"Even the most powerful creatures have weaknesses and mine will be exploited soon enough for if the humans don't kill me I kill them all." Sparda looked at some of the vampires, "Hahaha some of you in the room think you can kill me that is quite impossible only one who possesses the sword which killed me as a human can kill me and I'm sure it is either destroyed or in the Holy Order's Headquarters. So for all of you who wish to kill me try it you will fail even if you had the sword I would kill you." Sparda looked back at Kanna, "Like I said you may explore the citidel and I will come back at midnight to find the answer." Sparda burst into bats and they flew out the window towards a town.

Kanna saw Sparda leave. She stayed on the throne for a moment longer, thinking, then got up and started towards the door.

Leon had known all along where Sparda would go and so he had already started toward the citadel. He went at lightning speed and was soon in sight of the great building. He skidded to a stop in a nearby patch of brush when he detected Kannas presence.

Kanna was in the city and went as fast as she could to find her brother. She went to the last place he was and got his scent. Then she noticed someone watching her. Kanna instinctively drew both her swords and glared at the person who was watching her.

Meanwhile, western kingdoms answered Sparda's question of war by amassing troops marching toward the Blood Citidel. The Holy Order caught sight of this and began amassing crusaders. The Holy Order Meeting: Head Bishop smiled as he walked in, "As you all know the supernatural is quite real and are a threat to the humans." He points to a painting of when Sparda was first beaten. "We fight the vampire menace as armies once again and according to a vampire spy we have heard terrible news...... The one on the painting is the First Vampire Sparda returned to destroy us and he has amassed a vampire army like none we have ever seen. We must call upon the kingdoms of the world to defeat this menace, we must call upon our greatest vampire hunters to wield the holy sword in our possession. Let the Great Crusade begin!"
Meanwhile, Sparda reaked havok on the neighboring villages destroying all to build his army even bigger not only of vampires but of ghouls too. Sparda returned to the Blood Citidel with a army of ghouls.

Kai could smell and hear the catastrophy blow him. He felt the urg to go help the humans, but Saphira blocked his way.
"Are you ready, young vampire?" She asked.
Kai nodded and got on her back. Saphira took flight and headed in the direction Sparda had taken his sister.
Kanna also smelled the fresh human blood. She could tell that Sparda was creating his army. She knew that, even if she left now, it would be pointless. All the humans were dead now.

It was getting close to midnight Sparda waited on his throne, but meanwhile armies from the West assembled while the East kingdoms ignored the problems caused by Sparda.

Kai followed Kanna's scent. It isn't like Sparda to leave a trail this easy to follow....Its probably a trap. He thought to Saphira.
Yes. Be careful. She warned him.
Kanna could sense her brothers power coming directly towards her. She couldn't sense Saphira though. Dragons could almost never be sensed. "NO....NO! He can't come." She said to herself. Kanna ran out of the castle, and said a spell that created flames in the air. Kai would know to stay away. Kanna still didn't trust Sparda. She was still thinking of what he had offered though. She still wanted revenge for what he did to her family.

While waiting Sparda had fallen asleep, he did not fear being killed because he was basically immortal. He dreamt of him and his family being killed by the citizens he stood up for, they were cheering Hang him Hang him, Until Sparda woke he still had nightmares of his family dieing, he stood up it was midnight time to find his answer.

Kai had seen the signal. He wasn't sure if he could trust it though. Maybe Sparda had forced her to do that....no. kanna was stronger than that. The fire created words in the ancient language that said 'Stop. I'm fine. I don't think he will hurt me....yet. Stay away until I contact you again.' Kai felt relief when he read those words, but he didn't relax.
Saphira also read it. "Should we do as she says?" She asked.
kai thought for a minuts, then nodded. "She will contact us." He said. He reached Kanna's mind. Be careful. I'll be watching you.
kanna heard Kai and answered 'yes' in her head. Then she walked back to the castle.

Kanna saw Sparda. Kai was still in her brain. She went through everything that had happened since she was abducted. She waited for Kai's answer.
Kai was shocked when he saw everything. "IHe wants us to inherit his throne?......." His voice shook.
Saphira, who also saw all of it, thought long and hard. "Don't forget, it was Sparda who killed my late master, and your father." She said. Kai nodded. Kanna, tell him to let me see you and to let me talk to him. No weapons, only you, me, and him. We need to talk before anything is decided.
Kanna repeated everything to Sparda.

"Hahaha weapons those are pathetic tools of mankind only a true vampire uses thier power." Sparda smiled, "You don't have to repeat what your brother tells you I can hear him just fine on that dragon. Yes I will meet wherever."

Once the sun goes down. Then we will meat in the clearing in the forest to the east. Kai finished and turned to Saphira. "You will need to stay in the cave thats near the cave. If a battle starts, I'll call you." He instructed to Saphira.
She nodded.
Kanna looked at the sun rising. She had been there for a while now. She still felt hatred for Sparda, and wished that it would be her that killed him, but she also was tempted for his offer. She had always, secretly, wanted to be one of the most powerful vampires alive so she would be able to protect her friends and anyone else.

Sparda agreed then looked at Kanna, "Hatred is your best weapon but it will one day corrupt you." Anyone could tell Sparda was thinking about his family for he had a bloody tear in his eye.
