
Sayuri turned to look at Allen and glanced back down at the wound.
"Oh.."
She winced a little as she tried to breathe.

Kanda hesitated for a moment before genuine concern won over. He sheathed Mugen cautiously and knelt by Sayuri, his trust temporarily earned. "How..." Kanda shrugged his jacket off and tore it apart into make shift bandages. He used the scrapes and pressed them against Sayuri's stomach trying to staunch the blood flow. "Allen, the bandages."

She winced again as Kanda draped the cloth over her stomach.
'Dammit...is he gets to close..Ow..my stomach.'
"Domo..?
Sayuri turned a bit despite the pain. (( I gasp at kanda. xD This is VERY different ))

Allen followed suit, talking off his coat and began to tear pieces too, handing them to Kanda. "Here- I don't think I have anything better..."
He froze and turned to look at the sky above. -- Not another one-

He landed on the ground a few steps back from the group, frost forming on the ground as he did so.
Good to see you Sayu.
He glanced nonchalantly from Allen to Kanda, and back to Sayu again.

ooc|| Despite how he Acts Kanda actually /does/ care about people and considering the situation with a hole through Sayu's stomach xD I think it's in character xP

Kanda secured the bandages though he doubted that she would last long with only these. She needed professional help. "An Inn, or a building. Any building." He announced abruptly. He glanced at Allen and followed his gaze to Domo. "..." Kanda draped what remained of his coat around Sayuri's body and lifted her. "We have to leave, she won't make it if we leave her like this" Kanda had returned to his brusque tone and began to briskly walk towards the closest building. As long as the other one didn't attack, he wasn't too concerned though he remained tense and cautious, it seemed like the other was Sayuri's friend.
