"well.... kind of.... you stand untill you aren't bothered by it anymore.... your suposed to absorb the heat...." she said, pritty much repeeting Seph word for word on that one.
and she walked out to the hot choals to demonstrate, focusing on the fire as she walked so that it wouldn't burn her; now that she knew what she was doing it actualy felt rather good compared to her first time burning off all her hard earned caluses; she kept walking untill she reached the other side and setpped off almost regretfuly,
"see... nothing to it!"
"anymore" she thaught

"Ahh!! Thats what he said! Absorb the heat, now I remember!" Naruto began to take his sandles off, doing several stretches from head to toe. Seems easy enough.. He made his way to the beginning of the coals, and put one toe upon a coal. "OHSHIT!!" Naruto jumped back as his toe was burnt. "Holy crap!! Thats rediculously hot!!" He shouted as he grabbed the burnt toe, falling to the ground. "OW!"

Finn ran across the choals this time and passed Naruto and grabbed her bag that she had disgaurded picked it up and rushed back to Naruto
"i would sugest that you keep a bag of herbs as well" she said pulling out the nessasary herbs.
"this is going to happen alot"

"S-so where do I find herbs..?" He said as continued to hold his burnt toe. "DaaaAAAMN!!! That hurt so bad!!" Naruto began to cradle back and forth, trying to sooth the pain some how.

San began to apply the herbs properly and looked at Naruto and sighed.
"in hte medical wing you big baby!" she said.
she remembered that she didn't sobb when Seph made her walk on fire! why should he be crying over a burnt toe on a hot choal? if htis kept up he wasent going to get anywere!

"T-this is my first time..!" He said with a sweatdrop down his face, Naruto winced at the pain from the herbs. "Where's the Medical Wing..? I need to know for a future reference." He said with a slight worried chuckle.

Finn shook her head at his wineing,
"I'll show you later.... but right now could you please just suck it up and try again?" she asked
she was being alot nicer then she should have been and she made a mental note of this so that if he kept complainig later she would know to whop his but for such complaints.

"Fine...fine." Naruto sighed as he stood, and began to walk towards the coals. Come on Naruto..! Mind over matter..! . . .If pain is..mater..wait, that didn't make sence..! Just concentrait! If you could learn that Doton Jutsu, you can learn this!! Naruto nodded as he made it to the coals, putting one foot ontop of the coals. He squinted at the searing pain, then he tried to put his other foot on the coals as well. <******** thats hot.. He put his other foot upon the coals, and held it there for about 10 seconds until he jumped off the coals. "Yikes!"

Finn sighed with releif as he stood on the choals for longer then she had when she first started, but not by much.
"nice!... now keep trying you'll get used to it in time!" she said as she started off on her own training; starting with the simple exersices such as makeing a flame on the tip her finger, one finger at a time.

Naruto looked back at Finn to see flames lite on the tip of her fingers. He shook his head, more determined then ever to get this down. He clapped his hands together and rubbed them, then stepped back onto the coals. Still squinting at the pain caused by the intense heat. If Finn can do this, then so can I!!

Finn half watched Naruto but kept the grand majority of focus on her fingertips, she would hate to be burned. that would set a horrabal example for Naruto! she had to get better, she was probably just as etermined as Naruto at this point

After 15 seconds of stand on the coals, Naruto jumped off again and sat on the ground. Blowing at his feet, trying to cool them down a bit. I'm going to have to spend more time here then in Hidden Uchiha Village. Other wise I won't catch up to Finn..! Naruto continued to blow at the bottom of his feet.

Finn looked up at Naruto to watch him rib his feet, in the pricess she lost her focus and burned her hand.
"CRAP!" she shouted shakeing her hand rapidly, and the pain went away relatively quickly so she treeted it equily as fast with som herbs,
"help yourself Naruto...." she said gestureing to her bag of herbs when she was done dressing her newest burn.
then she sat back down and started to make fireballs and put them out; makeing each one slowly and carefuly, gradualy picking up the pace.

He nodded as he walked over to the herb bag, and treated his feet with the right herbs. Not sure which herbs was what, just what ever helped sooth the pain. "Did you drop the flames that were on your fingers..?" He asked as he continued to apply the herbs.

"no.... i lost concentration and they burned me... then i dropped them..." Finn said after she put out another fireball.
"it happens" she siad with a shrug as she returned to her fireball makeing.
