Blue Bastarache heard Susie rush to him; with happiness erupting from her like a visible aura. He smiled the best he could; he didn't wish to disseminate her sadness. Wishing he could bring more feeling to his dead eyes, he smiled.
"Yo, Susie. What's up? What happened; you're over-charged."

She smiled at Uwasa and nodded. "Yes, im most definately ready to marry the greatest man in the world." She smiled at him and winked.
She then looked to Blue, smiling. "Me and Uwasa are getting married Blue!!" She clapped her hands happily and smiled while blushing a bit. "Im so happy..." She looked into his eyes and blinked a bit, noticing the deadness in them. But she tried her best to stay happy. "How are you?"

Uwasa smiles as susie says they are getting married."Yep we are and it is the greatest i guess i will have to decide on a career.But blue i was wondering if you would like to come when it happens."He looks to susie and looks curios."I'am pretty sure you want him coming right."

She looks back to Uwasa and nods and smiled. "Definately." She then looks back to Blue and nods. Her ears then suddenly perk up as she hears some meowing. She looks over to Artemis and smiles while picking him up in her arms. "Yeah yeah... You can come too.." She grinned and petted him on his back.

Bastarache continued to smile; with the same static deadness in his expression. He felt a little flame flicker inside; happiness for her happiness, but it died as soon as it emerged.
Ignoring her question, he said, "Married? Congratulations. I'm so happy for you." he took her hand and gently, kissed the back of it- intending it to be a gentle gesture. But he couldn't keep his hands from shaking, couldn't keep his eyes from filling with tears. Quickly, he wiped away the tears, and then, forgot all about gentle- and hugged her.
"I'm sure you will be happy with Uwasa." he said, more tears flowing out, "Because, you captured happiness and not intending to let go."
Then, he pulled away. Smiling to Uwasa, he said, "I'd definately wish to be there... Seeing someone find another through a world of void and dark; is quite a sight to see. Especially if it's two friends".
He bent his head down to hide away the tears.

Uwasa saw how he was hurt and felt a little bad and patted him on the shoulder."thanks man your aproval means alot my freind."He said smiling and le thim walk away he turned to susie and smiled."I hope the other guys don't take it so hard if this happens to many time i might cry myself for them."He said kinda frowning.

She nodded and then set Art on a stool near them and he curled up in a little ball and nuzzeled his head in his tail. She smiled then looked back to Blue. "Thank you very much Blue.. Thank you.." She smiled then looked at him as he kissed her hand. She then suddenly felt him embrace her in a hug. She smiled and hugged him back. "Thank you.. I will definately be happy.."
As he pulled away she smiled a bit then looked into his eyes, which she was still concerned with. She tilted her head a bit. "Now, enough about me. Whats going on with you?" She looked concerned.
She then looked to Uwasa and sighed. "Heh... Oh shush.."

Alef walked in on time to here the news. She had seen this girl in the courtyard and a small blush came across her face as she remembers not singing very well.

Bastarache faked a cough as he wiped away the tears one more time, not to show them to Susie. He lifted his head up and stared straight into her eyes; keeping the tears at bay... Only barely. He decided to avoid the question one more time; and keep avoiding it as long as he could.
"When is the wedding? Where is the wedding? Tell me all about the plans." he said, enthusiasm mixing into his voice... only too much.

She sighed at Blue. She noticed that he was trying to avoid her question. She just put it to the side and would just ask him later, once he was maybe more open.
"Umm... Heh.. Im not entirely sure to tell you the truth.. Ask Uwasa.. His race has rituals and stuff i believe.." She nodded and smiled.
She then tilted her head a bit and noticed Alef. She smiled, remembering her and Kiyoshi and their wedding. She smiled and waved. "Hey there."

"Hey.." Alef said with a smile. She was not as quiet as usual. "I heard the good news. Congradulations.." She said and turned. "I must be going now.." With that in order she left and went to her dorm.

Bastarache sighed. He said, "Rituals..." just to be speaking, just to say something, "I guess, it might be a good thing. To take a wedding out of the classical, well-known, formal style and put it into a new form. I wonder about the rituals." he said, thoughtfully. Bending his head down one more time, he managed to keep his voice from shaking, "Guess I'll ask Uwasa; taking your advice. Congratulations again, Susie. I can just sense that it'll work out."
Then, he kissed her on the cheek, a soft, friendly kiss. As he wandered off in Uwasa's direction, he stumbled a bit, almost fell, tears blurring his eyes. He got to his side, and asked, "Yo, Uwasa. If you don't mind my asking, I wanna know how the wedding is going to be... What it's going to be like."

"Well alot of the rituals won't apply to you for you are not part of my race.Like i doubt you will have to do the fasting thing but i do."He sighs and then looks up and smiles."But there are a few that will but that's just because of certain reasons."He said sighing and breathed out in relief.He then began to answer blues question."Well it has to be done by an elder being my father.Instead of giving rings we give necklaces that hold a piece of the others power a symbol of trust.Then there is me who has to fast for five day also the wedding must take place during the night .It would usaully take place in our city but i'am thinking of trying to move it here so you guys can come easeir."He said smiling and sighing."Thats about it there is'nt realy much else other then that it is like normal wedding."

She smiled at Blue and nodded. "Thank you Blue. It means a lot to me to have your blessings." She smiled then she felt his kiss on her cheek and she blushed a bit. She then sighed and nodded.
She turned to Uwasa and nodded. "Heh.. I fast enough as it is.." She laughed the nodded again. "Ah yes. Well can you inform me somehow and what i have to do? Just curious.. Or tell me later.." She shrugged and sat down on the stool next to Art. She petted him softly between his ears. She then sent a telepathic messege to Blue.
Hey Blue.. After you are done talking to Uwasa. I want to talk to you.. Alone.. Please?

Smiling, Bastarache half-heartedly listened to Uwasa, but did register all of the words he had spoken. Just to reply, he pushed away the sorrow one more time and said, "Well, I can't speak on behalf of the others, man. But I'll be there no matter where it is. Hell, I can ask Black to open up a portal there; to lead everyone in, if you'd like; getting rid of the distance problem?."
(Are you sure you want this, Susie?) Blue replied telepathically.
