Agni smiled. "And we can't have the Goddess getting bored. It doesn't suit her very well." He walked over to a table and lit a candlabra. "Dinner?"

"Of course I cook. You can't depend on my sister to be motherly. I learned to do this sort of thing for myself." He pulled out a chair.

She smiled and sat "Its rare to find a man who can cook.. I look forward to trying it. My sisters think I can't cook.. but I can a little.. since I travel alone so much it became a necessity"

Agni brought out a salad and several bottles of dressing. "You, a loner? I never would have guessed. I don't think I mind that."

She smiled "Oh I'm VERY social and I like meeting new pony's... but I traveled around a lot before coming here.. and that I did on my own. I never really did the permanent relationship thing.. even with friends."

She smiled "Please.. thank you." And tilted her head thoughtfully, watching him "I don't think you are... everything is a bit different with you. In a good way." She shrugged "Its not like I was avoiding permanent... it just hadn't worked out before. I don't believe in forcing something if the right feelings aren't there..."

"I'll let you do your dressing. Some like more than others." He smiled and sat down on the other side of the table, spooning some salad out for himself. "Oh! I forgot the wine!" He stood up quickly and brought back a bottle of wine, uncorking it and pouring it into two goblets. "For you, Goddess."

She poured the dressing on, just enough to lightly cover everything, and smiled as she took the goblet "Thank you" And took a light sip "Oh! This is one of my favorites!"
