After literally slapping her self a couple of times and trying her best to block out everything, Annabel finally opens one of the many doors to find the room empty. Normal. Safe... Dark. Lonely. Oh, shut up. She tells herself heatedly, stepping into the room and going to one of the empty beds. With a sigh of relief, she lays down and closes her eyes; Annabel clears her mind and tries to put up a barrier against all thoughts. It works the whole night, thankfully.

You all survived the night! Lily didn't sleep well at all that night. She kept waking up when it felt like someone was kicking her legs like a younger sibling who you had the pleasure of sharing a bed with. She sat up, rather awkwardly and rubbed her eyes. They were blurry at first so when she looked around the room, she swore she could see a figure standing up in the room by the second bed. "You're up early..." She mumbled, assuming it was Nicholas. The figure turned around and walked out of the room without saying a word. "Wierd..." Lily rubbed her eyes a second time. This time she could see clearly and noticed that Nicholas was still asleep in his bed. Who was in the room then?[Girl playing Ana: Continue with your walk if you want, I time skipped but you were still out doing stuff and I forgot. It'll be cloudy outside, so you don't have to worry about the sun.]

[[YUS. -punches air, then pats Annabel on the head- Good job, dear. Now try not to go completely insane.  ]] Annabel yawns and sits up, something in her working as an alarm clock, and opens her eyes to a still empty room. She sighs, I really hate being alone... But at least the dark is gone. With that happy thought in mind, Annabel gets up and stretches everything, trying to get her blood flowing. She then glances down at her dirty clothes, her nose wrinkling up in distaste. She'd need new, better clothes soon.
"Oh!" Annabel shouts suddenly, as if a light bulb 'ping'ed above her head, "Eliza was going to show me the garden today. I better get down fast." The host didn't seem like one to take to lateness of any kind too well, and Annabel didn't want to upset her new friend. Maybe I'll meet new people, today, too!

Slowly Matt opened his eyes to the dull grey sky. By miracle alone, he had survived the night even when sleeping outside, no doubt! He rubbed his eyes and sat up. His whole body was stiff. He was somewhere around the back of the house yet, he couldn't remember how he got there or when he fell asleep. His stomach growled. "Oh... I haven't eaten in hours..." he muttered to himself. He looked around and saw a little garden off to the side. There might be food in there. He was very tempted to run over and grab something and eat it, no matter what grew in the garden but since he hadn't even seen the owner of this house, he chose to wait. He sat on the ground and pondered what to do.___________________________________ Lily crawled across the room to Nicholas' bed. She reached up and shook his shoulder. "Pst... pst! Wake up..." She kept nudging him, rather annoyingly like a child. It didn't sound like any of the other strangers were awake yet. If Lily was going to explore, she'd need them to. For some reason, she liked the company of Nicholas, but he didn't make her feel safe... for certain reasons.

Annabel excitedly runs down the much-less scary stairs, smiling brightly and calling out, "Good morning, everyone!" to the house and every person in it, regardless of whether or not they could hear her. The house seemed to creak in reply, which made her giggle and say, "Good morning, house! Thank you for not being torn down by a tornado."

What a heavy sleeper. Lily was unable to wake up Nicholas so she moved on to the other rooms, knocking on the doors. "Hey! Wake up!" She whispered. She heard some yelling downstairs which sounded more human then the other inhabitants of this house. Could it be another guest?

Eliza slowly exited the kitchen and smiled at the girl. "How noisy... you must be a morning person..." She paused for a moment considering whether to ask about food first, or the garden. She finally managed to force words from her throat. "...I hope you slept well..."

(Hoorray for clouds!)
Ana lowered her toe into the water of the fountain again, unlike most of the garden this place was well kept, she loved the fountain, it was nice to be near it, even if the light of the sun behind the clouds bothered her just a bit. Stay clouds, stay, perhaps, if I am lucky, water will fall from the sky... Ana looked up hopefully and then sqeezed her eyes shut, the light even behind the clouds was so bright! She opened them to look at the almost clear fountain water, a lone tadpole sum independantly 'round and 'round.

"Heehee, yes I am!" Annabel says joyfully, giving Eliza a thumbs up. "I most certainly did. The beds are so much softer than what I'm used to; it was great!" She rambles, going around her little panic attack with ease.
"Did you sleep well, Eliza?" The girl asks with a smile.

"... I'm afraid I don't understand..." Eliza looked at the girl with utter confusion in her eyes. Suddenly, like an idea hit her like a sack of bricks, her expression lightened. "I mean... yes... of course I did... Are you ready to see the garden? Or perhaps you'd like to eat first... I neglected to feed you yesterday... it seems... yes..."

Annabel giggles, "Oh, no need to see me as a pet you have to feed!" She says with a lighthearted smile. "But if it isn't too much trouble, a sandwich would be nice before we go out."
The girl rocks back and forth on her heals happily, excited to see the garden. She was excited to do anything, really; fun is fun is fun, she'd sometimes tell herself.

Nicholas woke up in time to hear Lily walk out of the room. He sighed and sat up slowly. It all felt still rather eerie but there was much more life around the house. He stood and got his shoes back on before making his way to the door. He stayed against the doorway, listening in on Lily's attempt to wake the others.

"Mmm..." Eliza nodded and walked back into the kitchen, promptly returning with a sandwich in hand. "Here you are dear... enjoy... now we must hurry... We don't have all day..." Eliza and the girl walked into the dining room where there was a side door leading outside. Before exitting, Eliza grabbed a black umbrella and once they were outside, she opened it to shield her from any rays of sunlight. She walked around to the garden, ignoring the boy in the corner who had been too slow in his reactions to move in time. "Here we are... the garden..." Everything in it seemed to fresh and alive, unlike everything else in this place.

After several failed attempts to wake the other guests, Lily returned to her room. "At least you woke up... Either everyone has already left, or they're really heavy sleepers." She didn't feel the need to add 'or maybe dead'. It wasn't the time for that. "Did you manage to sleep ok?"

"Uh.. yeah sort of. You?" Nicholas replied quietly, turning his face and body towards Lily. He never really did complain or mention something in a sense bad but he had had quite a strange night. Firstly there was the normal problem of falling asleep with all the thoughts in his head, then there were the sounds of the house, a nightmare or two and then as if eyes were on him constantly or someone stood over him. He did feel quite fine though but fresh air was a bigger necessity than food or water.

Lily walked over and looked out the window. It was quite dirty. She tried to push it up, but she couldn't get it open more then an inch. "Hmm... It doesn't look too bad outside... I'm going to look around. Maybe there's a road at least... I didn't get a chance to look around to the other side of the house yesterday."

Nicholas stepped away from the wall and brushed his hands against his top before leaving them hanging against his sides. "Could I perhaps .. tag along?" He asked shyly in his quiet, gentle voice. He did feel much safer with Lily so why shouldn't he stay near her when possible.
