Darek frownd. "Your right and I am sorry if I seem bossy about things. You are my best friend growing up and I do not wish to displease you. And I am tired of fighting about all this. I have spent mounths of studying these type of plan for my trip to the king for an officer position. I am open and considerate about what all you have to say. But until we get to the dragons, would it not be better if there was a leader. So there would be less arguing and we would get there faster. I lay this down to you my friend. Choose witch, for i will no longer argue over this with you and I will let it be." Darek paused. "The old man trusted me.... Will you trust me now?"

*I let out a sigh.* "And I'm sorry for being so hostile, but you know me; never want to be controlled. I guess it was just my stubbornness to keep it all up. You're the one who knows the way and the one the old man told tactics to. So lead the way, but once we're all official dragoons, the leader role should be eliminated. I don't want you to turn all power crazy." *I give a wry smile.* "But you can bring down the big bad boss tone just a level. It reminds me of my father when he was sober enough to command me to do chores or go buy him more liquor."

Darek let out a laugh. It was his first in days."You need not worry. I will not be sending you to get me any liquor but, I may ask nicely for a chore or two." Darek smiled. "I will do what i can to keep a more dossile tone with you as well. But, now can we get going. Our dragons will not wait forever. Or perhaps they will. Eather way we should get moving. We are all tired and need some breakfast."

Katara smiled, standing. "Our dragon's have been waiting years; I bet their getting bored." She said smiling. "Besides, we won't need a leader once we get our dragons." She said, holding out her hand to Gill.

"Yeah...." Gill muttered, grabbing her hand and pulling himself up. "thanks." he told her and stepped over to Derek "hey..sorry for being so....tempermental," he said smiling sheepishly.

Enzeru frowned a bit. "You should know by now that I trust no one. The only reason why I'm even here is because the old man asked me to do this as his dying wish. I remain loyal to him even in his death and since he entrusted you with the plans I will follow you. But do not mistake my loyalty to him as trust in you for that would be a mistake." She turned and headed off to the village, she needed to be alone so that she could clear her mind and the sooner she did so the better.

Kiana let out a sigh of both happiness and dislike. She was happy that the arguing was finally over with, but upset that Enzeru still didn't trust any of them as far as she could tell. She hadn't said anything during the arguement, but now that it was over she decided to speek. "I don't mean to sound rude, but can we please hurry up and get to the village? I'm not used to pulling all nighters and I'm tired." She tried not to sound too drowsy as she spoke.

*For a second I look back at Enzeru.* 'She's so cold.... and alone.....' *Then my simple impatiens kicked in.* "Well if y'all are gonna sit around jawing then I'll be off. Everyone's said 'Lets go' so by God I'm doing it!" *I then head, pole and bindle over my shoulder, sword and sheath at belt, off down the road.*

"I agree. We don't have time to waist and we all need some rest." She walked off in the same dirrection as Korin, and noticed that he was looking at Enzeru. Is there something he knows about her that we don't?

After pulling Gill up, Katara grabbed her bag and race after the other three, without another look behind her. Her past was no behind her, and so far, the sun rising was all she cared about. She ran up next to Kiana before stopping to her pace. Even though Kiana was more of the healinig nature then the others and Katara herself, Katara considered her as a sister more then a companion or friend. "Is it mean to call Enzeru distant? I mean, I'm worried about her. She thinks she's all alone here, without the old man...But aren't we all in a way?" Katara said softly, her pain for the groups problems and her own was overcoming her giggling and happy side.

She smiled warmly as she looked over to Katara. "I do feel that it would be a bit inconsiderate to say that about her, though at the moment it is true. But, I also feel that she may not be as distint as we think." Kiana turned her head to where she was now looking at Enzeru before continuing. "Time has a way of making things better for everyone, it just takes longer for some than others. Enzeru is one of those people who need more time. Besides, though it may be small, she has changed a little."

Darek looked after Enzeru. 'She will trust again before this is over. This I promiss you, old man." Darek truned to watch the group move on. 'There will be a day when I can tell them the hole truth about me but, not yet. Now we need rest.

Gill trudged slpwly after them, getting angry again as Darek had blown off his apology. "Whatever..." he muttered "Its not like they even want me here.....I'm just slowing them down........"

"yes your majesty...of course i did!" the little man screeched walking toward the sleeping person.
"why of course i put that in their drink! Don't doubt me your majesty!" he said
"good now bring that person here so i can hmmp...examine them..." the low voice on the other side rang.
