Alice walked inside the house and headed to her room. Flopping on her bed she opened her backpack and began to flip through her homework. She sighed.

Edward frowned slightly at Jake. Truthfully it probably would have been for Bella's own safety if he just left now and never came back, but he didn't want to. There was just something about her that interested him. "Well, I think we should leave that decision to Bella, it is her house after all. But I would prefer not to leave if that is alright." he smiled at Bella, stroking her hand slightly.

Bella's heart rate increased again. She blushed. "Well uh.." Bella looked back and forth from the two guys. She didn't want Edward to leave but she didn't want to ditch Jake. Thankfully Charlie came home at that moment. Bella could hear the roar of the police cruiser engine. She smiled. "Well I think I can accommodate both of you. Since its Friday I and my curfew isn't until 11:30 why don't I go down to La Plush with Jake and then at about 6:30 I can meet you, Edward somewhere and we can hang out. Does that sound like a plan?" She asked smiling at both the boys.

Jake smile. He would get his date after all. "Sounds like the perfect plan." He said with a huge grin spread across his face radiating his happiness.

Edward smiled. "Okay, sounds great. How about I meet you at the boundry line between La Push and Forks at 6:30?" he asked smiling.

Bella gave Jake a hug goodbye and got out of the car. She looked over at the silver volvo and felt her heart flutter. She was excited to spend more time alone with Edward. This confused her a bit because she knew she should be terrified but for some reason she wasn't. What is it about him that makes me never want to leave his side? She thought to herself.

Edward got out of his car and sttod right at the line. He then smiled at Bella sas she walked towards him. "Did you have fun?" he asked curiously, as she met him.

She smiled. "Yes it was fun. I forget how hard I laugh when I'm with Jake. So what are the plans for tonight? I don't have to be home for a few hours now. Do you think you can preoccupy a mere human?" Bella said with a playful smile.

Edward chuckled. "Well, of course. Is there anything at all you would like to do?" he asked curiously, walking back to the car and sitting in the driver's seat as she sat in the passanger seat.

Bella thought for a minute. "Nope I really have nothing in mind. What about you do you have anything planned?" She asked suspiciously and playfully.

"Nothing really. We just went for a walk on the beach. He told me the extensions of the legends and then we just talked about old memories." She turned to him. "Well its up to you what we do tonight I guess. What did you do while I was with Jake?" She asked curiously.
