He nodded and smiled, "After we go for that swim, we can walk up to the encampment and see if she's around...even if she isn't, you can still meet the others briefly." He stood up and dusted off the back of his pants, then gestured towards the stream with his head.
[like the new hair wink ...btw, i was thinking after the swim and what not vesh and Gwynna could hop over to the new thread 3nodding ]

Gwynna cleaned up a bit and shook out her skirts. "Sounds like a plan to me." She covered up the fire again, stowed her pack in the bushes, and followed Veshengo back to the stream.

Vesh smiled at Gwynna as he strolled happily towards the stream, "I love swimming...it's just so relaxing, don't you agree?...Floating weightless and staring up at the sky"

Gwynna laughed. "That's about all I can do, actually. Float. And dog-paddle. I'd be in real trouble if I ever had to swim for my life." She found a nice patch of sunlight next to the stream and began stripping off her many layers of clothing. Finally, she stood in just her cream-colored chemise and pantalettes that tied below her knees. Locating a bright scarf from the pile of skirts, she tied back her dark-red hair.

"That's a shame...I can always teach you." Veshengo nodded and kicked off his sandles. Dropping his pants, he kicked them off as well. "You've already seen it all...so i hope you don't mind...I prefer swimming in the nude...Saves me having to hang my clothes out to dry." He chuckled and admired her undergarments, wishing she had stripped down fully as well.

"Nothing I haven't seen before," Gwynna replied simply, looking the man up and down. (Now, did she mean she'd seen manbits before? Or just Vesh's in particular?) "It's warm enough that I'll dry fairly quickly, I think." She waded into the cool water, letting herself get accustomed to the chill.

Vesh rolled his eyes and waded into the water too, "You've seen a lot, haven't you?...I can tell by your eyes...and your reactions" He floated onto his back and smirked."You must have done your share bit of travelling around."

"Yes," she said shortly. She wasn't ashamed of her past.. but was it really that obvious? She waded up to her waist and ducked under, getting wet all over. She bobbed back up and brushed the water out of her eyes. She stretched, shoulders popping, before leaning back to float, staring up at the clouds.

"I'm sorry...I didn't mean to get so personal" Biting his lip, he decided to change the mood. He stood up and moved towards her. Putting one arm under her back and one behind her knees. "Care to start learning?"

"It's fine." Gwynna flinched slightly at his touch. " Hm? Uh, sure." She tried to relax and let the water hold her.

He smiled down at Gwynna. "You...might have to roll over onto your stomach, since i think you have the floating on your back thing down" He winked and laughed, lowering his hands away from her.

Gwynna giggled in spite of herself. She regained her footing and leaned forward into the water. She floated for a moment, holding her head up awkwardly. "I don't like getting water in my nose," she explained.

"Ah, yes...that is a quite unpleasent feeling...Just try your best to hold your head up." He slipped his arms under her thighs and stomach and lifted slightly, "Alright...put your arms out infront of you...and make sure you keep your fingers close together."

Gwynna followed his instructions. "I feel like a frog," she quipped. This wasn't so bad afterall.

He laughed, "Well, once you get the hang of it and have more experience with it, it'll feel more natural...Like walking or breathing or..." He cut himself off before he could say something rude by suggesting that swimming was similar to sex.
