"Pardon?" Relako replied to Lupus, slightly confused. "I sense no other demons here, except the ones in the ruins..." If the man speaking was a demon as well, Relako surely would have noticed it. His senses had not been so dulled that he would miss a demon right under his nose. Unless this man's powers were so great that he could completly seal his presence. That made Relako a little uncomfortable, and he attempted to calm himself by telling himself that that wasn't the case, and this man was simply calling himself a demon.

Lupus glared at the man. HIs frame grew and hair grew out all over his body as he shifted into his werewolf form. "Are lycans, no longer demons?" He asked the man angrily. He took pride in being a demon, and for someone to tell him he wasn't, well, he took that as an insult.

"No, they're not." Relako replied, visably relaxing as Lupus shifted into his werewolf form, which was a very odd reaction indeed for most people. Normally you would expect a person to tense up or even flee at the sight of a man turning into a beast in front of them, but Relako was just relieved that he hadn't missed a demon right under his nose. "And they never were, from what I can remember. Regular humans may consider you demons because of your beastly looks and attitude, but us angels know better."

Lupus bared his teeth in anger. Werewolfs and the like had always been demons to his knowledge. Mutated by dark energies to spread their curse. But then again, a similar thing could be said about vampires, and they weren't classified demons. In fact, they were hardly undead. Lupus sighed inwardly. But I guess this is as close as I'll get without finding a master necromancer.

Kiendo tried to calm Lupus, "Now now. Don't fight please. I think blood clashes with your color," He said half-jokingly.

"I don't plan to fight him." Relako reassured Kiendo. "My targets are demons, after all. I am the demon hunter Relako." he said, bowing to the group. As he stood again, he wondered if the news that he was a demon hunter would makes James reconsider classifying himself as a demon. He couldn't help but grin slightly at the thought. "As my profession would indicate, I'm here to deal with the demons in these ruins."

"I dont' really care what you think about me. I'm just here for the demons." Relako replied with a shrug. "Which brings me to my original point. Tell me, can she do dark magic?" he said, looking back over at the cat demon. Not every demon could perform dark magic, and Relako was only interested in demons with dark magic, because that's what he was here to learn. So if the girl didn't know any dark magic, then she was no concern of his.

Lupus shrugged. "I've known her for the duration of a flight from Altga, no more." Lupus finally decided he had enough and started his hike into the ruins, not caring what else the stupid demon hunter had to say.

Kiendo looked edgy. They said that they wouldn't go fighting, but it seemed to him like they were trying to give each other reasons to retaliate.

"What about you then?" Relako said, turning to Kiendo. "Did you witness any dark magic?" As long as the werewolf didn't kill the demons he was here to capture, Relako didn't really care what he did. If he considered demons bretheran, though, Relako doubted that he would harm them on purpose, or at the very least he was try to keep them alive if he was forced to fight. The man he was speaking to now he wasn't as sure about, however he seemed to be reluctant to fight so it was possible that he would leave the demons alone as well.

"I have," Kiendo replied, "It was usually by accident. I try not to get myself involved in things like that. Who knows what would happen to me? I mean, I'm just a human with no real skill," He said.

"I meant from the cat demon, not in your whole life." Relako clarified. It was possible the man meant from the cat girl, but it sounded like he was refencing things in his past and it was better to ask for clarification then waste his energy on someone who didn't even have dark magic. "My apologies if I was unclear."

So the cat demon had exibited no dark magic? Well then he wouldn't waste his time with her. It was possible that she had dark magic, but Relako was going to concentrate his attention on the demons in the ruins since he thought it more likely that they possessed the magic he sought. "Well then, after you." Relako said, waving Kiendo towards the entrance to the ruins.
